As you know, Right to Work supporters across the country had a really good election night.

Pro-Right to Work candidates won eight Senate states we targeted for lobby mobilization, with major victories by Right to Work supporters in virtually every close race.

In the House, in 21 out of 24 races where we raised the issue, the pro-Right to Work candidate was chosen by the voters on Election Day.

All of that means our prospects of forcing a vote on a National Right to Work law, and putting the union bosses' remaining forced-unionism allies on the defensive, have never been better.

Poll after poll shows nearly 80% of the American people agree that it is just plain wrong to force workers to pay union dues as a condition of employment.

And thanks to your help, our Candidate Survey Program made sure the politicians know it too.

But elections are one thing, and having the politicians do as they've promised is another.

That's why it's critical that you and I greet this new Congress with a flood of petitions when they arrive.

Over the past two years, you and I signed up 28 Senators as cosponsors of the National Right to Work Act. That's a good start -- but we must continue to grow that number.

On the House side, the numbers have been strong too. With all the newly elected members who pledged support for Right to Work on the campaign trail, we should be able to exceed this year's 118 cosponsors.

That's no surprise, of course, because in addition to being smart politics, Right to Work is also good public policy.

In fact, study after study has shown that workers in Right to Work states are better off than workers in forced-dues states.

Now it's up to Congress to create a better environment by unshackling all of America from forced-unionism and allowing the economy to thrive.

That's why it's vital you sign your petition urging your Representative and Senators to support a National Right to Work Act.

As you know, forced-unionism has a crippling effect on the nation's competitiveness, preventing hardworking Americans from being as productive as possible, destroying businesses and the jobs they provide, or sending them overseas.

But despite all this, Big Labor is still a major force in Washington.

That's why it's going to take a mobilized army of Right to Work supporters demanding action to recruit a maximum number of cosponsors and ultimately bring this issue to roll-call votes in both Houses of Congress.

The fact is, the union bosses know their agenda is unpopular. Most of their go-to politicians do their best to hide their support for Big Labor's forced-dues agenda.

A roll-call vote on the National Right to Work Act will leave them nowhere to hide.

Every politician will be forced to choose publicly: Vote for freedom, or vote for coercion. Then the American people can hold them accountable.

And they will.

Every time in the last 50 years there has been a high-profile fight in Congress on a forced-unionism issue, Right to Work has gained support on Capitol Hill in the next election.

The ObamaCare roll out has been a disaster. Something as simple and elementary as the healthcare.gov website is plagued with "glitches" making the system completely unworkable.

Millions of Americans are receiving notices that their health insurance is being cancelled or their premiums are skyrocketing.

The state of Delaware alone spent $4 million to enroll only four people in ObamaCare.

And ObamaCare expert "navigators" were recently caught on camera coaching people to lie on their applications.

But as bad as all this is, it means nothing if you and I don't fight back. So today I'm counting on your advice . . .

With his approval levels at a record low, President Obama is doing everything possible to change the subject off ObamaCare by ramming through even more Big Government power grabs into law, including:

***More taxing and spending. You and I both know Washington, D.C.'s debt problem isn't due to a lack of "revenue" (taxes). The problem is spending.

Yet, those in BOTH parties want to keep hiking our national debt limit and passing new job-destroying schemes like the National Internet Tax Mandate.

***Gun Control. President Obama has already called for "transformation" of our nation's gun laws, and has done his best to chip away at our Second Amendment with a flurry of Executive Orders.

With the U.N.'s so-called "Small Arms Treaty" waiting in the wings, I'm afraid you and I could see a renewed push for gun control in Congress as well.

***Immigration Reform. Over my objections, the bill the Senate passed earlier this year lacks real safeguards to ensure the Obama administration does its job in securing our border.

Just as bad, the bill also includes a new National ID database, which will only increase government spying on U.S. citizens. The Republican-controlled House has effectively announced the Senate's version "dead on arrival," but it's virtually assured the fight over this issue will be back.

Frankly, I'm not sure how much more of this madness we can take!
