The Polls show Rand Paul is leading
From Rand Paul 2016:
I am taking a quick break from the road in Texas to give you some breaking news on recent critical polling and to update you on our VERY successful trip to Iowa.
You won't hear this story anywhere else. The media wants to write this story differently.
So I am coming straight to you!
There are less than 100 days until the Iowa Caucuses. Can you believe that?
It is almost time for people to vote and show everyone that pollsters and the media got the story wrong all summer.
Our campaign is starting to feel the momentum on the ground. Recently, I toured several colleges and saw overflow crowds of young people who are invigorated to show up at the Iowa Caucuses.
They want to cut up the Obama credit card that is mortgaging their future and put forward pro-growth policies that will give them the jobs and opportunities they need to succeed.
They have liberal friends who are supporting Bernie Sanders and can't believe that an avowed socialist is near the top of the Democrat contest. They recognize that President Bernie Sanders would make President Barack Obama look like a fiscal conservative.
They know that in the real world, socialism fails and freedom works. The answer to fix Obama's failed policies is not to dive farther left off the cliff into socialism. The answer is to support a candidate who will hold the Constitution in one hand and the Bill of Rights in another.
And the momentum that we are feeling on the ground in Iowa is starting to show up in the polls, in the early states and nationally.
We are gaining ground in Iowa and, in fact, passed Jeb Bush and Carly Fiorina.
We are gaining ground nationally according to CNN and Monmouth polls.
The media wants you to believe that the race is over. They want you to believe that Donald Trump is already the nominee. Nothing could be further from the truth. At this time in 2008 Rudy Giuliani was leading. At this time in 2012 Herman Cain was leading.
Now is our chance for a comeback to capitalize on this momentum and show that liberty is alive and well in America.
I am convinced our campaign has momentum.
I know I have the support of the next generation.
Now I am asking you to step up and help us by making a contribution of whatever you can afford to defend liberty across this great country.
With your help, we will capitalize on our momentum and ultimately win the nomination.
Sincerely,
Rand Paul
PS: Thank you so much for your support. There are less than 100 days left until Iowa and this is our opportunity to surge.
The media is blacking out the Rand Paul campaign. I believe the establishment is scared. They've got Ted Cruz to worry about. Cruz is another fine candidate who is just as Libertarian and he has done a lot of good for the country. The establishment candidates,Jeb Bush and Chris Christie are struggling for approval points. I would love it if Christie dropped out of the race. I'm sure a lot of people would,especially those who hate the drug war and don't want to see it revamped,this time only meaner.

Senator Rand Paul lead Hillary in the polls
From Rand2016:
Another day and another new poll proves I'm the Republican best positioned to defeat Hillary Clinton.
A just released Quinnipiac poll shows me leading her in the swing state of Pennsylvania.
This is their second poll that shows me leading her in a head-to-head matchup in a state Republicans haven't carried in a generation.
And it backs up a recent poll where I led Hillary in Ohio that demonstrates my stand against the Washington Machine is our party's path to victory in 2016.
Will you help me spread the message I am the Republican best positioned to defeat Hillary Clinton to the voters in the key early caucus and primary states by chipping in a contribution of $20.16 today?
For months now, media "experts" have spouted off predictions that the 2016 contest will be a showdown between two candidates with yesterday's last names pushing yesterday's failed Big Government policies.
But the polls tell a different story.
A recent Washington Post/ABC News poll showed Hillary Clinton's favorability ratings sinking.
The only candidate who did worse was the Republican establishment's "can't lose" candidate.
Me?
That same poll showed me tied for first with Republican primary voters.
And polls in must-win states like Colorado, Iowa, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Pennsylvania have me leading Hillary in head-to-head matchups.
Since my first day as a candidate for President, I have met voters across the country demanding an end to the business as usual status-quo.
This election isn't about managing Big Government or whose turn it is.
The American people are hungering for a candidate who will announce on day one in office that Big Government's days are numbered.
And my plan to defeat the Washington Machine doesn't make me very popular with the establishment in Washington.
But that's ok.
Voters are responding to my plan to defeat the Washington Machine by:
>> REPEALING ObamaCare 100%;
>> SLASHING taxes for every American to get our economy moving and put the federal government on a diet;
>> TACKLING our out-of-control $18 trillion debt by passing a Balanced Budget Amendment;
>> MAKING Congress read the bills they scheme to ram into law;
>> ENDING the reign of career politicians with term limits.
I'm serious about changing Washington, and my ten-and-a-half–hour filibuster that forced President Obama's illegal NSA spying to expire proved my commitment.
Running the same old candidates and supporting the same old failed policies will only guarantee the same result in states like Pennsylvania.
But my message of defending the Bill of Rights and taking down the Washington Machine is a message that can win a state Republicans haven't won in a generation.
So please help me spread the message I am the Republican best positioned to defeat Hillary Clinton by chipping in a contribution of $20.16 today!

Rand Paul on Loretta Lynch and more
From RandPaul 2016:
The Washington machine has bullied Americans for too long.
And nothing is more symbolic of an out-of-control Federal Government trampling our liberties than President Obama's nomination of Loretta Lynch to succeed Eric Holder as Attorney General.
You see, she defended President Obama's illegal Executive Amnesty as "reasonable."
I believe the Attorney General should defend the separation of powers, not make excuses for a President end-running Congress through executive temper tantrum.
Loretta Lynch even described the NSA's warrantless spying program as "necessary and constitutional."
She also refused to commit ruling out the Federal Government's authority to order a drone strike against American citizens on U.S. soil.
And during her time as United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, she seized over $100 million from citizens through so-called "civil asset forfeiture."
President Obama thundered that the delay in voting on confirming Loretta Lynch is "embarrassing."
What I find embarrassing is the disrespect for the Constitution Loretta Lynch shows when she tries to justify President Obama's policies.
The Attorney General's loyalty should be to the Constitution, not to any President or the Washington machine.
I believe if our party sticks to our guns on defending the Bill of Rights, the Washington machine's days of attacking our liberties are coming to an end.
Recent polls that show me leading Hillary Clinton in key swing states prove that my message positions me as the Republican best-positioned to defeat her.
But one prominent member of our Party who is "seriously considering" entering this race believes Republicans should roll over and confirm Loretta Lynch because "the President deserves his team."
Haven't we had enough of the go-along-to-get-along madness in D.C.?
I'm in this race because I believe America deserves better than the same old candidates running on the same old policies that lead to the same old disastrous results.
I want to end the NSA's illegal domestic spying.
I believe the President is not a king and can't impose amnesty through executive fiat.
And I believe the government can't seize your property before you are convicted of a crime.
I'm prepared to take this message to all corners of America.
But this will be a long race that needs to be won one handshake, one voter, and one rally at a time.
So please chip in a contribution so my campaign has all the resources necessary to reach the voters in the key early states of Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Nevada.
Thanks to your support, my campaign has hit the ground running and my first travels to the early states saw enthusiastic crowds ready to join the movement to defeat the Washington machine and take our country back.
I hope I can count on you to join them.
