I am once again under attack in my own community for my role as the President of Public Advocate of the US.
Virginia's Attorney General, Mark Herring, is targeting me personally in an attempt to drive me from local office -- all because I oppose the Homosexual Agenda.
He is relying on the Southern Poverty Law Center's wrongful labeling of Public Advocate as a "hate group" to justify his attacks.
But the SPLC labels anyone it disagrees with as a "hate group" -- Pro-Family, Pro-Marriage, Pro-Bible -- they are all "evil" in the eyes of the SPLC.
The truth of the SPLC is a closely-held liberal secret.
They are the "Hit Squad" for the entire Liberal Agenda.
Using vicious propaganda and millions in off-shore funds, the SPLC goes after whichever issue the Left singles out.
And for years now, their focus has been solely on advancing the radical Homosexual Agenda.
The SPLC has tried to silence Public Advocate's mail and email programs.
They've tried to break Public Advocate financially with an anti-Free Speech lawsuit.
They even set a gunman in motion to assassinate me and my entire staff!
Yes that's right.
The FBI has conclusively linked the SPLC and their online propaganda as both the inspiration and guidance for radical homosexual gunman Floyd Lee Corkins.
And this is the group that AG Mark Herring is relying on to "evaluate" myself and your Public Advocate.
It's outrageous and dangerous.
Herring's endorsement of the SPLC and their campaign against Public Advocate opens the door to other radical homosexual activists to emulate the assassination attempt of Floyd Corkins.
[Do not fear, my staff and I take these threats very seriously and exercise strict security protocols at all times.]
As the head of Virginia law enforcement, Herring's first priority should be discouraging crime.
But it's no surprise that he's going out of his way to target me and the pro-Family Movement.
Since his first day in office, Herring has worked to advance the radical Homosexual Agenda in our state.
He filed a suit AGAINST Virginia's Real Marriage Amendment -- a violation of his oath of office.
And he reversed established policies by introducing the Homosexual Agenda to Virginia schools.
He is deep in the pockets of the Homosexual Lobby and he will do and say anything to advance their insidious agenda.
But no matter how he, the Homosexual Lobby or the SPLC threaten me -- I will continue to fight.
And I hope you will continue to stand with me by supporting Public Advocate in all our struggles.
We cannot let the Homosexual Lobby frighten us into inaction.

The rainbow mafia is out to destroy Public Advocate

The radical Homosexual Lobby has specifically targeted Public Advocate for destruction.
They want to shut us down for good.
They have demanded I stop all operations... that I step down from all public roles... that we cease to talk about the radical Homosexual Agenda entirely.

It wasn't that long ago that the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) launched an online petition to have Public Advocate banned from the internet -- banned from sending any emails at all.
But now the Homosexual Lobby has upped the ante through their allies at the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).
According to the SPLC, Public Advocate is a "hate group."
They claim that our defense of true marriage and traditional morals is an act of "hate" and "offensive to homosexuals."
They have placed Public Advocate on their Watch List and announced to every radical homosexual and sympathizer that I have to be stopped at all costs.
An act that nearly got me killed.
With our work exposing the Homosexual Lobby's handpicked candidates ahead of the recent midterm elections and the bitter fights for Real Marriage in Michigan, Kentucky, and Kansas, we have become Public Enemy #1.
And now even silencing us is not enough for them.
With the SPLC leading the charge, they want to destroy Public Advocate once and for all.
You see, the Southern Poverty Law Center has literally written the book on discrediting conservative groups.
They label anyone who disagrees with the ever-changing Liberal Agenda as “hatemongers” or “evil.”
Now they are focused on you and me because the Homosexual Lobby has become increasingly central to the SPLC's mission.
They want to destroy any belief in morality, or traditional families, or even in gender -- and they have as much as $168 million in assets to do it.
It is heartbreaking to see how much cash they command. But it is nothing less than a sign of God's favor that you and I are holding them off with only a fraction of the resources.
It is up to you and me to fight them every time; for every classroom... for every church... for every family.
But now they are beating the war drums and gathering their army -- and they are finding many allies.
With the SPLC's declaration of war, the entire radical Liberal Lobby is taking aim at me.

Public Advocate victorious over the SPLC

Exciting news!
A large portion of the Southern Poverty Law Center's (SPLC) ongoing lawsuit against Public Advocate was “dismissed with prejudice.”
Colorado District Court Judge Wiley Daniel has just ruled to uphold Public Advocate’s First Amendment right to defend America’s families.
After almost two years of fighting the SPLC in this costly court case, this ruling is particularly vindicating.
The SPLC is suing Public Advocate over the use of an image of two homosexuals getting “married” in a mailer exposing the agenda of two supposedly conservative legislators in Colorado.
But the judge disagreed with them, ruling that our mail “concerns a matter that is both newsworthy or of legitimate public concern.”
And therefore, it was protected under the First Amendment.
The DailyCaller.com -- as well as multiple news stations in Colorado and Virginia -- are all reporting on this victory.
This win came just days after the FBI announced it would be severing formal ties with the SPLC.
While no official reason was given, experts attribute this about-face to the embarrassment the SPLC is receiving both from my subpoenaing of them in a separate court case and to Public Advocate’s continuing opposition to them in the Colorado case.
We have refused to quietly bow to the SPLC's demands and threats.
Instead, I have written dozens of emails and letters to hundreds of thousands of Americans alerting them to the SPLC’s anti-Family agenda.
We have called out the Justice Department for allying with the SPLC to target and harass conservative, pro-Family groups like your Public Advocate.
And we have made sure America never forgets that the SPLC “hate map” of pro-Family groups was used as a kill list by a deranged gunman.
Our perseverance is paying off.
The SPLC has been knocked down twice in just the last week!

Merry Christmas from Public Advocate
From Public Advocate:
Today is Christmas and I wish you and your family, friends and neighbors God's blessing and peace.
God sent us his son and we all celebrate this wonderful day.
One year ago this Christmas Eve, Public Advocate filed a response to our legal tormentors, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), and in a similar vein, we have had to rush a legal brief again just today- right before Christmas, disproving a SPLC mis-truth.
I remember how I had to fight the American Civil Liberties Union -- going right to their Washington offices and camping out in front on the street -- to protest attacks on Christmas.
It just seems year round and around the clock the Homosexual Lobby and their allies are relentless.
But Washington is closed tighter than a drum right now. I am going to take time on Christmas to celebrate the birth of hope.
A lot has been accomplished thanks to you and this is Christmas Eve so I will not list them.
We, together, are the true hope of America.
And yesterday we completed the biggest and most urgent of our petition drives to defend Phil Robertson of Duck Dynasty against the Homosexual Lobby.
I do not know how either of these challenges to me or our values will fare, but I will continue to trust in God and rely on your help to win or survive.
Merry Christmas!
And Season's Greetings to people of faith of all religions also.
Attacks on traditional values and the right to worship Godly values continues at a fast pace in today's America.
Just saying Merry Christmas and God Bless you marks you as "one of those Christian people".
I know we have many faiths promoting moral values, but we all agree and we all will fight for religious freedom.
To be Christian or to openly celebrate the birth of the Savior might bring a public abuse.
If you are an elected official you get editorials in major media outlets condemning you and your church, perhaps a lawsuit, or other complaint, an act of vandalism or in some recent cases threats and assault.
But it takes an effort to remember our values and we must all do our part to keep our traditions.
When the yelling and screaming from liberals stops for Christmas Day, most of America stands with us and knows anti-Christian God-haters and radical Homosexual activist protestors are in the distinct minority.
The freedom to practice your religion is in the U.S. Constitution. The attack on Christmas, Christians and Biblical values is an attack on all religion and our freedoms.
We have come together and we are standing together as never before and I am grateful that I can share this Christmas with you and know we --you and I-- have worked together for God's glory and to stand for what is right.
The late President Ronald Reagan gave his first Christmas address in 1981.
Ronald Reagan said, in part:
At this special time we renew our sense of wonder. We believe in the Divinity of the child born in Bethlehem that he was and is the promised Prince of Peace.
Yes, we have questioned why He who could perform miracles chose to come among us as a helpless babe but maybe that was His first miracle... His first great lesson that we should learn to care for one another.
We Americans have always tried to follow a higher light, a star if you will.
Trusting in God's help we have never lost our way. Let this be a time of re-dedication.
In a spirit of gratitude for what we have been able to achieve in the past year and looking forward to all that we hope to achieve in the years ahead... God Bless us every one.
There will come a time when all Americans will unite against the anti-Christian attacks and bring them to an end once and for all.

The attempted murder of Eugene Delgaudio

I’ve been putting off sending you this letter for a while because I didn’t want to worry you.
But late one night while sorting through pro-Family petitions from supporters like you, a thug crept in through a door, threw a blanket over my head and pummeled me with a rock.
Thankfully, one of my volunteers heard when I yelled for help. I thank God that when he came running into the room, this goon was startled and ran off. I wasn’t seriously hurt.
I’ve gotten death threats before -- nearly two dozen this year alone -- and I never take them lightly. But when they go beyond threatening and actually try to kill me, it’s a whole different story.

They harass my family and neighbors trying to turn them against me.
Radical homosexuals recently littered my entire neighborhood with hateful flyers filled with terrible, false accusations I dare not repeat -- I was out until 4:30 in the morning going door to door gathering them all up so my children wouldn’t see this trash.
They know their father is a good man and that I stand up for what is right, but when they have to defend against these vicious attacks in school, it really hurts them.
But that’s not even the worst of it: strangers have followed my family around town...
Idling cars sat across the street at all hours of the night...
...the threatening phone calls and the outrageous lies... oh, it’s endless... but thank the Lord for He truly blessed me with a family so strong, so brave... and yes, so supportive!
I’ve taken precautions to protect my family. Some things I’ve told you about, but some things I must keep confidential or they’d be in more peril.

To top it all off... a throng of homosexual offenders and evildoers now demands I turn over ALL my private records and correspondence.
They know with Barack Obama controlling the U.S. Justice Department, I’ll get no help -- and they’ll have their guys on the inside.

The state of Minnesota demanded as much as $100,000 and a completely new audit that costs us $1,000’s and time away from our fight for morality.
And Pennsylvania, Oregon, Tennessee and elsewhere are telling me what I can and can’t say to you and other Public Advocate supporters.
They demand I pay thousands of dollars or they threaten to have their State Attorney General come after your Public Advocate.
They call their demand for money “fines”, I call it extortion.
Filing charge after frivolous charge, until you and I either conform to their new standards -- which is just another form of thought control -- or we’re forced to shut down permanently.
The paperwork to comply with all their demands piles up.
But the Homosexual Lobby knows I can’t fight to oppose the Gay Bill of Special Rights, defeat the Homosexual Classrooms Act or defend marriage if I’m bogged down in reams of bureaucratic filings.

And Corkins himself has admitted on video that he used materials from the virulent, anti-Family Southern Poverty Law Center.
Worse yet, after this shooting, the SPLC attempted to publish my home address.
Thank God, a judge stepped in and saw this for the danger it obviously was.
And I remember the first massive effort to silence me back in 1992, with flyers posted in gay bars with my personal phone number.

The Southern Poverty Law Center,which is not very impoverished in any way,is turning up the heat on the pro-family group,Public Advocate. The SPLC is hoping to use frivilous lawsuits and expensive court time and attorney fees to break Public Advocate. We can't let that happen. Here is more on that: click here
