From Free Press Action Fund:
Today's the day: We're on our way to court to defend Net Neutrality.
Say you'll stand with us by chipping in $10 to fund the fight.
Ever since the FCC passed strong Net Neutrality protections, big ISPs like Comcast have been fighting both in Congress and the courts to undo them. And today in court, industry lawyers will lay out the same misleading complaints we've heard again and again.
Free Press intervened in this case to defend these vital rules after the cable and phone companies sued to overturn them. We'll be there to stand with the FCC, speak out for Internet users and argue in defense of the open Internet. This has been a long fight, but we're ready.
Your gift today is crucial: We're less than $1,400 away from our goal of raising $50,000 — and if we make it a generous donor will kick in an extra $50,000 to help us keep defending Net Neutrality.
We'd never have gotten this far without you, and we're committed to protecting all that you've won. We'll update you on how everything goes today.
Thanks for all that you do—
Matt, Carrie, Dana and the rest of the Free Press Action Fund team

P.S. No matter the outcome of this case, new battles about the open Internet are sure to follow in Congress and the courts. Help us safeguard Net Neutrality once and for all by chipping in $10 today. Thank you!
