Poll: Americans’ Support For Marijuana Law Reform At All Time High
A record percentage of American voters support reforming the nation’s marijuana laws, according to polling data released by Quinnipiac University.
Sixty-one percent of voters believe that “the use of marijuana should be made legal in the United States” — the highest percentage ever reported by the poll. Support for legalization is strongest among those between the ages of 35 to 49 (77 percent), those between the ages of 18 and 34 (71 percent), Democrats (70 percent), and Independents (67 percent). Support is weakest among those age 65 or older (42 percent) and Republicans (37 percent).
With regard to the use of medical cannabis, 94 percent of voters say that adults ought to be able to legally consume it therapeutically. Among those polled, no group expressed less than 90 percent support for the issue.
Finally, 75 percent of voters oppose “the government enforcing federal laws against marijuana in states that have already legalized medical or recreational marijuana.” Super-majorities of every group polled, except for Republicans (59 percent), hold this position.
The Quinnipiac poll possesses a margin of error of +/- 3.4 percent.

Could Trump replace Jeff Sessions in a recess appointment?
President Donald Trump sounds like he’s intent on forcing out his “beleaguered” attorney general, Jeff Sessions, either by firing him or demeaning him until he quits. Firing Sessions might get rid of one of the president’s problems, but it could create a whole host of others.
Most urgently, firing Sessions could sever Trump’s relationship with Republicans in Congress – you know, the same Republicans he needs to approve his nominees (in the Senate) or pass bills he can sign into law (both the Senate and House).
“If Jeff Sessions is fired,” Sen. Lindsey O. Graham, R-S.C., told reporters, “there will be holy hell to pay.”
The Washington Post’s White House team reports that if Sessions is out soon, Trump is discussing going over indignant Republicans in the Senate and bringing on a new attorney general while the Senate is on break this August.

It could happen. But it could also backfire bigly. And since Republicans control a majority of Congress, when they’re upset at the president, there’s a lot they can do to stop him – including preventing a new attorney general from taking office.
Let me explain.
Yes, Trump has the authority for a recess appointment
There’s actually a “Recess Clause” in the Constitution (Article II Sec. 2) that reads: “The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.”
Presidents have used it for everything from relatively obscure labor boards to filling seats on the Supreme Court. In 1956, President Dwight D. Eisenhower used that authority to appoint William Brennan to the Supreme Court less than a month before the presidential election. A few years before that, he had appointed Chief Justice Earl Warren to the court when the Senate was in recess. In both cases, the Senate later confirmed those justices.
But the courts have made it more difficult
Recess appointments can backfire, legally. In 2014, the Supreme Court overturned President Barack Obama’s three recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board, arguing that the president overstepped his constitutional authority.
The Senate can make recess appointments nearly impossible.
When it overruled Obama, the Supreme Court also gave the Senate a wide latitude to decide when it considers itself to be in recess and when it’s out. Today, a recess has to last at least 10 days before the president can legally make an appointment.
The court also okayed a loophole the Senate can use to leave town but still block a president from having free rein.
The Senate can go into “pro forma” sessions, which exist almost entirely to prevent a president from making recess appointments. In a pro forma session, the Senate can gavel into Congress – with no legislative business being conducted – and claim it has been in session. “The whole thing takes 20 seconds,” said Cornell Law professor Josh Chafetz. The Senate could theoretically gavel in/gavel out the whole time it’s gone in August.
It’s up to Republicans to decide if they want to hold the line against Trump.
If our hypothetical scenario becomes reality, this is where things get really interesting. You need a majority of the Senate to decide to go into a pro forma session. Republicans have the majority. So if Republicans decide to set up pro forma session when they go out of town in August, they’d basically be sticking it to Trump, saying they don’t trust the president not to do something ill-advised like fire his attorney general after complaining about said attorney general’s recusal from an investigation into Trump’s campaign.
Trump has one other legal avenue.
If Trump is itching to fire Sessions, Congress be damned, he could simply skip an appointment for good and just name an acting attorney general under the 1998 Federal Vacancies Reform Act. The end result is the same: One official out, another one in.
But, Chafetz notes, the president could only appoint people who have already been confirmed by the Senate for another job, and that’s a historically thin list. Plus, there’s legal uncertainty on whether the president can use this tool if he fires someone.
“It says death, resignation or unable to perform the duties of the office,” Chafetz said. “And there’s an argument that ‘firing’ is left out of that deliberately….”
Checks and balances can be a bother.

CONGRESS JUST VOTED TO STRIP ALL POWER FROM OBAMA FOR THE REST OF HIS PRESIDENCY!
It will take a lot of work to clean up the mess created by Obama. The House of Representatives just gave President-elect Trump a head start.With fewer than 10 weeks left as President, President Barack Obama’s time in the White House is about to be finished.
It couldn’t happen soon enough!
Now, Obama’s team is rushing to pass countless last-minute regulations to implement even more of Obama’s radical agenda. Presidents are infamous for controversial, last-minute decisions.
Now, the Republican-lead U.S. House of Representatives just took a major stand against Obama. They voted 240-to-179 to allow Congress to stop and un-do any last minute rules and regulations approved by Obama.
As the bill’s sponsor Rep. Darrell Issa explained, this bill stops Obama’s last-minute, shameful regulations forever:
“This bipartisan bill is about reviving the separation of powers to ensure our laws are written by the Representatives we actually vote for – not unelected and unaccountable bureaucrats who are on their way out the door. Presidents of both parties have made habit of enacting scores of last-minute regulations, with little oversight, to sneak in as much of their agenda as possible before the clock runs out on their time in office. The bill helps ensure this President, and any future president, will be held in check and that their policies have the proper level of scrutiny by both Congress and the American people. I’m pleased to see the House pass this important measure and look forward to its quick passage by our colleagues in the Senate.”
This is a massive victory for conservatives, trying to make the transition to a Trump administration easier to enact pro-growth, pro-job creation policies:
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce sent a letter Wednesday to congressmen alerted them to the cost of regulations put on the books by administrations on their way out the door:
A recent report issued by the Regulatory Studies Center at the George Washington University entitled The Final Countdown; Projecting Midnight Regulations found that executive branch agencies typically issue a significantly greater number of rules during the final months of an administration in a rushed effort to implement remaining policy objectives. Midnight regulations issued by prior administrations have proven highly problematic and required subsequent correction. The ability of Congress to disapprove these rules under the CRA is limited by tight deadlines for action that make separate debate and votes on a rule-by-rule basis impractical.
FreedomWorks CEO Adam Brandon says he’s pleased with the House vote and he committed his Washington-based logistics and policy hub for Tea Party and conservative activists to working with Capitol Hill conservatives to return law-making authority to Congress.

The Trump Administration wants to do away with Net Neutraliy

That's the blaring headline from Breitbart News, the website run by Steve Bannon, Trump's campaign chairman and now his chief strategist in the White House.1
And it's not just Breitbart. The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal are warning that Net Neutrality is in deep trouble.2,3
We're going to have to fight with all we have to save Net Neutrality. Will you chip in $5?

Trump has falsely called Net Neutrality a "top down power grab" and an "attack on the internet."4 And the front-runner for his choice as FCC chairman is an anti-Net Neutrality zealot and paid Verizon consultant.5
We know that we can't count on Republican leaders in Congress to push back they've gotten millions from Comcast and their telecom buddies and would be thrilled to overturn Net Neutrality.6
To save Net Neutrality, we're going to need a grassroots mobilization as big as what it took to enact it in the first place.
The good news is that Trump can't just get rid of Net Neutrality on his own. He's going to have to go through a lengthy rule-making process, giving us months to mount opposition.

Pressure the House Republicans to impeach IRS Commissioner John Koskinen

Recently, the Republican Party adopted your call to impeach Obama’s crony IRS commissioner into the Republican Party platform. While historic, this is just talk. And talk is cheap. It’s time Republicans put up or shut up. They must force John Koskinen to pay for his crimes. That’s why I’m asking you to contact House Republicans today. House Republicans have put this off for far too long. Every day John Koskinen is at the IRS is another day conservatives must live in fear.

Don't let Net Neutrality be gutted

This year’s Net Neutrality win was an enormous victory for the Internet — but the fight isn’t over yet.
The cable industry is suing the FCC in an attempt to gut the agency’s historic open Internet rules. On Dec. 4, the court will hear oral arguments. The case is even in front of one of the same judges who wrote the decision last year, tossing out the agency's last attempt at Net Neutrality because the FCC picked the wrong legal theories.
In the meantime, Republicans in Congress are trying to attach dangerous riders to must-pass budget legislation that would effectively prevent the agency from enforcing the Net Neutrality rules.
Now is our chance to prove that this time, the FCC got it right. We’re fighting back every day: We’re defending the Net Neutrality rules in court, meeting with members of Congress and challenging industry lies whenever and wherever they pop up.

Rand Paul on Loretta Lynch and more

The Washington machine has bullied Americans for too long.
And nothing is more symbolic of an out-of-control Federal Government trampling our liberties than President Obama's nomination of Loretta Lynch to succeed Eric Holder as Attorney General.
You see, she defended President Obama's illegal Executive Amnesty as "reasonable."
I believe the Attorney General should defend the separation of powers, not make excuses for a President end-running Congress through executive temper tantrum.
Loretta Lynch even described the NSA's warrantless spying program as "necessary and constitutional."
She also refused to commit ruling out the Federal Government's authority to order a drone strike against American citizens on U.S. soil.

Arizona defies the Federal Government
It’s a scary thought, but here it is: If some red states were to openly defy the authority of President Obama in the exercise of his constitutional duties, would today’s Republican Congress side with him? Or would they honor the insurrection?
I wish it could be said with confidence that the legislative branch would oppose a rebellion against the executive branch of government. But I’m not so sure.
Last month, the Republican-led Arizona House of Representatives passed, on a 36-to-24 party-line vote, a bill sponsored by tea party Rep. Bob Thorpe (R-Flagstaff) that “prohibits this state or any of its political subdivisions from using any personnel or financial resources to enforce, administer or cooperate with an executive order issued by the President of the U.S. that has not been affirmed by a vote of Congress and signed into law as prescribed by the U.S. Constitution.”
If adopted by the Arizona Senate and signed into law, executive orders issued by the president would have no force or effect in that state. What’s more, the Arizona House has passed a number of other bills aimed at nullifying policies, rules and regulations of the Obama administration that have not been approved by Congress.
The word “insurrection” does come to mind. Yet the resistance out West to federal authority has been received in virtual silence on Capitol Hill. It’s almost as if the GOP Congress wanted an uprising against the president.
This country has drifted far beyond the rough-and-tumble give-and-take that historically occurs between the parties. It’s one thing to oppose the president’s policies. It’s quite another to refuse to acknowledge presidential authority.
That’s what we are witnessing in the Arizona House. That’s what we also saw with the 47 Republican senators who wrote to the Iranian government, warning that Obama is seeking a nuclear agreement that won’t last beyond his administration.
Sabotaging Obama shows up in other ways.
This week, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) told countries involved in negotiating a U.N.-brokered international climate change agreement that they should “proceed with caution” because of intransigent opposition to Obama’s efforts to significantly scale back U.S. carbon emissions.
McConnell also seeks to undermine presidential authority here at home. In a March 3 op-ed in the Lexington Herald-Leader, McConnell told states to ignore the Environmental Protection Agency’s mandate for clean power regulations. “Think twice before submitting a state plan,” McConnell implored the states. “Hold back.”
The Arizona insurrection, the GOP senators’ attempt to undermine negotiations over a nuclear agreement, the Senate leader’s effort to rupture international climate change negotiations and his call for open defiance of federal regulations are all aimed at marginalizing Obama by rendering him powerless.
Sometimes, in their zeal, the Republicans get out of control.
Recall the March 2012 edition of the newsletter of the Republican Party of Greene County, Va., which called for an “armed revolution” if Obama won reelection that November?
There was, of course, some after-the-fact tut-tutting by Virginia GOP leaders who weren’t about to take up arms. The county’s GOP leadership, which cut loose the writer, Ponch McPhee, announced boldly, “We do not believe that if the results end up with the re-election of Barack Obama, that will necessitate what the author suggests.” Not quite a stinging denunciation, but these days the president’s supporters must take what they can get. But they, the president and the Constitution deserve more.
American history teaches that we are on a dangerous path. And history has a way of repeating itself. A little more than 150 years ago, this country experienced another bombastic phase. Hatred of a president and his government’s policies produced a bloody schism that eventually led to an accord grounded in hope but which papered over a disharmony still lingering today.
Then, as now, there was a president, Abraham Lincoln, accused by those who detested him of misusing presidential power, subverting the Constitution and trampling over states’ rights. Then, as now, that president was characterized as a ruthless tyrant bent upon destroying a superior civilization.
Then, as now, that president was portrayed as a simpleton, a buffoon and a coward.
Wisconsin newspaper editor Marcus M. Pomeroy wrote as the election of 1864 approached: “The man who votes for Lincoln now is a traitor and murderer. . . . And if he is elected to misgovern for another four years, we trust some bold hand will pierce his heart with dagger point for the public good.”

I thought Senator Lindsey Graham was leading the charge to storm the White House. We do live in interesting times. States defying the federal government. This is getting interesting.

One more push for Title II Net Neutrality

The first thing I read this morning gave me chills.
The New York Times ran a front page story about how enemies of net neutrality are on the retreat, and that tomorrow, we could see the biggest open Internet victory of our lives. [1]
Bottom line: together, we are on the cusp of an absolutely unbelievably epic victory for net neutrality. Do you want to savor it? Watch this video we made!
We whipped up this fun little video to mark the “final” moments of the Internet Countdown, and to look back on how we got here, together. It’s so mind blowing to think how all these online protests, real life camp-outs, calls, emails and epic stunts snowballed into what could be the biggest win of our lives. To the new Republican majority
Congratulations on your victory Tuesday night. You say you want to oppose Obamacare and that is great because that is why we voted you in. But you've been wrong on other issues. I've been hearing some things that have me concerned. One of them is that you want to undo the efforts of the movement to legalize marijuana. That would be very unwise. The marijuana pro-legalization movement enjoys support from across the political spectrum. I myself am a marijuana smoker and I lean toward the right because I've noticed their methods worked. But to continue the failed policies of prohibition don't work. All they have done is jailed millions of otherwise law abiding citizens thus overloading our jails and prisons. Where has this war on drugs gotten us? A militarized police force,the fourth amendment being trampled on and corrupt agents of the government taking our property. Private property that belongs to their respective owners and not the government. Are there conservatives that favor legalization? Yes,the late William F. Buckley was one of them. I spell it out real well in this post. There is more on marijuana here. Like I've said continuing the failed policies of the past accomplishes nothing. Nothing but tragedy nothing but grief so let's change directions. Like I said I would rather smoke a joint than hug a tree and so do a lot of other people.

The political football called "marijuana legalization"
The topic of marijuana legalization is a very controversial one. There are political dinosaurs like Bill O'Reilly that seek to keep the status quo even though the drug war is a failed one. O'Reilly's status quo is going to keep sending money to drug kingpins by keeping marijuana illegal. Not only that the quality and purity of the marijuana is in question. If it is tainted with some adulterant then it may have an negative impact versus the purity that is found in medical and recreation marijuana where allowed by law. This is a big issue and politicians need to throw out the 80's war on drugs manual. There are a lot of Republicans that want to appear "tough on drugs" by opposing legalization. That is political suicide because a lot of Democrats favor legalization and that will help them in November. Obamacare is a fiasco and the Dems needs something that is going to make them appealing to voters again. Enter marijuana legalization. If it is not the soap to wash Obamacare off it is the paper correction fluid that could whiteout Obamacare. Not all Democrats favor legalization. Senator Diane Feinstein(D-CA) is against legalization and they may politically hurt those that oppose it down the road. There are also Republicans that favor legalization like Congressman Dana Rohrabacher(R-CA). The booming sales of recreational marijuana in Colorado and soon Washington State will show the rest of the nation that marijuana legalization is not only beneficial it is imperative if we are going to stop organized crime and the resulting chaos that goes along with it.

They stand for misguided “environmental” policies that have DOUBLED the price of a gallon of gas from $1.79 back in early 2009 to more than $3.65 today – despite a blooming energy boom in the United States!
They stand for collecting literally BILLIONS of phone and email records of American citizens every day.
Now, it’s time for Americans to find out where you and I stand.
I believe the way to victory in 2014 isn’t in mincing words and holding back.

Politicians given survey on family issues

Public Advocate is proud to announce that our Official 2014 Senate Candidates Survey on Family Values is well underway.
In the past, we have used candidate surveys to defend traditional values and real marriage, such as the 2012 Presidential Campaign.
So far we have surveyed seven states with plans to expand to an additional 14 states.
The first round of surveys were delivered to candidates in Colorado, Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Kentucky and South Carolina.
Public Advocate asks candidates if they will oppose legislation -- the Gay Bill of Special Rights, the Homosexual Classrooms Act and the Offense of Marriage Act -- supported by the Homosexual Lobby, resist efforts of certain courts to overturn pro-Family state laws, and investigate allegations of abuse of Christians in the U.S. military.
The deadline for the Texas candidates has already passed, and our results have been widely published to our Texas supporters.
Three U.S. Senate candidates answered 100% pro-Family so far!
However, allies of the Homosexual Lobby are already pushing back, insisting that Public Advocate shouldn’t be allowed to speak out about family issues in the Lone Star State.
Some candidates who have refused to answer their survey have even attacked us in an effort to silence our reporting.
But Public Advocate will never back down.
Many of the incumbent senators in these states felt the pressure of Public Advocate’s supporters last year during the fight over the Gay Bill of Special Rights.

Senator Lamar Alexander (TN) quietly helped the bill out of committee and then refused to make a public statement against the bill-- despite hearing from thousands of constituents asking him to do exactly that.
And despite calls for aggressive action, Senators John Cornyn (TX), Mitch McConnell (KY), and Lindsey Graham (SC) all opposed it with a bare minimum of effort -- not one spoke out boldly against it.
All of these incumbent senators and their respective challengers are being asked to publicly pledge to stand against the Homosexual Agenda in 8 key areas.

Both parties hate Obamacare

Sometimes you lose the battle, but win the war. That's exactly what could happen in our effort to stop Obamacare.
Conservatives led an epic fight against Obamacare funding that highlighted the problems with this terrible law. Thanks to your support, SCF purchased $3 million in advertising explaining how it was unaffordable, unworkable, and unfair.
Even though U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and the Republican establishment sabotaged the effort to defund Obamacare, we successfully elevated the issue right as the Obamacare train wreck was about to occur.
Now the Democrats are running for cover.
One by one, Democrats are beginning to call for Obamacare delays. They have no choice. Because of your efforts and the leadership of people like Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Mike Lee (R-UT), Democrats have nowhere to hide.
Obamacare is much worse than many expected.
Everyone has heard about the website failures, but more importantly Americans are beginning to experience the personal and painful effects of the law that we predicted. Many are facing higher insurance premiums while others are losing their coverage and even their jobs.
Obamacare is a complete disaster and the politicians who voted to enact it and to fund it must be held responsible.
DELAYS WON'T FIX THE PROBLEM
Obamacare CartoonSome Democrats want to put a Band-Aid on Obamacare. They think that if parts of it are delayed, it can be fixed and voters will give them a pass.
These delays may give politicians political cover today, but they won't stop Obamacare from hurting American families in the long run.
The website failures and the fines imposed for lack of coverage are the symptoms, not the disease. The problem with Obamacare is that it takes health care decisions away from Americans and gives that power to the federal government. That core flaw has led to all the problems we are experiencing today.
Obamacare cannot be fixed; it must be repealed.
Thanks to your support, we're making progress in our fight against this misguided law. We have forced a national debate on this issue and we're winning the argument. Now we need to make sure Washington truly solves the problem by ending Obamacare.
Here's what should happen now:
• First, Republicans should not vote to fund Obamacare. The fact that Democrats are clamoring for partial delays is proof that they're on the ropes and will defund the law if Republicans pressure them.
• Second, Republicans should make it clear that partial delays will not fix Obamacare and it must ultimately be repealed.

Politcal rant
Do you know why the Republicans always cave into Obama's demands? It is because they are terrified of being labeled "racists". Don't believe me ask Rush Limbaugh. The Democrats on the other hand have no problem crucifying black people. Look at what they did to Clarence Thomas and Herman Caine. In fact David Axelrod used a white female that was one of his neighbors to accuse Caine of sexual impropriety. Just like they did to Thomas only Thomas' accuser,Anita Hill,was black. The Democrats,the Dixie party,has no problems lynching conservative blacks,only this time they do it in print. Democrats want people to think they are the "tolerant" party when in fact they are just the opposite. Look at the average white liberal: they live in all white areas with black servants that help get their children ready for private school so they have no problem turning public schools into combat zones where the teacher's tenure is more important that the education that students may or may not be receiving. The student's test scores take second or third place whereas the demands of the teacher's union takes proiority. I love the expose' John Stossell,one of my favorites at Foxnews,did concerning education in America. The unions are just one part of the problem. Feminist and minority groups are another,not to mention the propaganda that passes for "journalism" these days. I believe it was Rush Limbaugh that called liberals "mind numb robots" and a lot of people may believe that is an exaggeration but it's not,it is an accurate description. Have you seen them try to defend Obamacare on Hannity? They never deviate from the party line. Everytime I hear them spout the party line it pisses me off. Not only that but Obama is exempt from his own health plan,along with major corporations such as McDonald's. How's that for fucking bullshit. The lamestream media and the sheeple that take what they say and print at face value are influencial in deciding public opinion and they do vote,sometimes more than once i.e. ACORN. In fact voter fraud is what gets Democrats elected over and over again. It sure isn't their ideas which come straight out of the socialist handbook. However if you are a product of modern edcuation (illiterate) then they have you tune into MSNBC or any other leftwing media. The only exception is Fox,thank god for Foxnews. The anti-white attitude of the Democratic party is costing them white members and white votes but they can't figure out why. Then again the cowardice of the Republican party is going to cause a shift change there. Thank you Ted Cruz,Mike Lee and most of all Rand Paul for taking the Republican party in a new direction. A direction that John Boehner,Mitch McConnell and John McCain may not want to go but it's going to happen. The mask has been ripped off Harry Reid so now everyone knows the monster that he truly is. Not only that but the CNN female reporter who asked Reid that question parroted the party line when she was on CNN after that press conference. That's because her superiors probably had a backroom "discussion" with her not to question Democrats or other liberals or hold them accountable in any way. Obamacare is so bad that the former Obama press secretary,Robert Gibbs,denounced it. How's this for poetic justice. Do you know who got nailed with an high Obamacare premium? Some clown at the Daily Kos. I understand he is no longer touting the benefits of Obamacare,especially when he got hit with the liabilities of Obamacare. The funny thing is that when liberals think they won't get penalized and when they do it is a laugh riot. We are one step closer to defunding Obama’s health care takeover!
Now we have to make sure the Senate doesn’t fund Obamacare. If we’re going to have a chance, we need to make sure these 10 Senators vote against “cloture.” A vote for cloture is a vote to fund ObamaCare.

Biden claims Al Gore won in 2000;admires Gore for nothing
Vice President Joe Biden knows how to work a room.
In remarks made on Tuesday night at a fundraiser for Massachusetts Senate candidate Ed Markey in front of an audience of donating (doting?) Democrats, Biden went for the jugular.
In a reference to Al Gore, who introduced Biden at the Washington, D.C., event, Biden said, "This man was elected president of the United States of America," according to the pool report.
"But for the good of the nation, when the bad decision, in my view, was made, he did the right thing for the nation," Biden continued.
The Supreme Court decided the 2000 presidential election in favor of George W. Bush, a decision accepted by former Vice President Gore. But the election left a deep wound in the Democratic Party, one that Biden was happy to pour salt in Tuesday as he sought to drum up cash as well as energy for Markey.
"I’ve served longer than all but 13 members of the United States Senate. I can’t think of very many who would put his country first like that at a really, really, really difficult time. There’s an awful lot of folks Al and I both know who have run for president and still haven’t gotten over it," Biden said.
“Al, you set an example for this country that is going to live as long as recorded history, about the man who won by a decision that I think constitutional scholars now and in the future will conclude was an ill-fated decision,” Biden said. “The way you stepped up, it was amazing.”
Democrats are eager to elect Markey later this month to succeed John Kerry, who was appointed secretary of state, and avoid a repeat of 2010. That year, Republican Scott Brown won the Massachusetts Senate special election, embarrassing Democrats with a stunning upset in the traditionally Democratic-leaning state.
Biden played on those feelings on Tuesday night by attacking well-known outspoken freshman Republicans in the senate—the ones that really get Democrats' hackles up.
“It’s a pretty simple proposition: The United States of America, and the state of Massachusetts, does not need another Republican in the Senate,” Biden said, also according to the pool report. “I’m being straight about this. This is not your father’s Republican Party. It really is a fundamentally different party. There’s never been as much distance, at least since I’ve been alive, distance between where the mainstream of the Republican congressional party is and the Democratic Party is. It’s a chasm. It’s a gigantic chasm.
“I’m not talking about the character or even the quality of the minds of the people I’m going to mention. But the last thing in the world we need now is someone who will go down to the United States Senate and support [Texas freshman Sen.] Ted Cruz, support the new senator from Kentucky—or the old senator from Kentucky," Biden said, referring to freshman Sen. Rand Paul and veteran Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell.
“Think about this,” he said. “Have you ever seen a time when two freshman senators are able to cower the bulk of the Republican Party in the Senate? That is not hyperbole.”
President Barack Obama is scheduled to speak on Wednesday at an event for Markey in Roxbury Crossing, Mass.

I think I just ejaculated. It is pure bliss knowing Biden hates us,that this accursed administration hates us. I understand his hatred of Senator Rand Paul considering Senator Paul's lawsuit may end up with criminal charges being filed that may land Biden's ass in prison. If that happens I hope a lot of guys who were fucked over by VAWA have a "discussion" with Biden on their stance on the issue. If this happens he will have no choice but to listen to men's side of the arguement. )-)

The only way We The People will see any justice is if these three men (there may be more libertarians elected in 2014 thus increasing the numbers)keep up the pressure on the rats that subverted and perverted the Constitution. What happened-a more in depth look
There has been a lot of finger pointing because of Romney's loss to Obama and a lot of things have gone through my mind as well. Did a lot of people feel that Romney thought he could buy the election? There was a lot voter fraud on the Republican's part with a lot of Ron Paul supporters being denied their voice because their votes were voided. Other stories of ballots disappearing on the road between the polling places and the governmental agencies in charge of their counting and safekeeping. Even the Republican friendly anchors at FOX were at a loss for words to describe what happened. After forcing Ron Paul from the being the Republican nominee for president Romney thought he was going to win the White House,even Dick Morris' statistics showed that Romney was going to be handed the presidency on a silver platter,along with Karl Rove's and Charles Krauthammer's predictions. Yet Romney lost. Obama has been labeled the worst president of the United States ever. A president that not only tanked the American economy by not allowing the Keystone pipeline to come through or by not allowing oil drilling off our shores. A president that was did nothing for a long time during the BP oil leak,which was the worst oil leak in history. Yet Romney still lost. A president that has made American prestige diminish worldwide. It got so bad that our ambassador to Libya and 3 other men,one a Navy SEAL,lost their lives defending the U.S. Embassy in Benngazzi from Al Qaeda attack. Our ambassador's corpse was paraded through the streets of Benngazzi and sodomized. Where was Obama? He was in Las Vegas appearing with Hollywood celebrities fundraising. (I've got to give it to him: for what he lacks in governing he more than makes up for it in campaigning.) So let's add this up: we have 4 dead men,one an ambassador,the muslim middle east is one big burning American flag and Obama goes hangs out with his Hollywood pals. A do-nothing president in the strongest sense. Yet Romney is the one who loses the election. A president that presides over the worst unemployment record in history. A president that earned the nickname "the food stamp president" because more people are on food stamps under his administration than under Bush's. A president that bailed out his wall street and banking cronies at the expense of the people. A lot of the American people remember these banks. They are the same banks that foreclosed on them because they were unable to pay due to the fucked up economy. Yet Romney loses the election. When Hurricane Sandy hit the east coast Obama made sure he got a photo of him with New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and left. Romney was there too and from what I heard he stayed there longer than Obama. Yet Romney loses the election. Obama can contact Senator Harry Reid and tell him to stop sitting on the bills that will lower the unemployment rate and get the economy working again. Obama won't do that and the economy suffers along with the people. Yet Romney loses the election. In West Virginia an incarcerated man won the Democratic nominee for president over Obama. In the days prior to the election there were rumors that Obama would lose to a ham sandwich because his record was so bad. Apparently an incarcerated man would have been preferred over Romney. Perhaps it was that way because the way it was most likely perceived that the incarcerated man was paying off his debt to society while the likes of Romney get away with it. As far as Romney goes the Democrats treated him like a ham sandwich and had him for dinner.
