Join with Rand Paul in protecting America

From Rand Paul 2016:

Washington, D.C. is beside itself after my actions earlier today.

This afternoon -- against the wishes of my Senate colleagues in BOTH parties -- I offered my amendment to END taxpayer-funded welfare handouts to dangerous Syrian refugees President Obama continues to welcome into this country.

My colleagues couldn't figure out how to stop me. My amendment was completely within U.S. Senate rules.

So they decided shut down the U.S. Senate early to avoid going on record!

If they think this latest outrage is the end of it, they couldn't be more wrong.

As I told you earlier, I will use ALL available Senate rules, procedures and time available until I receive an up-or-down vote on my amendment.

But I'm counting on you to stand with me today. Will you please add your name as a cosponsor of my bill to stop terrorists from entering the United States as refugees?

I believe this fight illustrates everything that's wrong with Washington, D.C. today.

After last week's terrorist attacks in France where at least one refugee played a central role, my colleagues still refuse to look seriously at potentially dangerous characters filtering into our country.

They refuse to have a serious discussion about immigration, border security or the ongoing refugee program.

Not only that, but our country is $18.6 TRILLION in debt. We borrow a million dollars a minute.

Yet, my colleagues in the U.S. Senate won't even discuss, debate or vote on a bill to stop taxpayer-funded benefits to refugees?

Instead, moments after the Senate shut down, my colleagues were harping to the press about how my move disrupted their grand spending plans for the Department of Transportation, Housing and Urban Development.

It's madness.

Washington, D.C. needs new leadership.

But that means continuing to force debate on tough issues the Big Government establishment in BOTH parties would just rather not touch.

That's exactly what I'll do as President.

But I'm counting on you to stand with me.

Please sign your name as a cosponsor to my amendment to stop terrorists from entering our country as refugees.

And if at all possible, please agree to your most generous contribution right away.

I'm counting on you.

In Liberty,

Rand Paul

Hillary says don't make fun of me or else

While in Los Angeles last week for fundraising, Hillary Clinton felt like updating her humor protocols by stopping off at the famed Laugh Factory. The roster of comedians that have performed at the renowned Los Angeles venue is no laughing matter: Jerry Seinfeld, Jim Carrey, Dave Chappelle, Jay Leno, Damon Wayans, and George Carlin, to name a few. But when a former secretary of state enters a comedy club and makes her presence known, she is apt to become as much of a target for the performers as the middle-class club-goers she is hoping to champion. Result: Hillary isn’t laughing anymore. As reported by Judicial Watch, Hillary’s campaign is working to have a short video of her visit removed from the Laugh Factory’s website, featuring highlights of the comics that night and the pot shots they took at Hillary. Judicial Watch’s report is based on a statement by club founder Jamie Masada, who claims the campaign has threatened him legally if he doesn’t remove the clips from his website. “They threatened me,” Masada said. “I have received complains before but never a call like this, threatening to put me out of business if I don’t cut the video.” Judicial Watch’s report goes on to state:

Masada told Judicial Watch that, as soon as the video got posted on the Laugh Factory website, he received a phone call from a “prominent” person inside Clinton’s campaign. “He said the video was disgusting and asked who put me up to this,” Masada said. The Clinton staffer, who Masada did not want to identify, also demanded to know the names and phone numbers of the comedians that appear in the video. Masada refused and hung up.

As of this writing, the Laugh Factory has complied with the Clinton campaign’s demands and removed the video from its site. However a quick YouTube search on “Hillary Clinton vs. the First Amendment” can still turn it up.Based on viewing the video while it was available, I can give a brief description of the now-embargoed laughs. Comedian Greg Fitzsimmons greeted Hillary by complimenting her appearance: “You look great! Nothing like a skirt, suit, and shoulder pads to say ‘I’m all woman’” Fitzsimmons then turned his attention to the crowd. “What’s with those [expletive] skirt suits Hillary Clinton wears? She looks like she’s playing linebacker for T.J. Maxx.” That was some of the tamer material directed at Clinton. One can almost picture Her Majesty sitting courtside and demanding “Off with their heads” as they one by one took their shots.

That was some of the tamer material directed at Clinton. One can almost picture Her Majesty sitting courtside and demanding “Off with their heads” as they one by one took their shots. There is no comment yet from the Clinton campaign, but this could and should be a potentially damaging episode for Her Highness at a time when both PC and ridicule of PC are at an all-time high, and more and more comics are using their acts to lash out, and Clinton’s campaign is still test-running Grandma’s-humor protocols for her latest OS update.

Both Chris Rock and Jerry Seinfeld have said they will no longer perform on college campuses. After watching a blizzard of special snowflakes melt down at Yale and the University of Missouri, among other campus hot spots, these past two weeks, no on should blame them. Comedians such as Anthony Jeselnik, Jim Jefferies, and Bill Burr have gone on offense and made being shamed by the social-media PC mobs part of their acts. Self-proclaimed progressive and Democrat Bill Maher, for all his smugness, said last month, “I’m going to vote Republican, because I just can’t stand being on the same team as these humorless jackoffs.” As many have observed, South Park has used comedy relentlessly to assail political culture. Even Donald Trump allowed himself to be roasted on Comedy Central.

And in the end, the biggest tragedy of all in this latest dust-up is that most of the comedy-circuit denizens, fans and comics alike, will still vote for Hillary Clinton a year from now. They will open their pocketbooks and give Hillary Clinton in-kind donations as well as their votes. They will openly support the one candidate who is attacking those who make their living in an industry that can be soul-crushing for struggling new comics.

The threat to First Amendment rights in Clinton’s shutdown of comics is obviously grave. But Clinton has proved she’s never been particularly keen on that amendment to begin with. After all, she told the father of one of the CIA officers killed in Benghazi: “We will make sure that the person who made that film is arrested and prosecuted.” And in the wake of the Charlie Hebdo massacre, Hillary notably failed to defend free speech and, to date, has not even released a public statement. But if she wants to tour the country attempting to prove to Sunday-morning hosts and “everyday Americans” that she is in fact a real person, she might want to learn how to take a joke.

If you make a political contribution the IRS wants your social security number

From Freedom Works:

Right now, Obama and his corrupt IRS are proposing a regulation that would require you to give up your social security number when you donate to the causes you believe in. This regulation makes it easier for Obama and the IRS to target conservatives like you and me! We already know they're capable of it, the Lois Lerner IRS scandal confirms it. And now you've got a chance to stop it, before it begins. Send a message to Obama's corrupt IRS and tell them to keep your social security number private.

It's always been Obama's dream to have an America without conservatives. And this regulation is the first step to making Obama's dream a reality. And if we don't stop this, it could happen sooner than we ever thought possible. Send a message today and tell the IRS to keep your social security number private.

Let's keep freedom working, both now and in the future.

Adam Brandon

President & CEO, FreedomWorks

To keep the IRS honest I suggest you contact your Representative and Senators and let them know you are opposed to this latest stunt by the IRS. The more of us they hear from the better.

Marco Rubio is no conservative

From Rand Paul 2016:

The strategy of Marco Rubio, Hillary Clinton, and Chuck Schumer and the Gang of 8 to support liberal immigration policies would make our country dramatically less safe. They seem to want to put American troops on the ground in the Middle East, but are unwilling to secure our borders here at home.

Rubio’s liberal immigration policies are bad for conservatives, bad for our country, and most importantly, bad for our nation’s security.

That is why Rand fought for an amendment that would’ve allowed Congress to have more oversight on immigration and further scrutinize those allowed in the country to keep America safer. Marco Rubio blocked this amendment, and other conservative amendments because of a backroom deal with liberal Senator Chuck Schumer.

This critical issue is now becoming even more important because of the Paris attacks and the Syrian refugee crisis. Rubio’s liberal immigration policy puts our country even more at risk.

And it gets even worse. Rubio even wanted these refugees to come into our country without Rand’s immigration security amendment.

Here is what National Review said:

In September, Rubio told a South Carolina town hall audience, “We would be potentially open to the relocation of some of these individuals at some point in time to the United States.” But the prospect that terrorists could use the refugee crisis to smuggle themselves into the United States was obvious in September, as was the fact that there is no system of vetting available to us that could mitigate that risk.

Rubio has expressed support for allowing the refugees into our country, opposed Rand’s amendment to strengthen the security measures in immigration policy, and cut a backroom deal with Chuck Schumer to oppose conservatives. This should forever preclude conservatives from supporting Marco Rubio.

We can trust Rand to stand strong for conservative principles, and make decisions that will make our country safer here at home.

Please join thousands of concerned Americans in standing with Rand on his opposition of allowing Syrian refugees into this nation. To sign petition

Gays bully children

From Public Advocate:

"Why is Karen now a boy?"

That's the question parents are going to have to explain to their children who attend the Children's Lighthouse Learning Center in Katy, Texas.

You see, two male homosexual "parents" adopted a six-year-old little girl who is claiming to be a boy because of them.

The radical parents had the little girl's hair cut, dressed her in little boy clothes and demanded employees and classmates at the school call their daughter-in-disguise a boy's name.

So the little girl's daycare teachers were told by administration to call the girl by a boy's name -- and to force her classmates to do the same.

But two daycare workers knew the damage this would do to the rest of the kids in the classroom.

Knowing how crazy and unacceptable it is to explain transgenderism to innocent six-year-olds, the Christian childcare workers knew what they had to do.

They refused to indoctrinate the innocent children into accepting the radical transgender agenda of the Left.

And they were immediately fired as a result of their beliefs.

One of the workers, Madeline Kirksey, simply stated, "I don't think we should be talking to other people's children who are under the age of 18 about being transgender."

Kirksey even received recent praise by administrators for diligent work at her job.

It was only after she rightfully told her class not to call the little girl by a boy's name and not to call the little girl a boy, that the school wrote her up and fired her.

She believes she and her fellow coworker were fired on false infractions because they chose to protect the innocent children from transgender brainwashing.

Kirksey believes the two male homosexual "parents" of the girl are forcing her to act like a boy because the six-year-old is inconsistent.

She said sometimes the girl refers to herself as a boy and sometimes she doesn't want the other children to call her a boy.

That's why the former daycare worker informed Child Protective Services that the little girl is being told she is a little boy.

The gender insanity continues to spread across the nation.

Innocent children are being indoctrinated to question their real gender.

And any adult who dares to stand up to the radical Homosexual Lobby's latest social experiment is being bullied into silence.

Some, like Kirksey, are even being fired for standing up to the radical activists.

Unless everyday Americans like you and me also stand up, I'm afraid this will be the new "normal" in every school in the nation.

That's why I hope you sign your statement against Gender Insanity right away.

After you sign your statement, please consider chipping in $10 or $25 to help Public Advocate recruit and sound the alarm against the rise of gender insanity.

Thank you for all that you do to help Public Advocate protect Traditional Values and common sense policies.

Sincerely,

HON. EUGENE DELGAUDIO
President,
Public Advocate of the United States

P.S. After two homosexual men cut the hair of their adopted six-year-old girl, made her wear boy's clothes and told others to call her "John," they demanded her classmates call her a boy.

And her two daycare workers were fired for protecting innocent children by refusing to submit them to transgender indoctrination.

Laura Ingraham backs Rand Paul in questioning Marco Rubio's tax credit plan.

It looks like my work exposing Senator Rubio's outlandish spending plans during Tuesday night's Republican debate was only the beginning.

This morning, talk radio host Laura Ingraham tweeted the below:

‏@IngrahamAngle .@RandPaul: "I think @marcorubio tax credit plan will extend more tax credits to illegal aliens; there's no way we should support this."

The more the American people learn about Big Government candidates' plans, the more they agree they stink to high heaven. We need real tax reform like 14 percent flat tax plan -- not welfare disguised as "tax credits."

We need serous foreign policy. Not one that centers around just throwing money at our problems. We need to secure our borders, not the amnesty supported by Senator Rubio and Hillary Clinton. My grassroots driven campaign is about serious reforms designed to destroy the Washington machine, not keep it growing until it bankrupts every one of us.

Will you stand with me right away by making your most generous contribution of $50, $25 or even $10 right away?

In liberty,

Rand Paul
