TruthRevolt sprang into action when we targeted Jewish Journal editor Rob Eshmann for his decision to run a cartoon that was deeply offensive and unacceptable. Within 48 hours, Eshmann had received hundreds of emails condemning the cartoon and he quickly issued an apology for running it – the first such apology in Jewish Journal history, according to insiders.

An even bigger victory came when Politico chief political columnist Roger Simon penned a column in which he suggested the government shutdown could be ended by drowning Speaker of the House John Boehner and Senator Ted Cruz. Once again, TruthRevolt fought back, contacting the web advertiser with its sponsorship on the Simon column webpage, Carbonite. Carbonite immediately answered that it would attempt to pull the ad from the website.

As we reported on Monday, TruthRevolt.org is up and running – and making all the right enemies already.
