Facebook Censorship

From the YouTube website:

MY FACEBOOK 30 DAY BAN = ILLEGAL CENSORSHIP!!!

THE SPECIFIC REASON FOR MY LAST 30 DAY BAN ON HATEBOOK WAS AFTER A VIDEO WAS SHOWN ABOUT MUSLIM KIDS SINGING THEY WOULD CUT OFF THE HEADS OF AMERICANS AND I TOLD MY FRIENDS THEY HAD NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT..

...I REALLY DO MEAN IT... YOU ALL HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR.. THATS NOT A KNIFE!!!
======================================
Above before i received the 30 day FB BAN, I was sending another old warning to my Fb friends about a 420 ride that was a bust.. Police were stalking the users Fb page and his daily posts to track him and arrest them in the illegal ride and pot smoke out in Nyc that is a yearly celebration.. I didn't get to send the warning which was sent to me by someone I work for in an E mail after it turned up in a news story....i was illegally censored 5-9-2019 After I was banned a few days later I received another message that something I posted later in addition to what I said about fanatical muslims with knives was also banned.. FB HOW DO YOU BAN SOMEONE WHO IS ALREADY ON A 30 DAY BAN MORONS??? again I am asking because I am special I get banned while I am banned already..
===============================
MY FACEBOOK 30 DAY BAN May 2019
IT HAPPENED TO ME AGAIN!!!! This is around my 3oth bullshit illegal censorship ban on Facebook and this time it is for 30 days..All for saying something that was deemed hateful or against Fb's new rules..Now anything you say can be deemed offensive or hateful and you can be blocked or outright banned for life from using the website..
========================================
Recently about a month ago I was banned for asking WHAT SHITHOLE PLANET DIO ALEXANDRIA OCASIO CORTEZ COME FROM??? Which if you think about it in legal terms I was not saying it I was asking it so I have extra protections..
Then a week later I was banned for saying that democrat states are evil for making 5 million each day on over 900 daily abortions.. I was sticking up for life but my comments were against Facebooks liberal agenda
===================================
Then I get banned for WARNING my close friends about threats coming from muslim children who sang about cutting American heads off!! There again I get extra legal protections under the whistleblower act.. if I am warning people close to me, I just don't have 1st amendment protections, i also have whistleblower protection.. That all gets taken away when you get banned on Fb you can't send messages, you can't even like anything, post anything, no posting notes, you cant post video or even change your profile picture to tell everyone you are in Fb jail.. Nothing.. You can't even use Fb messenger when on a 30 day ban.. Total illegal censorship and I NEVER AGREED TO THAT OR TO BE TREATED THAT WAY
============================
I am in talks with a 1st Amendment lawyer and may pursue a class action billion dollar lawsuit if something isn't done to correct this LIBERAL AGENDA. on Facebook.. it went from Facebook to Fakebook to Hatebook.. They want to silence anyone who does not go along with heir evil Democrat agenda.. Those examples right there could be deemed hate speech but it is all true, and these 4 videos right here back up every word I am saying
============================
Most people would just walk away and not use the site anymore, but I am not like most people and refuse to back down from a fight especially a biased one against me and what I am saying.. I publish notes on all hot topics, a citizen journalist of sorts, exposing the truth from an unbiased view and nobody likes that..i have also published videos and posted informative articles.. I do that all the time to help, to solve problems in the world and make it a better place.. The Democrat Liberal agenda is evil and does not want any part of that, so they will try to silence me.. There is only one way to do that , just make sure the safety catches are in the off position when you come calling evil ones.. That is your only chance
==================
Good will defeat evil as it is written, so it is written so it shall be done!!!

Stand up to Facebook's tyranny

From Demand Progress:

This may be the moment when we finally take back control of the internet from big corporate monopolies.

After nearly a year of scandal, Facebook is on the ropes. The Federal Trade Commission is considering serious penalties for Facebook’s violations of federal laws and court orders regarding our privacy and our data.

The FTC is considering fining Facebook as much as $1 billion.1 That may sound like a lot. But it's not. It's barely a few days' revenue for the company. And it won't produce lasting change.

We can't trust Facebook to regulate itself. There's too much at stake, and they've proven themselves to be bad faith actors over and over again.

This is a critical moment. Add your name: Tell the FTC to break up Facebook. We’ll immediately send your message to all five FTC commissioners.

Facebook owns many other social media apps -- including Instagram and WhatsApp. As long as Facebook has a near monopoly on the way we connect with each other, they will be able to get away with privacy violations, because we’d have nowhere else to go.

Facebook's monopoly led the British Parliament this week to call the company "digital gangsters" for their repeated violations of the law and of users' rights. They also pointed out that Facebook's dominant market position is a serious problem and has to be addressed.2

Facebook has repeatedly sold out users' privacy for shareholder profit, and will keep doing so until they’re broken up.

Sign the petition: It's time to tell the FTC to break up Facebook.

Parliament concluded that the Cambridge Analytica scandal could have been prevented, but Facebook's own internal policies allowed the massive personal data breach to continue unchecked.3 Cambridge Analytica harvested millions of Facebook users' personal data without their permission, in order to build psychological profiles to target users with political disinformation.

Their report also found that Facebook's monopoly on online ads is destroying the media and leading to mass layoffs of journalists.4

That's just the tip of the iceberg. The damage Facebook has done is massive. They even knowingly did things like let kids run up huge credit card bills and refused to issue refunds to parents.5

The FTC is debating what to do about Facebook right now. They can't let Facebook off with a fine. Even a big fine won't be enough to change their behavior. As long as Facebook has a near-monopoly on social media, they won’t have any incentive to change.

Tell the FTC that Facebook is too big to regulate itself. It's time to break it up.

Thanks for taking action,

Robert and the team at Demand Progress

Make the internet giants oppose the TPP,the most repressive legislation yet

Fight For The Future:

A trade association that represents the world’s largest Web companies, like Google, Facebook, Twitter, Netflix, and Uber just endorsed the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP.)

It’s hard to see this as anything but betrayal. Tech experts from every major advocacy group working to defend Internet users’ rights vehemently oppose the TPP, because it poses a dire threat to freedom of expression online.

The good news is that one of the Internet Association’s biggest members, Reddit, has already come out against the TPP and distanced itself from the Internet Association’s stance. [1]

If we can get other tech companies to follow suit, it would be a major victory in our fight to stop the TPP. But they’ll only do it if we push them.

Take action now: tell members of the Internet Association to disavow the Internet Association’s endorsement of the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade agreement because the TPP lacks transparency, undermines our basic rights, and harms free speech.

The Internet Association’s stance is particularly flooring because the TPP is the antithesis everything the Internet stands for. Instead of being built in the open, it was negotiated in complete secrecy by government bureaucrats and corporate lobbyists.

If we allow the TPP to pass, it will open the floodgates for special interests––like the ones who brought us SOPA, ACTA, and the DMCA––who want to use these types of secretive negotiations to push for terrible Internet policies

We can’t let that happen. But if pro-TPP forces can claim that the “tech community” supports this deal, it will make it much easier for them to get it passed in Congress.

Take action now: tell tech companies not to support the TPP.

While the TPP is overflowing with threats to our democracy, some of its worst provisions are aimed straight at curtailing the power of the Internet. The TPP would: [2]

Expand draconian copyright enforcement, undermining our privacy and the public domain without ensuring protections for free speech;

Criminalize common practices like tinkering with or modifying devices, even for fair use purposes;

Enable multi-national corporations to skirt the democratic process and use shadowy international tribunals to undermine Web users’ rights;

Set a precedent that will encourage anti-Internet lobbyists like the ones who wrote SOPA to use trade agreements to push for bad Internet policy.

There are powerful interests pushing to get the TPP passed through U.S. Congress, and it seems like they managed to pull a fast one on these Internet companies and get them to take a position that goes directly against their own interests and the interests of their users.

Congress could vote on the TPP within a matter of weeks, and they’ll be watching closely how the public reacts to these companies’ statements.

If enough of us speak out, we can get these companies to drop their support for this dangerous agreement, and stand up for the rights of their users and the future of the Internet we all love.

Take action now and tell members of the Internet Association to oppose the TPP.

Donate to safeguard the net

From Fight For The Future:

I have bad news.

We’re winning. We’re winning so hard. But our ability to keep winning is threatened.

We’ve mobilized millions of people to literally fight for the future of the Internet and defend our most basic rights in the digital age. We’ve had an incredible streak of victories, but our ability to communicate with our supporters and continue to organize the web to defend itself is being constantly undermined.

We doubled our Facebook following this year, but Facebook changed their algorithm so less people see our posts. We switched to a secure, open source platform for sending email to our members, but at any moment Google, Yahoo, or Microsoft could decide to send our emails to your spam folder, and a new Canadian law threatens to drastically limit our ability to send email to people who want to take action.

So here’s what we need to do:

We’re going to build an open source mobile app that will act as a rapid-response action alert system for the Internet.

We can’t do it without you. Will you chip in whatever you can to make it happen?

As long as we remain reliant on corporate means to get our message out, the Internet will never truly be safe. We can’t trust them. We need an independent method of getting the word out that lets millions of people take action easily and instantaneously, from their phones, wherever they are.

Imagine if politicians’ phones melted off the hook within hours every time they tried to advance policies that threaten the web. Imagine if Internet freedom supporters could easily communicate, protest, and organize petitions together using independent, open source, encrypted tools.

It’s all possible, and more. But we need to raise $50,000 before the end of the year to make it a reality. We don’t pull our punches, so we’re not exactly expecting big influxes of funds from major tech companies or foundations. We rely on people like you

As we were laying out these critical plans we received a surprise matching donation of up to $20,000 so if you give now before the end of the year your contribution will be doubled.

No amount is too small or too large -- chip in $3 or throw us 300 bitcoins if you’ve got em!

If you’re a developer or want to contribute to this project in another way, that’s awesome too, please get in touch with us.

We are 5 real people spread out all over the world who sit at computers almost 7 days a week doing our damnedest keep the Internet free. We keep our overhead low and spend every cent we can on our hard-hitting campaigns that frequently capture international news headlines. This year alone we organized over 30,000 websites to fight CISPA and NSA spying, used the Internet to get a teenager out of jail and save free speech, made 3 educational videos that were collectively viewed almost million times, raised over $1 million for Charity on Bitcoin Black Friday, and helped organize the largest protest against NSA surveillance in history where we delivered over 575,000 signatures to Congress.

I get goosebumps thinking of how much more we could accomplish if we had an app that lets us directly communicate with our members.

Not everyone can donate, so if you can, it’s up to you!

You’re awesome. All of you. Looking back at this year I’m overwhelmed by what we’ve done together. Keep in touch as we go into the new year, and we promise to keep fighting for you.

Yours for the Internet,

Tiffiniy, Evan, Holmes and the whole Fight for the Future Team

Secret vote on CISPA

From Fight For The Future:

If you're a Google, Facebook, or Twitter user, or if your friends are, you should be worried.

Today, Congress held a secret vote on CISPA, the modern government surveillance system that every website, including Google, Facebook, and Twitter could participate in, if it becomes law.

Here's one important way to protect all that data they have on you right now.

Facebook supported CISPA when it was proposed last year. This time, even Facebook is saying the bill has privacy problems, but we still haven't heard from Google or Twitter.

Will they let the government get all of our data against all privacy laws? Will they share your personal data with the government once you're no longer able to sue them for it? We don't know.

As Congress takes a secret vote on CISPA, tell these companies: "No way! We want to trust your privacy policy and believe you will stand by it! Respect our privacy!"

This is an important moment to get them before it's too late.

That's why Reddit's co-founder, Alexis, called Google's CEO himself to ask them about where they stand on CISPA.

We're making headway -- FFTF is delivering 300,000 signatures to CISPA co-sponsors one by one over Twitter. But the threat of CISPA moving forward in the House is very real. The bill passed out of Committee today and will be rushing to a floor vote next week.

Help your friends too and forward this email.

It's your email; tell Google to support your right to keep it private!

It's your private information; tell Facebook and Twitter to keep it that way!

Take an important step to protect all that data they have on you right now.

Thank you for everything,

Tiffiniy Cheng, Fight for the Future

If you want to keep your private information private and preserve your rights to sue for grievences you may want to sign the petition. Don't delay.

CFAA: fix don't expand

From Demand Progress:

1. Tell Congress:
Don't Expand the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act: Fix It!

And scroll down to join the Internet-wide week of action by embedding our contact-Congress widget on your site.

The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act is the law under which Aaron Swartz and other innovators and activists have been threatened with decades in prison. The CFAA is so broad that law enforcement says it criminalizes all sorts of mundane Internet use: Potentially even breaking a website's fine print terms of service agreement. Don't set up a Myspace page for your cat. Don't fudge your height on a dating site. Don't share your Facebook password with anybody: You could be committing a federal crime. (Read more here.)

It's the vagueness and over breadth of this law that allows prosecutors to go after people like Aaron Swartz, who tragically committed suicide earlier this year. The government threatened to jail him for decades for downloading academic articles from the website JSTOR.

Since Aaron's death, activists have cried out for reform of the CFAA. But members of the House Judiciary Committee are actually floating a proposal to expand and strengthen it -- that could come up for a vote as soon as April 10th! (Read more here.)

Add your name at right to join us in telling Congress to defeat the bill to expand the CFAA, and to pass a law to reform it to protect innovators and ordinary Internet users. If you have a website, please consider embedding our banner or widget on your site to encourage your visitors to join the cause.

2. Use Our Widgets To Encourage Your Site's Visitors To Join The Cause
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Starting on Monday, April 8th, we're asking sites across the web to join in a week of action, led by the Internet Defense League (the same groups that helped lead the fight against SOPA).

Please consider using our widgets to spread the word. They're easy to embed on your site and will help us drive thousands of constituent contacts to Congress.

We're asking sites to put them up on Monday, April 8th, and keep them up for as long as possible.

3. Help Spread The Word: Put Yourself "In Jail" On Facebook
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We've built a playful way for you to spread word about the CFAA and ask your friends to get involved.

In solidarity with those who've been threatened with prison under the CFAA, we're asking you to "jail" yourself on Facebook. We'll grab your profile photo, overlay prison bars on top of it, and repost it to your wall so your friends can see it. We'll include information about how the CFAA threatens ordinary Internet users -- and how your friends can join our fight.

The CFAA makes it a potential federal crime to violate a website's terms of service. Help make sure your friends know how ridiculous this law is, and how it jeopardizes us all.

It seems like everytime I turn around the government is playing little fucking statists games. It is a bipartisan effort so no one is innocent. That is why watchdog groups are needed to keep the government honest. The best way we can keep the government honest is by signing that petition.
