The criminalization of Christianity in America has taken another frightening step.

A church in Florida has just been fined nearly $30,000 for opposing the homosexual lifestyle.

All because their daycare center dared to call homosexuality a sin.

You see, two women -- Jaclyn Pfeiffer and Kelly Bardier -- went to work at Aloma United Methodist Church as individuals, not as a couple.

And they each signed an agreement they would abide by the Church's code of moral conduct -- which included stating that as single women they would remain celibate during their employment.

Aloma Reverend Jim Govatos explained, "We expect people to live in celibacy in singleness, faithfulness in marriage."

However, once on the job, Pfeiffer told other daycare staff that she and Bardier were in fact a sexually active "couple."

These two women blatantly lied when they signed their employment contract.

So their inevitable termination should have been an open and shut case, right?

Unfortunately, it's never that straightforward when the Homosexual Agenda is involved.

These homosexual employees claimed that the church discriminated against them when the daycare director explained that the church felt their sexual activity was wrong.

And when the church made it clear that their continued employment depended on the two women meeting the terms of their contracts, both women voluntarily quit.

Yet the church was forced to settle and pay these former employees $28,476.

All because the church exercised its 1st Amendment rights to Freedom of Religion and Free Speech.

Their supposed "crime"? Supporting and expressing the Bible's teachings on the issue of homosexuality.

Public Advocate has been warning for decades that anti-discrimination legislation will ultimately be used to muzzle all pro-Family voices -- especially churches and pastors.

This church is now not allowed to exclude homosexuals from employment, despite the Christian view that these individuals are living in perversion.

Even worse, simply talking around a homosexual employee about the Bible's teachings now qualifies as active discrimination.

Had either of these women attended a Sunday Service, they could have just as easily been offended by a sermon on Biblical sexuality.

Which means that the precedent is being set that pastors can be sued over the Biblical content of their sermons.

I wish my predictions of all these years were not coming true, but the proof is undeniable.

Public Advocate has stood against the federal Gay Bill of Special Rights (which would establish these same restrictions across the country) for more than 30 years.

Most recently, we fought it tooth-and-nail while the Homosexual Lobby tried every trick in the book to ram it through the House of Representatives during the lame duck session after the November 2014 Congressional midterms.

Public Advocate also shot down an attempt to pass a state-level version in Michigan last fall.

But the Homosexual Lobby is determined to see it become law.

They've already gotten their crony President Obama to pass it as an illegal "Executive Order" on all businesses that contract with the federal government.

And they are looking for liberal-leaning Republicans to cut deals within the Senate and House right now.

We have to be as ready as possible when they launch their next attack.

Tonight, after a long day of fighting the radical Homosexual Lobby, I just feel exhausted.

The Left recently set their sights on two historic crosses, demanding they be ripped up and torn down: the cross at the Mt. Soledad Veteran’s Memorial and the Ground Zero Cross displayed in the National September 11th Museum.

I see agents of the Radical Left every day. They dare me to stand in their way. They laugh and brag that they have the power to pass any legislation they want.

And with pro-homosexual Democrats still in power, the radical homosexuals say nothing can stop them.

I wonder if Sheila and the children should be here. It wasn’t all that long ago that I had to send my family away to a safe house.

What does it say when a ruthless adversary would rather attack my family than face me? I’ll never forget that.

He proudly bragged of his plans to circumvent Congress, and to force the Gay Bill of Special Rights into effect.

Like serpents with apples, agents of the Homosexual Lobby are in the shadows, making deals and issuing threats.

And those who ignore their siren call are risking their political lives.

My friend, I see what is happening, and I am afraid.

Because when I return home from work long after midnight, I feel like I am trying to hold back the forces of the tide.

This is a time when, if we are not careful, everything we have worked for could fall apart.

I am speaking to you from the heart, my friend.

This time, we are facing an enemy who is riding high, and hungry for victims.

And they’ll have their fill if we don’t act. The Homosexual Lobby’s momentum has emboldened them to take their agenda even further.

They are fighting to have Christianity purged from America.

And now the Gay Bill of Special Rights, the Homosexual Classrooms Act, the Offense of Marriage Act and a host of other radical homosexual legislation are in line for votes.

But I am nearly at the breaking point.

So I am coming to you, asking for help like never before. I am asking you to put it on the line for what we believe in.

Because what we are doing has never been so necessary, so important. And never have the odds been so stacked against us.

He ordered the U.S. Solicitor General to ignore his official duties and refuse to defend the federal government and the Defense of Marriage Act in the U.S. Supreme Court.

The Obama administration’s blatant disregard for the law left DOMA defenseless to the Homosexual Lobby’s attacks in court.

You and I have seen President Obama and the Homosexual Lobby will stop at nothing. And I know what their victory will do to the families of America.

When I’m exhausted, I reflect on how I will feel if I don’t do everything in my power to stop them. I would never be able to forgive myself -- or look my children in the eye.

And then, from somewhere, I get the energy to carry on, to go forward. And I rejoin the battle.

So now, I am coming to you.

The simple truth is that I can’t do this alone.

Exciting news!

A large portion of the Southern Poverty Law Center's (SPLC) ongoing lawsuit against Public Advocate was “dismissed with prejudice.”

Colorado District Court Judge Wiley Daniel has just ruled to uphold Public Advocate’s First Amendment right to defend America’s families.

After almost two years of fighting the SPLC in this costly court case, this ruling is particularly vindicating.

The SPLC is suing Public Advocate over the use of an image of two homosexuals getting “married” in a mailer exposing the agenda of two supposedly conservative legislators in Colorado.

But the judge disagreed with them, ruling that our mail “concerns a matter that is both newsworthy or of legitimate public concern.”

And therefore, it was protected under the First Amendment.

The DailyCaller.com -- as well as multiple news stations in Colorado and Virginia -- are all reporting on this victory.

This win came just days after the FBI announced it would be severing formal ties with the SPLC.

While no official reason was given, experts attribute this about-face to the embarrassment the SPLC is receiving both from my subpoenaing of them in a separate court case and to Public Advocate’s continuing opposition to them in the Colorado case.

We have refused to quietly bow to the SPLC's demands and threats.

Instead, I have written dozens of emails and letters to hundreds of thousands of Americans alerting them to the SPLC’s anti-Family agenda.

We have called out the Justice Department for allying with the SPLC to target and harass conservative, pro-Family groups like your Public Advocate.

And we have made sure America never forgets that the SPLC “hate map” of pro-Family groups was used as a kill list by a deranged gunman.
