The Fourth Amendment Restoration Act prevents the type of mass spying that has recently been exposed.

It explicitly forbids the federal government from looking at your phone records without a warrant or probable cause to believe you are engaged in criminal or terrorist activity.

Attorney General Eric Holder's Justice Department thinks they do not have to seek a warrant to obtain your phone and email records.

This is the same Eric Holder who allegedly approved the seizure of AP and Fox News reporters' phone records for the "crime" of reporting information the administration wanted to keep private.

Yet they refuse to reveal the full extent of their snooping on us!

This administration is turning transparency on its head.

Instead of making the government transparent to the people, they are making the people transparent to the government!

While many in D.C. may not be outraged that the Administration is collecting our phone records without a warrant, they sure are angry that the people have been informed of this systematic shredding of the Fourth Amendment.

Now Campaign for Liberty is working to turn up the heat by supporting Senator Paul's Fourth Amendment Restoration Act.
