From The National Right To Work Committee:
Now is the time to expose Big Labor's allies in Congress.
With the 2016 Elections right around the corner, the time has never been better to put every member of Congress on record for or against compulsory unionism with a roll-call vote on the National Right to Work Act (S. 391/H.R. 612).
And thanks to you, the pressure is building. Already, 154 members of Congress have cosponsored the Right to Work Act.
But there is more to do!
That's why it's vital you sign your petition, urging Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, House Speaker Paul Ryan, and your Congressman and Senators to cosponsor and seek roll-call votes on the National Right to Work Act TODAY.
As you read this, 11 million Americans are forced to pay union dues or face losing their jobs.
And nearly 80% of Americans agree that's just plain wrong.
A National Right to Work law would free hardworking Americans from the chains of forced-unionism -- and stop the union bosses' forced-dues gravy train.
This federally provided special privilege has not only allowed union bosses across the country to enjoy fat-cat limousine lifestyles, but it has also shored up piles of cash for Big Labor to funnel into the campaign coffers of their handpicked politicians -- nearly two BILLION dollars -- every election year.
Keeping their allegiance to Big Labor secret, throngs of politicians head back to Washington again and again to protect and expand the union bosses' forced-dues privileges.
And the cycle will not end . . .
Unless you and I expose them!
The good news is, that's exactly what a vote on the National Right to Work Act would do.
The fact is, union bosses know a vote on the Right to Work Act could mean real trouble for their favorite Big Labor politicians this year.
So to keep their pet politicians off the record on Right to Work, Big Labor is determined to stop any and all public debate on the National Right to Work Act.
But you and I have the one thing the union bosses don't -- massive support from the American people.
History has shown time and time again that when there is a high-profile vote on forced-unionism, politicians who kowtow to Big Labor go down in flames at the ballot box.
So putting Big Labor's allies on record could be the final nail in their political coffins on Election Day.
But your IMMEDIATE action is critical to forcing the vote.
So please sign your petition, urging Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, House Speaker Paul Ryan, any your Congressman and Senators to cosponsor and seek roll-call votes on the National Right to Work Act today.
You and I both know, in politics, nothing moves unless it's pushed.
And since Big Labor's allies will do just about anything to stay off the record, it's vital you and I push HARD.
It's up to you and me to hold Congress' feet to the fire.
So please sign your petition IMMEDIATELY to:
*** Your Congressman and Senators, demanding they cosponsor the National Right to Work Act immediately;
*** Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, insisting he schedule a floor vote on this crucial legislation; and
*** Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, urging him to bring the National Right to Work Act to the House floor for a vote at once.
And if at all possible, please donate a generous contribution of $50, $25, $10 or 10 to help your Committee mobilize tens of thousands of Right to Work supporters across the country to pressure Congress to hold votes on the National Right to Work Act NOW, so politicians can be held accountable.
In this crucial election year, it is up to you and me to put Congress on record for or against forcing workers to pay union dues and fees just to earn a living.
So please act TODAY!
Sincerely,
Mark Mix
President, National Right to Work
P.S. Time and time, again history has shown that when politicians are forced to take a stand on the compulsory unionism issue, forced-dues partisans go down in flames at the ballot box.
Now, with the 2016 Elections fast approaching, it's vital every member of Congress is put on the record with roll-call votes on the National Right to Work Act.
So, to turn up the heat on Congress to hold roll-call votes before the crucial November Elections, please sign the petition and consider your most generous contribution TODAY.

Don't let Big Labor get away with labeling the National Right To Work Act unconstitutional
From The National Right To Work Foundation:
With the sudden passing of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, the union bosses smell blood in the water.
With one legal case, quietly filed in federal court in Idaho, you and I could be facing the biggest forced-dues threat we've seen from Big Labor in decades.
Not long ago, with the help of a Harvard Law professor and former SEIU union official, Big Labor launched a brand-new legal assault -- one in which they're counting on a majority of the current and potentially future Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court to rubber stamp.
Their claim is that the very concept of Right to Work is somehow UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
As outlandish as that sounds, in today's warped world of legal logic, it's a very real threat. And should the union bosses get their way:
***EVERY state Right to Work Law in the country could be wiped out -- beginning almost immediately with Arizona, Idaho and Nevada.
***The National Right to Work Act would effectively be KILLED forever.
***Big Labor would gain an airtight stranglehold on Washington, D.C. that could last for DECADES.
I don't want to mince words here.
This is an all-out EMERGENCY.
Will you please sign your Legal Defense Authorization Form, directing the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation to FIGHT this critical case IMMEDIATELY?
I'll admit -- when I first read through the basis of the union bosses' ridiculous legal case -- I could only shake my head.
Big Labor is effectively arguing that workers who refuse to pay union dues are violating the Fifth Amendment's "takings clause," claiming the U.S. Constitution mandates that workers MUST pay for Big Labor monopoly "representation" whether they want it or not!
In so doing, of course, they're leaving out some inconvenient "details" . . .
. . . Details like the fact that Big Labor exercises special privileges in federal law to FORCE their representation on workers who don't want it through monopoly bargaining.
This is the corrupt scheme that should be ended -- NOT workers' ability to decide for themselves whether or not to pay union dues!
But despite all of these facts I'm afraid this is not something you and I can ignore -- not with this case likely to be heard by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
As you probably know, the Ninth Circuit has become infamous for its highly politicized, pie-in-the-sky legal rulings in recent years.
So it's no accident the union bosses chose to file this lawsuit where they hope their black-robed buddies will be quick to sign off on their legal assault.
If this union boss legal assault is ultimately successful, every state Right to Work law in the country will be DESTROYED!
Not only that, but that decision would likely invalidate the constitutionality of the National Right to Work Act as well!
With all state Right to Work Laws gone, union bosses would be free to force workers to pay union dues in all 50 states.
That alone would set off a nightmare scenario, including:
***DOUBLING the $11 BILLION the union bosses rake in every year in forced-union dues, bankrolling a union-label political machine that would have an iron lock on Washington, D.C. -- perhaps for DECADES;
***Skyrocketing taxes and inflation as forced-dues-funded government union bosses live high on the hog while the rest of America suffers, jobs are lost and more and more companies move overseas;
***Never-ending spending on Big Labor's favorite government programs, driving our national debt even higher;
***Bailouts and sweetheart deals for big companies with fat union payrolls, while smaller mom and pop businesses -- too small for Big Labor's "first wave" of organizing -- get strangled with government regulations;
I'm afraid it's a DISASTER in the making. . .
And it staggers me to think just how close to a reality this scenario may be right now.
As I write you, National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation attorneys are preparing to strike back, putting the finishing touches on our first legal brief in response.
And I'm not going to kid you.
As frivolous as this case may be, I don't believe for a second it will be won over night.
I'm afraid Big Labor has had this up their sleeves for some time.
After all, the union bosses know nearly 80% of the American people are opposed to forced-unionism.
They know the National Right to Work Act is gaining support in Congress.
They know as more and more states pass Right to Work and experience the very real benefits that come from ending forced-unionism, their forced-dues-funded empire will only continue to crumble.
>>>After Indiana passed Right to Work, the union bosses tried and failed to invalidate it through state court rulings.
>>>Then, in Michigan, they tried a referendum to stop Right to Work from EVER being enacted there -- but it ended up backfiring, paving the way for legislative passage.
>>>Now, after passage of Right to Work in Wisconsin and West Virginia, the union bosses see the American people rising up against their forced-dues empire.
Now Big Labor has cooked up this horrendous legal scheme to silence the voice of Americans by having the federal courts impose forced-unionism on all of us!
The good news is, the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation is THE organization to stop them.
After all, it was our team of attorneys that helped defeat Big Labor's assault on Indiana's Right to Work Law.
Not only that, but Foundation attorneys have successfully argued before the U.S. Supreme Court 17 times and have won literally thousands of lower court decisions.
No other organization boasts a staff with this kind of pedigree or our track record of success.
That said, Foundation attorneys are already representing over 47,000 employees, in 298 open cases over just the last 12 months, who have been harmed by the injustices of forced-unionism.
Each and every one of these cases is designed to protect or expand critical legal precedents that last far into the future.
So taking on a new case -- especially one of this magnitude -- is a huge commitment.
The costs are likely to run well into the HUNDREDS of thousands, which we can't afford with our bank accounts as they stand today.
That's why I'm writing.
As I explained, there is no way we can ignore this threat -- not with so much at stake.
I simply must hear from you.
Your signature on the Legal Defense Authorization Form I've crafted for you will tell me everything I need to know.
It will tell me you're directing the Foundation to fight this Big Labor legal assault with everything we have.
But frankly I need more than your signature right now.
I know this is really asking you to stretch -- in fact, I'm almost hesitant to ask for this much -- but I'm really hoping you will come through with a generous tax-deductible contribution of $35.
That's a lot, I know.
It's much more than you've ever given in the past.
But in a "do or die" fight like this, I can't hold anything back.
I hope you won't either.
Of course, if $35 is just too much, please agree to $25, $15 or whatever you can afford.
At a minimum, please give $10.
I apologize for being so forward and asking so much of you.
But with so much on the line, I have to. I hope you understand that.
Please sign your Legal Defense Authorization Form today, and agree to your most generous contribution of $35, $25, $15 or at least $10 right away.
There's no time to waste.
I need to hear from you right away.
Sincerely,

P.S.With one quietly filed legal case in federal court in Idaho, you and I are facing the biggest forced-dues threat we've seen from Big Labor in decades.

Well then let's take a look at the Fifth Amendment shall we:
Amendment 5 - Trial and Punishment, Compensation for Takings
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Source
No matter how many times I read it it says nothing about labor unions nor does it discuss if you should donate to a labor union or not nor does it access a fine or other punishment if you don't join or support a labor union. Let's just say that the Fifth Amendment does not cover labor unions whatsoever. So why are they lying like they are? Good question.

Help fight Garland's bid for the Supreme Court
From The National Right To Work Committee:
Barack Obama is plotting to cripple the fight to protect worker freedom by installing Merrick Garland, a Big Labor approved justice on the Supreme Court.
And to make matters worse, as many as 16 Republicans may be wavering on their commitment to block Garland's nomination by agreeing to meet with Obama's nominee.
The consequences of Republicans folding on their pledge to block Garland's nomination would be disastrous.
A recent 4-4 split vote in the Friedrichs case left a lower court ruling in place upholding forced-union dues.
The California teachers fighting to be free from the clutches of union bosses and their forced dues scheme petitioned the Court to rehear their case.
Observers believe the Supreme Court could take up the case again as soon as next year.
But if Republicans wilt under Big Labor's pressure campaign, Garland is very likely to vote with the Court's four liberal justices to deliver a gut-punch to the worker freedom movement.
That's why I'm asking for your immediate help.
Your National Right to Work Committee has launched a "Stop the Obama Takeover" Banner Bomb to raise $30,000 by May 1st to blanket the states of wavering Senators with ads urging them to live up to their word and block Garland's nomination.
A 5-4 ruling in favor of forced-dues is not even the worst decision that a Big-Labor dominated Supreme Court could hand down.
Recently, liberal law professors bragged that a pro Big Labor Supreme Court majority could rule Right to Work itself as unconstitutional.
And now, one Wisconsin judge just handed the nation a peek at the future of Right to Work if Barack Obama gets his way and installs a pro-Big Labor nominee on the Supreme Court.
The judge's ruling struck down the state's Right to Work law by agreeing with Big Labor's lawyers that the state of Wisconsin cannot protect employees from union bosses who threaten to have them fired for refusing to pay dues or fees to a union they don't support.
If Barack Obama's union label nominee, Merrick Garland, is confirmed to the Supreme Court, I'm afraid his record proves he could very well cast the deciding vote to eliminate Right to Work laws across the country.
His 20 year record on the D.C. Court of Appeals reveals his Big Labor bias.
In fact, in two cases he sided against workers represented by the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation.
He even voted to gut the Supreme Court's decision in the Beck case, which allows workers to opt-out of paying the portion of their dues that funds union politics.
And AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka heaped praise upon Garland and called his pro-Big Labor credentials "impeccable."
That's why I was so disturbed by the news some Republicans might be faltering on their commitment to block Garland's nomination.
So I'm asking you to chip in a contribution to the "Stop the Obama Takeover" Banner Bomb right away.
Your generous support will help your National Right to Work Committee launch a targeted online advertising campaign in states like Arkansas, Iowa, Maine, New Hampshire and Ohio urging their senators to stand firm on their commitment to block Garland's nomination.
With the November elections around the corner, Big Labor is cranking up the pressure on Republicans in the Senate to confirm Garland.
And unless Right to Work supporters across America rise up in opposition, I'm afraid of what may happen.
The good news is, despite the union boss arm-twisting, at least one Republican responded to the grassroots uprising against Garland's nomination and reversed course on his intention to hold hearings on the Garland nomination.
I'm convinced you and I have a chance to hold the line against Garland's nomination.
But that is going to require a megaphone to compete with Big Labor.
That's why I'm asking you to chip in and support the "Stop the Obama Takeover" Banner Bomb.
Your contribution will allow your National Right to Work Committee to gin up grassroots pressure in targeted states by blanketing the Internet and social media with ads urging key Senators to hold the line against the Garland nomination.
This won't be easy -- or cheap.
That's why we have until May 1st to raise the $30,000 necessary to fund this crucial program.
So please chip in a contribution before the deadline and help your National Right to Work Committee fight back against Big Labor's court-packing scheme.
Sincerely,

Make Congress hold a public, roll call vote on the National Right To Work Act
From The National Right To Work Committee:
Don't let this opportunity slip away.
As letters, postcards, phone calls, emails and petitions from Right to Work supporters like you continue to pour in on Capitol Hill, the number of Congressmen and Senators signing on as cosponsors of the National Right to Work Act continues to grow.
So now it's time to take the next step and urge the U.S. House and Senate Leadership to schedule public, roll-call votes on our bill.
With strong support in Congress -- and the fact that nearly eight out of ten Americans believe it's just plain wrong to force workers to join or pay dues to a labor union as a condition of employment -- bringing up the National Right to Work Act for a vote should be an easy decision.
But as I'm sure you know, in Washington, nothing moves unless it's pushed.
That's why it's vital you sign your petition to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, urging them to schedule roll-call votes on the National Right to Work Act (S. 391/H.R. 612).
The fact is, Big Labor's stranglehold on workers has dire consequences for all Americans:
*** Millions of working Americans are forced to pay union dues out of every paycheck -– diverting to union bosses money that could go to workers' families or be saved for their future.
*** Forced-unionism is a dead weight on key parts of the American economy.
Productivity-killing work rules, a hate-the-boss mentality, slowdowns and strikes all take their crippling toll on our already struggling economy, closing down companies here and sending good jobs overseas.
***Big Labor's forced-dues treasury is pure poison to our political system.
Union political operatives use forced-dues dollars to fund a massive political machine that reaches into Congress, every state house, most city halls, police stations, firehouses and school districts across the country -- resulting in skyrocketing government spending and soaring taxes.
***Union toughs terrorize workers and communities with violent strikes -- where they get away with beatings, arson -- even murder.
A national Right to Work law would put an end to these outrages and strip from Big Labor the power to force workers to pay dues and fees just to keep a job -- a power union bosses should never have been granted in the first place.
And just getting a vote is a win/win scenario for opponents of forced-unionism.
You see, every time in the last 40 years Congress has had to take a public stand on whether or not workers should be forced to pay tribute to a union boss to earn a living and feed their families, politicians who kowtowed to Big Labor have gone down in flames at the ballot box.
Today, with the November Elections on the horizon, you and I have a tremendous opportunity to expose Big Labor's pet politicians and hold them accountable.
But, roll-call votes are key.
That's why it's crucial you sign your petition to Majority Leader McConnell and Speaker Ryan, urging them to hold votes on the National Right to Work Act at once.
History has shown that convincing Congress to take action will take a tidal wave of pressure from Americans across the country.
So, if at all possible, along with your signed petition, please chip in $10 or $25 to help the Committee mobilize tens of thousands of Right to Work supporters nationwide to urge leadership to hold roll-call votes on the National Right to Work Act.
In this crucial election year, it is up to you and me to put Congress on record for or against compulsory unionism.
Please act TODAY!
Sincerely,
Mark Mix
President, National Right to Work
P.S. As support for the National Right to Work Act continues to surge in Congress, now is the time to insist Congressional Leadership schedules public, roll-call votes on our bill.
That's why it's vital you click here and sign your petition to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Speaker of the House Paul Ryan at once.
And along with your signed petitions, please chip in $10 or $25 to help mobilize opponents of forced-unionism nationwide to pressure Congress to vote on this crucial legislation.

Support the National Right To Work Act
From the National Right To Work Committee:
I'll get right to it.
The deadline to collect petitions urging the Senate to hold a vote on the National Right to Work Act is just 48 hours away.
And with the November elections fast approaching, nothing strikes fear into the hearts of union bosses more than losing their grip on the ten billion dollar a year warchest stuffed with forced-union dues.
This stockpile of cash has funded Big Government politicians for decades.
Jimmy Carter.
Bill Clinton.
Barack Obama.
The mess created by Big Labor's handpicked politicians sticks with us today.
And the first step of the cleanup is putting members of Congress on the record.
Will they stand with the overwhelming majority of Americans who believe in worker freedom?
Or will they side with Big Labor and their disastrous agenda which holds down wages, wrecks our economy and installs puppet politicians in office?
So I'm counting on your immediate action to swamp Congress with a wave of grassroots activism.
Please sign your petition before time runs out.
The deadline is just 48 hours away and it's vital I count on every Right to Work supporter to make their voice heard.
After you complete your petition, please chip in a contribution to help your National Right to Work Committee contact two million Americans by email, social media, direct mail and phone calls to turn up the heat on Congress to hold a vote on the National Right to Work Act.
Time is running out, so please act right away.
Sincerely,
Mark Mix
P.S. Your Committee's program to secure public, roll-call votes on the National Right to Work Act is underway.
I'm counting on you to help your National Right to Work Committee reach our goal of 50,000 petitions before the March 28th deadline by completing yours today.
After you complete your petition, please chip in a contribution of $10 or $25 to help your National Right to Work Committee keep the pressure on Congress to hold a vote on this crucial legislation.

Big labor's stranglehold on America easing up,keep up the pressure
From The National Right To Work Committee:
I have really exciting news.
Recent developments in Congress have Obama and Big Labor shaking in their boots.
In fact, political experts are saying this unprecedented development might just cripple Big Labor's stranglehold on D.C.

Should the National Right To Work Committee fight on or give up?
From The National Right To Work Committee:
Let me get right to the point.
Over the past 12 months, the union bosses' seemingly endless power grabs -- perpetrated with the help of Obama's radical National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) -- have been "taxing" the National Right to Work Foundation's resources like never before.
And that means you and I face some difficult decisions.
First, the good news: I'm increasingly encouraged that America's waking up to just how dangerous Big Labor's $20 billion (BILLION!) empire is . . .
. . . How they extort the precious wages of hard-working men and women as a condition of employment and corrupt our politics, strangle businesses, penalize taxpayers and mock our Constitution.
In 2012, Indiana and Michigan rejected forced unionism and became the 23rd and 24th Right to Work states.
And just a few months ago, Wisconsin followed suit and became America's 25th Right to Work state!
But as you and I know, Big Labor does not easily relinquish its forced-dues power, so union boss lawyers are attacking these reforms in the courts.
The good news is, your National Right to Work Foundation is going toe-to-toe with union boss lawyers, defending these laws from Big Labor's legal assaults.
But make no mistake: The Obama Administration's sweetheart deals for Big Labor, and the $1.7 billion political spending blitz by the union bosses in 2012, have exposed just how powerful Big Labor remains.
Powerful union officials and their government allies are fuming mad at the hard-fought battles opponents of forced unionism have won in recent years, and they're using every trick in the book not only to take back lost ground, but also to expand their forced-dues power.
That's why I must hear from you immediately. Please sign your Confidential Supporter Directive right away.
Fighting the Obama Administration's power grabs for Big Labor is taxing the National Right to Work Foundation's resources like never before.
And even in the face of their recent setbacks, forced-unionism advocates aren't throwing in the towel.
On the contrary, with BILLIONS of forced-dues dollars at stake, the union bosses are redoubling efforts to reclaim lost ground and expand their forced-unionism privileges.
And they have a powerful ally in the Obama-stacked NLRB, which just declared war on all state Right to Work laws.
A Foundation client and I were invited to testify at a Congressional hearing on this issue earlier this month.
That's why your Right to Work Foundation's work is so critical.
The fact is, taking on the out-of-control NLRB is just one of the fronts we're fighting on.
With nearly 200 active cases right now, here's just a glimpse of what Foundation attorneys are working on:
*** Five federal lawsuits designed to build on the reasoning the U.S. Supreme Court gave in our Harris and Knox precedents with the goal of ending other government-granted Big Labor forced-unionism schemes, including union bosses' power to extract forced dues from public employees.
*** Scores of cases attacking Big Labor's use of forced dues to fund its political machine -- vitally important now as union operatives are already gearing up to install another puppet politician in the White House and take back the U.S. Senate.
*** Challenges to the aggressive compulsory unionism policies pushed by Obama appointees in the executive branch, including the Department of Labor and the NLRB.
*** Critical cases defending and enforcing state Right to Work protections, especially in the newest Right to Work states: Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin.
Here's the rub. Your Foundation continues to operate on a tight budget in 2015, and it's crucial we allocate our resources to cover all our bases.
Soon, I'll sit down with the five-member Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees to decide whether changes must be made in the Foundation's program budget.
But before I do, I'd like to have your guidance and help.
Can you spare just a few minutes of your time and fill out your Supporter Directive?
You see, right now choices must be made among certain priorities in our program. And I'm asking your advice before I act.
The fact is, I'd rather scale back in a few fights (even though we believe we could win!) than get stretched too thin.
Here's an in-depth view of some of the most important fights the Foundation is waging right now:
>>> Pushing forward with cutting-edge cases that directly challenge the constitutionality of forced union dues for all public employees.
In our most recent Supreme Court victories, the Justices indicated that they may be open to repealing all forced dues in the government sector, and Foundation staff attorneys are working on filing a brief in one such challenge right now.
>>> Attacking forced-dues-for-politics schemes and illegal diversion of union money into partisan politics.
After all, you and I know we can't just trust union bosses to voluntarily comply with Foundation-won precedents that protect employees from forced-dues-for-politics schemes.
>>> Defending workers from Big Labor's aggressive Top Down Forced-Unionism strategy.
Utilizing new Obama NLRB rules, Big Labor is expanding its aggressive organizing tactics to push more workers into forced-unionism ranks, including quick-snap elections and "Card Check."
>>> Bolstering our outreach program. The impact of our legal victories is limited if workers aren't informed.
Our informational campaigns ensure workers harmed by Organized Labor's forced-dues schemes know they have an ally in the fight to resist union boss subjugation.
I'm sure you can see why now would be a terrible time to throttle back our efforts.
But I need input from our supporters detailing where you want the Foundation to focus our efforts.
So please fill out your Confidential Supporter Directive right away.
The fact is, in the coming months, Big Labor will unleash their multi-billion dollar, forced-dues-funded political warchest to maintain their iron-fisted control of the White House, recapture the U.S. Senate and take over state legislatures and governors' mansions nationwide.
But your Foundation is hitting back hard -- fighting forced-dues-for-politics schemes in state courts and agencies, in federal courts and at the NLRB.
With the union bosses using their political clout to launch still more power grabs, it's vital that you and I not let up now.
I hope you understand what a profound threat opponents of forced unionism face.
Time after time, you have loyally stood with the Right to Work Foundation as we have fought pivotal battles.
After all you and I have achieved, it would be a devastating blow to have to pull back -- especially now when our achievements hold the promise of attracting new supporters to our cause.
In fact, national leaders including Steve Forbes and U.S. Senator Jim Risch (R-ID) are helping in a nationwide campaign to build new support for Right to Work. But identifying and recruiting new supporters takes resources, too.
So, along with your completed Supporter Directive, I hope I can count on your most generous tax-deductible contribution right away.
You see, with the spate of Right to Work victories, union officials are pressing harder and in more sophisticated ways to expand their forced-dues empire.
That's why it's vital the Right to Work Foundation keep up the fight on all fronts.
And why your completed Supporter Directive is so important.
At this moment, Foundation attorneys are representing tens of thousands of employees in nearly 200 active legal aid cases.
Each case is unique, and vital precedents are at stake. It is difficult to consider abandoning any of them.
But fighting all the battles I've described will cost an estimated $4,960,000 through the end of the year.
And, if the Foundation is not in a strong position, there's no doubt Big Labor will be all the more eager to launch new attacks on America's workers or on the Foundation itself.
The fact is, for many years, the National Right to Work Foundation has stood in the breach. And you've stood with us.
Now, I'm writing to you and all of the Foundation's best supporters because, according to my calculations, if you and our other most generous supporters gave a tax-deductible gift of $10 to the Foundation today, it would be enough to fully fund the rest of our 2015 program.
I realize that $10 is a lot to ask, but too much is at stake and your Committee needs your help.
Unfortunately, I know a few people won't or can't give at all right now, and I understand that.
They will count on others to carry their load. Some folks may set this letter aside (despite the urgency) and forget to send a contribution.
That's why, if you can, please consider making a $10 contribution today to fund our vital programs.
It could be that's more than you've given as a single gift before, but I hope you will seriously consider this request.
More than anything, your investment is a testament to just how critical the Foundation's ongoing projects are.
If I can count on generous donors like you to give such a contribution now, I could put aside any thoughts of scaling back our programs and focus on challenging Big Labor's forced-dues assaults.
You see, with your investment, the Foundation can maintain and hopefully even increase its aggressive attack on Big Labor's compulsory unionism schemes.
If, for some reason, you just can't send $10 today, please give at least $5 or whatever you can afford right away.
Whether you send $10 or $5 -- or if a lesser amount is the most you can do -- please fill out your Confidential Supporter Directive giving me your advice, and please be as generous as you are able.
Please, help today. Your support will make a real difference.
Sincerely,
Mark Mix
P.S. Your National Right to Work Foundation stands in the breach, protecting the right of all Americans to be free from union boss tyranny.
Yet at this crucial moment, I fear the Foundation may not have the resources needed to fight all the threats you and I face.
So, your advice today is critical. Please submit your Confidential Supporter Directive at once, and please agree to your most generous tax-deductible contribution of $10 to fund our vital programs.

Oppose forced unionism
From The National Right To Work Committee:
Please complete your 2015 Membership Ballot immediately.
It’s vital that you do so at once.
You see, every year your National Right to Work Committee surveys its members to make sure our programs line up with your priorities.
This year, with Obama appointees at the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) emboldened to use any bureaucratic weapon in their arsenal to shut down your National Right to Work Committee, your participation is more important than ever.
When I last wrote to you warning of the threat posed by the Obama FEC and IRS, the response from Committee members was an overwhelming: "Fight On!"
As I explained, the FEC and IRS union boss water-carriers could bury your Right to Work Committee under a mountain of harassing subpoenas over our efforts to inform opponents of forced-unionism which Senators and Congressmen support Right to Work . . .
. . . And which ones don’t.
In the past, Big Labor’s cronies at the FEC have concocted rules which refuse to recognize that you are a "real" member of the National Right to Work Committee.
They have repeatedly insisted that you aren’t entitled to the same rights under the U.S. Constitution accorded to members of other organizations.
From what my attorneys tell me, the Committee’s position will be strongest if as many members as possible certify each year that they currently consider themselves to be members of the National Right to Work Committee.
As you know, the FEC bureaucracy attacked the Committee for exposing corruption involving candidates for federal office and top-level union officials.
That’s why your 2015 Membership Ballot -- demonstrating that we do have members -- may be essential in fighting off any retaliatory legal challenges to our membership.
Can you please take a few minutes to complete your 2015 Membership Ballot?
Completing your Membership Ballot is also very important for another reason.
In the next few weeks, I face some big decisions and I need your advice.
As you well know, in recent years, you and I have fought many battles with forced-unionism advocates in state legislatures and in Congress.
Right to Work supporters in Indiana and Michigan overcame Big Labor’s forced-dues-fueled leviathan and passed Right to Work laws, restoring to workers in these states the right to earn a living without having to pay dues and fees to a union boss.
And in Wisconsin, Big Labor took a huge hit when the state become America's 25th Right to Work state.
Then just think about the national battles you and I have had with Big Labor in the last several years.
Time and again, Card Check Forced-Unionism -- Big Labor’s favorite tool to corral workers into dues-paying ranks -- has reared its ugly head in Congress and in bureaucratic rule-making.
And let’s not forget the efforts of Right to Work members to force roll-call votes in the U.S. House and Senate on our National Right to Work Act.
Through petitions and postcards, phone calls, e-mails and letters to their Congressmen and Senators, opponents of forced-unionism have fought Big Labor’s forced-dues power.
Then in recent election years, you and folks like you mobilized a Right to Work citizen army to turn up the heat on candidates before the elections, demanding they pledge total opposition to forced-unionism.
And just look at what happened last year . . .
. . . Eight new pro-Right to Work Senators replaced forced-dues advocates, some of whom represented Big Labor’s interests for decades.
Now it’s up to you and me to build on our successes and move forward with the plan to put every member of Congress on record for or against compulsory unionism.
Unfortunately, as I try to budget for 2015, your National Right to Work Committee accounts have been drained -- first from our efforts to secure roll-call votes on the National Right to Work Act and then from last year’s massive 2014 Issue Education and Mobilization Program.
So I need your advice on allocating the Committee’s funds.
Should I emphasize a campaign for federal legislation rolling back Big Labor’s forced-unionism power in Congress?
Or should protecting and advancing Right to Work in the states be top priority?
Or should your Committee try to fight both nationally and on the state level?
Let me explain my dilemma.
With Right to Work gains in both the U.S. House and Senate, now is the time to put every member of Congress on record on the forced-unionism issue by forcing a roll-call vote in both Houses of Congress on the National Right to Work Act.
As you know, a National Right to Work law would mean that no worker could be forced to join or pay dues to a labor union just to get or keep a job.
And just getting a roll-call vote would be a win/win scenario for opponents of compulsory unionism.
After all, every time in the past five decades that Big Labor’s pet politicians have been exposed to the nearly 80% of Americans who think forced union dues are just plain wrong, they have gone down in flames at the ballot box.
And 2016 could be an even worse year for forced-dues advocates than 2014.
That’s why I believe you and I must do everything we can to FORCE Congress to go on record for or against the National Right to Work Act.
But this fight won’t be easy -- or cheap.
So I’m counting on your support, and your advice.
You see, in addition to battles in Congress, Right to Work supporters face some tough challenges as well as tremendous opportunities on the state level.
In addition to protecting Right to Work laws in Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Iowa and Nevada, now is the time to use our momentum to extend Right to Work to other states like Kentucky, Montana, New Mexico, New Hampshire and Maine, as well as in a host of other states where the political climate is ripe for freeing workers from the shackles of forced-unionism.
The fact is, after years of hard work, two states, Indiana and Michigan, became Right to Work states in 2012 -- something that hasn’t happened since 1954!
If two states deep in the heart of the union boss dominated Rust Belt can pass Right to Work, I’m confident other states can as well.
So, should I emphasize a federal campaign, concentrating on forcing a roll-call vote on the National Right to Work Act?
Or should going on offense to pass new state Right to Work laws be our top priority?
Or should the Committee try to fight both nationally and on the state level?
Now, I’m sure you agree that it’s vital you and I do everything we can to put all members of Congress on record for or against forced-unionism.
So, if you think our federal legislative program should take priority, mark "FEDERAL LEGISLATION" on your Membership Ballot.
But before you do, give some thought to what’s at stake in the state legislatures.
Shouldn’t you and I strike while the iron is hot in states where it may be possible to pass Right to Work laws?
But we can’t leave current Right to Work states undefended in order to gain new ones.
So should defending state Right to Work laws and working to end forced-unionism in promising states be a top priority?
If you think so, mark "STATE LEGISLATION" on your ballot.
I’m sure you can see why I’m torn . . .
. . . And why I’m writing to ask you for your advice -- and, I hope, for your increased financial support.
Unless I can generate a major influx of funds at the beginning of this year, I will be forced to cut back on both federal and state legislative programs.
The fact is, with the tremendous opportunities you and I have in the current political climate, abandoning the field now would be heartbreaking.
With 11 million American workers shouldering Big Labor’s yoke, you and I cannot give up the fight now.
So can I count on you to chip in with a contribution NOW equal to or even larger than $10?
Thanks to the Committee’s 2014 Issue Education and Mobilization Program, you and I are now closer than ever to forcing votes on -- and ultimately passing -- a National Right to Work Law to free workers nationwide from the shackles of compulsory unionism.
That’s why I hope I can count on you to reach deep and make a contribution large enough for us to keep fighting in Congress and the state legislatures.
And why I hope you’ll consider chipping in with a generous contribution of $10, $20, or at least $30.
But whatever you can afford, please send it right away so I’ll know how to budget for the coming year.
Your advice and support are critical, so please submit your 2015 Membership Ballot as soon as possible. The Board of Directors and I anxiously await your reply.
Sincerely,
Mark Mix
President
P.S. Your completed 2015 Membership Ballot may be essential in a court battle to protect the rights of members like you.
I need to hear from 100% of our membership. Please act today.
Along with your ballot, please chip in with a generous contribution of $10, $20, or at least $30. Without your support right now, you and I may miss a real opportunity to take the fight directly to Big Labor.
So, please sign your Membership Ballot with your contribution today.

Support the National Right To Work Act
From The National Right To Work Committee:
It's vital that you sign your petitions immediately.
Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid, Barack Obama and the Big Labor bosses are about to go ballistic.
You see, the National Right to Work Act I've re-introduced to repeal forever Big Labor's power to force workers to pay union dues just to get or keep a job.
So the union lobbyists, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and their allies are going to use every trick in the book to bury the National Right to Work Act.
And they want to do it as quietly as possible.
The union kingpins (and their water-carriers in Congress) can't afford the consequences of having their coercive privileges publicly debated and voted on in Congress!
They don't want the American people to know that:
***Millions of workers are forced to surrender part of every paycheck to keep their jobs.
This cash funds violent "organizing" drives, provides a limousine lifestyle for union bigwigs and bankrolls radical, tax-and-spend politicians like Barack Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi.
***Big Labor's power is deadly to millions of small businesses.
Big Labor politicians and Obama-stacked bureaucracies are strangling small businesses with confiscatory taxes, destructive laws and straitjacket regulations.
***Forced unionism exports millions of good jobs overseas.
Productivity-killing work rules, workplace class warfare, slowdowns, "sick-outs" and strikes have all taken their crippling toll, closing the doors of many businesses -- for good.
***Big Labor thugs often use their forced-unionism power to terrorize workers and communities with violent strikes, where they have gotten away with beatings, arson, extortion -- even murder!
In the fight for a National Right to Work law, opponents of forced unionism will face a showdown against the full might of Big Labor.
That's why it's vital that you act at once to ignite massive public support for a National Right to Work bill.
Now is the time to act.
By the time the Right to Work Act comes up for a vote, every member of Congress must realize the eyes of the American people will be watching.
National opinion polls show that nearly 80% of the American people think it's wrong to force workers to pay union dues under the threat of being fired if they don't pay!
And it's critical the National Right to Work Committee, who has led the fight against forced dues for over 50 years, has your help in demonstrating that to Congress.
If the public's attention is fixed on this battle, Congress will be forced to recognize -- or defy to their peril -- the massive public opposition to compulsory unionism.
Then we'll see who dares to stand with Big Labor . . .
. . . And who stands with freedom and the American people.
So please sign your petitions to Mitch McConnell, John Boehner, your Senators and Congressman immediately.
Your petitions will demonstrate to Congress and the national media the strong support for Right to Work.
It's all part of the National Right to Work Committee's five-part plan to pass a National Right to Work law:
•Run TV and radio ads targeting swing votes in key states and districts.
•Place full-page newspaper ads coast-to-coast, explaining to the American people what's at stake.
•Contact directly by mail up to 10 million supporters urging them to demand their Senators and Congressmen vote for the National Right to Work Act.
•Brief personally the hundreds of favorable columnists, radio talk show hosts and editorial writers nationwide who can help mobilize public opinion.
•Crank up massive phone banks in the days before the vote to really make Congress feel the heat.
It's critical in this battle that Congress hears loud and clear from the nearly 80% of Americans who support Right to Work.
Of course, Congress may choose to obey Big Labor bosses rather than the majority of their constituents. That's their choice.
But time and again, when politicians defied the public and voted for forced unionism, they've paid the price with the end of their political careers!
Of course, this whole effort will be very expensive.
An all-out media and direct-mail blitz to mobilize massive public pressure on Congress will be the key to success.
To pay for the expensive ads, mailings, phone banks and other efforts, it's urgent you send a special contribution to the National Right to Work Committee today.
Will you make a generous contribution of $100, $50, $25 or $10 to launch the next crucial phase for ultimate passage of a National Right to Work law?
It's vital you act immediately to put the politicians' feet to the fire to bring the National Right to Work Act up for a vote.
It would be a crime to let politicians who support compulsory unionism off the hook.
Up against the forced-dues fed, billion-dollar might of Big Labor, all the Committee has on their side is truth, public opinion . . .
. . . And you!
Unlike Big Labor, the National Right to Work Committee doesn't have (or want) the power to force anyone to pay dues.
So it has to depend on generous folks like you.
Please don't make it easy for Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama and Big Labor to bury the National Right to Work Act.
Some folks have already sent $500, $1,000 and even more. For others, a contribution of $10 or $20 has been as much as they could afford.
Please sign your petitions so we can demonstrate to Congress and the media the strong support for Right to Work.
Without your contribution of $100, $50, $25 or $10, the National Right to Work Committee won't be able to contact 10 million Americans, place the advertising, staff phone banks or do anything else to put Big Labor on the spot with a public vote on the National Right to Work Act.
And if you and I don't press forward now, we may never have a chance like this again.
Please help today.
Be sure to sign your petitions to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, House Speaker John Boehner, your Senators and Congressman.
And after you sign, please consider a generous contribution of $100, $50, $25 or $10 to the National Right to Work Committee.
Sincerely,
Rand Paul
United States Senator
P.S.Since most Americans oppose Big Labor's forced-unionism powers, a public debate on a National Right to Work law is Big Labor's (and their water-carriers' in Congress) worst nightmare!
So please, sign your petitions to Congress.
And after you sign, please consider your most generous contribution of $100, $50, $25 or $10 to the National Right to Work Committee today.

P.S. Since most Americans oppose Big Labor's forced-unionism powers, a public debate on a National Right to Work law is Big Labor's (and their water-carriers' in Congress) worst nightmare!
So please, sign your petitions to Congress.
And after you sign, please consider your most generous contribution of $100, $50, $25 or $10 to the National Right to Work Committee today.

Help protect people from forced union dues.
From The National Right To Work Committee:
Just weeks ago, the United States Supreme Court handed the National Right to Work Foundation attorneys a sledgehammer.
With your help today, I’m ready to start swinging.
Even as I write you, Foundation staff attorneys are crafting class-action lawsuits that are ready to launch in states all over the country.
The goal is to ENFORCE the recent Foundation-won Harris v. Quinn Supreme Court case and return the tens of millions of forced-dues dollars illegally seized from daycare owners, parents, and other health care providers!
But you and I can’t be naïve.
With the November elections right around the corner, Big Labor will fight like a cornered animal to protect its forced-dues treasury.
Big Labor has many of those forced-dues dollars earmarked for electing and reelecting their handpicked candidates!
They’re going to fight this effort tooth-and-nail, determined to keep their forced-dues-funded political machine running full throttle.
My advisers and analysts have calculated we'll need an emergency influx of funds of $40,000 by Thursday, September 18 to fully implement these lawsuits.
Can I count on your most generous tax-deductible support today?
The truth is, class-action lawsuits aren’t cheap.
They come with some pretty big risks too, which I’ll tell you about shortly . . .
But you and I both know the law means absolutely NOTHING if it’s not enforced.
I can’t begin to explain what a travesty that would be.
Under the recent Harris v. Quinn Supreme Court decision, the Illinois union-label "state worker" classification scheme was ruled UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
Under this scheme, people who received Medicaid funding to take care of sick loved ones were defined as "state employees" so Big Labor could force them to pay union dues!
Of course, no American citizen should ever be forced to join or pay dues to a union just to get or keep a job.
Sadly, the Supreme Court’s decision didn’t go that far.
But the ramifications of the Harris v. Quinn decision could be HUGE -- if you and I can enforce it.
You see, not only was the Illinois union-label "state worker" classification scheme ended, but similar Big Labor schemes that have popped up all over the country are now ripe to be knocked down.
With your help, our goal is to wipe these laws (and in some cases, executive orders) off the books and DRAIN Big Labor’s coffers of all their illegally-seized forced-dues money!
It is hard to express how huge this could be.
As I write you, over 14 states have similar laws. Nearly 650,000 workers nationwide are affected.
And the union-bosses' architects of these schemes owe them ALL money . . .
. . . hundreds of MILLIONS of dollars you and I know would otherwise be spent on electing and reelecting their political cronies and furthering Big Labor’s forced-dues agenda in state after state and Washington, D.C.
I need to be blunt here.
The class-action lawsuits Foundation staff attorneys are preparing could take a sledgehammer to Big Labor’s forced-dues funded campaign coffers.
But that doesn’t mean it will be easy.
It won’t -- especially because this is such an important election year.
But every dollar you give brings you and me closer to BREAKING THE SHACKLES OF FORCED UNIONISM.
That’s why I must count on your contribution today.
Because class-action lawsuits multiply the impact of a decision tenfold, even a hundredfold, Big Labor always fights back fiercely.
They assign their best lawyers to the cases and use every trick in the book to avoid responsibility.
In the past, during pre-trial proceedings for similar class-action suits, union bosses have even demanded the Foundation turn over the name of every supporter!
In one case where that demand was made, a union lawyer said they needed the names to make "discreet inquiries."
You and I both know what that means.
"Discreet" to Big Labor means threatening phone calls, visits from muscle-bound union goons, slashed tires, wrecked businesses. Maybe worse.
That’s why I’ll never put Foundation supporters in harm’s way.
Foundation Chairman Reed Larson was even threatened with jail time at one point for refusing to hand over the list of our supporters!
But he dug in his heels and eventually won.
Likewise, I will never back down. Ever.
Foundation supporters are small businessmen and women and union workers.
If Big Labor’s thugs found out they were helping us, I shudder to think about what they’d do.
The union bosses HATE the Foundation because we have been so effective in curbing their abusive power.
And the class-action lawsuits that Foundation staff attorneys are preparing -- forcing the union bosses to hand back all that illegally-seized dues money -- will make them hate us all the more.
But I can’t launch these class-action lawsuits without your help.
As I told you, they’re risky.
Big Labor won’t just be on the defense. They have the best lawyers money can buy.
They’ll make outrageous demands of your Foundation just like the past ones I’ve mentioned.
So the staff attorneys are making sure all of their ducks are in a row before launching any class-action suit.
These class-action suits are expensive.
And unlike Big Labor, we don’t have the steady stream of forced-union dues to pay our legal bills.
Since 1968, the Right to Work Foundation has relied on the generosity of good folks like you to make a difference.
So I must count on you today.
Won’t you please agree to chipping in $30 right away?
I know that’s a lot. But every dollar you give is tax-deductible.
But if $30 is just too much, please chip in $20 or at least $10 right away.
The good news is, investments from good folks like you are getting results. BIG results.
Today, your Foundation is involved in over 200 legal cases. The recent Harris v. Quinn win was the 17th time Foundation attorneys have had a case before the Supreme Court!
But for our attorneys, bloated resumes, trophies or plaques on the wall aren’t the real measure of victory.
Our victories are measured in workers being freed from Big Labor’s forced-dues clutches.
They’re measured in the restoration of real freedom in hardworking American citizens’ lives.
They’re measured in DRAINING Big Labor’s coffers of money that’s been illegally seized to fund union bosses’ iron grip on our political system.
With the Harris v. Quinn decision, the U.S. Supreme Court has handed us a massive opportunity to do exactly that.
Now it’s time for the next phase -- ENFORCEMENT.
So I'm counting on you to chip in to help us reach our $40,000 goal by Thursday, September 18.
Won’t you please consider chipping in $30, $20 or at least $10 right away?
Sincerely,
Mark Mix
President
P.S. The ramifications of the Supreme Court’s Harris v. Quinn decision could be HUGE -- if you and I can enforce it.
Not only was Illinois’ union-label "state worker" classification scheme ended, but similar Big Labor schemes that have popped up all over the country are now at risk.
14 states have similar laws that cover roughly 650,000 workers. Now, Big Labor owes them all money!
Today, Foundation staff attorneys are preparing class-action lawsuits that could return to home-care providers HUNDREDS of MILLIONS of dollars illegally seized by Big Labor.
But I’m counting on your help to launch them. Please chip in a tax-deductible gift of $30, $20 or at least $10 right away!

Defeat Harry Reid's attempt to control the Senate
From Congressman Steve Daines:
Harry Reid and Barack Obama have won again.
In an unprecedented move, liberal Democrats in Montana switched their U.S. Senate candidate in a desperate attempt to save Harry Reid's control of the United States Senate and Barack Obama's liberal agenda.
Let me get straight to the point.
On August 7th appointed U.S. Senator John Walsh dropped out of the race for the seat he's finishing out the current term for, giving the Barack Obama, Harry Reid and their liberal special interest allies a clear path to find a replacement for the ballot.
By now I'm sure you have seen the reports that just this weekend Democrats found their new hand-picked candidate in Amanda Curtis, an activist one-term state representative backed heavily by the AFL-CIO and big liberal money.
With so much on the line the National Democrat Machine isn't wasting any time, re-launching an aggressive campaign behind Amanda Curtis to win this seat, protect Harry Reid's majority and help Obama advance his RADICAL agenda.
Make no mistake - Democrats know that they must win in Montana to save Harry Reid's iron-grip on the Senate and Barack Obama's liberal agenda.
That's why I'm asking you to make an immediate emergency contribution to my Senate campaign.
Will you stand with my campaign for U.S. Senate with an URGENT contribution at this critical time by following this secure link?
With just weeks until Election Day our campaign team is fighting day in and day out to win, so that I can take a bold stand for our conservative American principles in the U.S. Senate.
Frankly, we know the Democrats' tired old campaign playbook - they will say and do just about anything to mislead voters, resorting to the most dishonest attacks imaginable, in order to keep Obama's top ally in our federal government in charge in the Senate.
You CAN stand up to Barack Obama, Harry Reid, their hand-picked candidate Amanda Curtis and their liberal allies though, by standing with us in this fight!
This race is considered a top-pick opportunity for the Republican Party. I do believe the final outcome will be very close, and the fact is we MUST win this seat in Montana in order to win a new Republican majority in the U.S. Senate.
With JUST 77 DAYS until November 4th, I need your emergency support to respond to the Democrats' attacks against me, and to continue sharing my vision to bring real change to Washington, D.C. That means repealing Obamacare completely, balancing the federal budget and protecting the 2nd Amendment, right to life and the privacy rights of law-abiding Americans like you.
Will you please stand with me in this historic campaign and help defeat the Democrats' new hand-picked candidate with an emergency contribution today?
If we don't turn things around soon, the damage may be irreversible.
I know you agree that we need to do everything in our power to stand up to the liberal's Big Government agenda and reverse our nation's course. That's what I've been fighting to do as a member of the House Republican majority in Congress, and what I will continue to do if voters grant me the honor of serving Montana in the United States Senate.
Again, if you haven't clicked already, please do so right now and make an urgent contribution by following this secure link - every bit of support will help us reach more voters in the weeks ahead.
Thank you!
Sincerely,
Steve Daines

Support the Right To Work Act
From RandPAC:
Not long ago, I introduced a simple, one-page bill designed to usher in the biggest change in American politics in generations . . .
For nearly 70 years -- with our federal government's blessing -- Big Labor bosses have mocked our Constitution and strangled our economy as they've built a massive political empire on the backs of hardworking Americans.
These workers' FORCED union dues -- confiscated by union bosses under the threat of outright job termination -- have bankrolled tax-and-spend politicians like Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid for decades.
Just take a look at the federal Leviathan you and I live under today to see the horrific results.
If you and I are serious about restoring liberty and limited, constitutional government in America, you and I must strike at the very heart of Big Labor's illicit power by passing my National Right to Work Act (S. 204) to finally END forced union dues in America.
Of course, I'm depending on you to help make that happen.
As you'll see, I've made up a special "End Forced Unionism" petition for you to sign that urges your U.S. Congressman and Senators to cosponsor my National Right to Work Act (S. 204).
In fact, with your help, my hope is to generate such a flood of support for this legislation that my colleagues in Congress will realize they have no choice but to act.
The truth is, every American who has any interest at all in freedom has a stake in this fight because Big Labor's billions are at the very root of virtually every Big Government assault on our most basic freedoms, including:
*** The "ObamaCare" disaster, restrictive new economic regulations, higher taxes and bigger government as union bosses tighten their grip on the private sector and seek to control, bleed, and bankrupt the government; and
*** Abortion-on-demand, gun control and assaults on the family as Big Labor uses forced union dues to bankroll politicians who support their radical social agenda; and
*** So-called "Green" boondoggles like Solyndra, federal taxpayer handouts and bailouts for Washington, D.C.’s politically-connected corporate cronies who have done union-label politicians' bidding and handed their workers over to Big Labor control.
And just like most problems in America, you can thank the federal government for this mess.
I know some Big Labor apologists try to pass their forced-dues privileges off as a "state issue."
But the truth is, federal laws on the books since FDR are the root source of the union bosses’ illicit compulsory unionism power.
And if Congress created the problem, it's up to Congress to end it.
But of course, I'm not naive.
I know the union bosses and their cronies in Congress are going to do everything they can to sweep this issue under the rug.
But with nearly 8 out of 10 Americans opposed to forced union dues, I'm not about to back down.
In fact, with poll numbers like that, my colleagues can vote against my bill if they want.
I know they'll pay the political price down the line, and you and I will only move closer to finally passing this critical bill.
So won't you please sign your "End Forced Unionism" petition?
And if you can, please agree to a generous contribution of $35, $20 or $10 - or whatever you can afford TODAY.
Your generosity will help me reach more Americans and generate even more support for this critical legislation.
If you're fed up with politics as usual, you MUST be involved in this fight.
So please sign your "End Forced Unionism" petition and make your most generous contribution TODAY.
Please act IMMEDIATELY.
In Liberty,
Senator Rand Paul

P.S. If you and I are serious about restoring liberty and limited, constitutional government in America, you and I must strike at the very heart of Big Labor's illicit power by passing my National Right to Work Act (S. 204) to finally END forced union dues in America.
With Labor Day weekend right around the corner, I can’t think of a better time to launch this fight to free American workers and our fragile economy from the shackles of forced unionism.
So won't you please sign your "End Forced Unionism" petition? And if you can, please agree to a generous contribution of $35, $20 or $10 - or whatever you can afford TODAY.

Union dues will go into Hillary's election coffers.
From The National Right To Work Committee:
How'd you like to find a fat chunk ripped out of every paycheck to fund Hillary Clinton's campaign for President?
And if you dared to pipe up and say "NO!?"
Well, then you'd be FIRED. On the spot.
Concerned American, I know it sounds outlandish. And perhaps you won't believe me when I tell you this. . .
But for nearly 11 million American workers forced to pay union dues or lose their jobs, that's the harsh reality they face every single day.
But with the November 2014 elections rapidly approaching, there is a silver lining I need to tell you about today. . .
EXPOSING this ugly racket is a real nightmare for President Barack Obama and Big Labor.
And I'm counting on your action today to make their nightmare come true NOW -- before it's too late.
So won't you please sign the special END FORCED UNION DUES petition to your U.S. Representative and Senators right away?
Your signature is exactly what I need to prove to members of Congress that they MUST heed the American people's call and act to end forced union dues by passing Senator Rand Paul's National Right to Work Act (S.204).
But it's critical you act IMMEDIATELY.
I know you've heard a lot about crony "capitalism" and government-granted sweetheart deals in recent years.
But one of the biggest and ugliest versions is the one the union bosses' puppets hammered through Congress over seven decades ago.
That backroom deal included in FDR's National Labor Relations Act stripped American workers of the right to decide for themselves whether or not to join or pay dues to a union.
As a result, the union bosses rake in $8 BILLION every year in forced union dues from workers who would be fired if they didn't pay.
Then they spend over one BILLION dollars every election year perpetuating everything you despise about today's Washington, D.C., including:
*** The elections and reelections of forced unionism promoting politicians like Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid -- all bankrolled by Big Labor's forced-dues coffers;
*** Skyrocketing taxes as forced-dues-funded government union bosses live high on the hog while the rest of America suffers, jobs are lost and more and more companies go out of business or move overseas;
*** Never-ending spending on Big Labor's favorite government programs, driving our national debt sky-high;
*** Bailouts and sweetheart deals for big companies with bloated union payrolls while smaller businesses -- too small for Big Labor organizing -- get strangled with government regulations;
*** The constant push for more Big Labor-backed social policy by union-label academics and politicians.
But there is good news.
Senator Rand Paul's National Right to Work Act -- which would finally end forced union dues nationwide -- is incredibly popular with the American people.
Polls show nearly 80% of the American people believe it's just plain wrong to force workers to pay union dues as a condition of employment.
So Concerned American, by helping today, you can strike a massive blow against ALL the madness this election year!
I believe if every member of the United States Congress has to go on record on the National Right to Work Act, Big Labor's puppet politicians will face sure defeat at the ballot box this November.
The fact is, that's exactly what's happened every time in the past 30 years when Congress has voted on a forced-unionism issue.
Every time.
If you and I can force a vote now, it will send shockwaves through the national political establishment.
Big Labor's forced-unionism privilege will be EXPOSED before the American people for the outrage it is.
And the politicians who support it WILL pay the price.
With the political winds blowing our way, you and I can take a massive step toward finally ending Big Labor's forced-dues-funded political empire.
I'll do all I can. Senator Paul will do all he can in the U.S. Senate.
But it won't happen unless you take action IMMEDIATELY.
I can tell you Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid isn't looking around for ways to ensure his political demise!
Sadly, many other members of Congress look at Big Labor's BILLIONS -- instead of the polls -- and cower in fear.
So it's up to you to stiffen their spines.
That's why your signed END FORCED UNION DUES petitions are so important.
These petitions are just a part of the impressive four-part plan the National Right to Work Committee is putting in place right now, including:
Contacting up to 10 million American citizens using a massive mail and email campaign to generate a tidal wave of END FORCED UNION DUES petitions to Congress;
Conducting an all-out media blitz using everything from talk radio to op-eds to cable TV political shows to get the word out to as many Americans as possible about Big Labor's outrageous forced-dues racket;
Using phone banks to flood Congressional offices with phone calls as we approach the final days before the vote;
Running hard-hitting TV and radio ads in targeted areas to turn up the heat on wavering Congressmen and Senators insisting they vote to pass the National Right to Work Act.
This massive program won't be cheap. In fact, the price tag stretches well into the millions.
But I believe the Right to Work MILLIONS can beat Big Labor's BILLIONS -- and break their stranglehold on Washington, D.C. -- if you're willing to act right away.
You see, politicians always listen better when they're seeking votes than when they're safely back in Washington, D.C.
So you and I can't let this opportunity slip by!
Won't you please agree to your most generous contribution of $500, $250, $100, or $50 to the National Right to Work Committee right away?
Even if all you can give is $25 or even $10, it would make a huge difference.
The National Right to Work Committee is one of THE most effective, feared and frankly HATED organizations in Washington, D.C.
We're hated because we care more about doing what works than being invited to the right cocktail parties.
So if you can help mobilize enough Americans to turn up the heat on Congress during the next few months, it could prove to be Big Labor's last stand.
After all, the political winds are already blowing our way.
Vulnerable Big Labor Democrats are already scared stiff about doing anything more to anger the folks back home.
So some may actually vote to end forced union dues!
But if others want to vote to KILL the National Right to Work Act, they can explain that to the nearly 80% of their constituents who oppose forcing workers to pay union dues or fees just to get or keep a job.
They'll pay the price and the country will move one step closer to passing it later on.
It's a win/win situation.
But it's up to you to help expose Big Labor's forced unionism pals so the American people can knock them down.
This is not an opportunity you and I can afford to miss.
So please sign your END FORCED UNION DUES petition and agree to your most generous contribution of $500, $250, $100, $50, $25 or even $10 to the National Right to Work Committee right away.
Your support for the National Right to Work Committee will make a real difference.
Sincerely,
Mark Mix

Support The Right To Work Act
From the National Right To Work Committee:
Please complete and return your 2014 Membership Ballot immediately.
It's vital that you do so at once.
Every year, the National Right to Work Committee surveys our members to ask which of our ongoing efforts is most important to you.
But this year, your response has never been more important!
With the 2014 mid-term elections right around the corner, it is vital I know how you want me to order the Committee's priorities.
You see, this year the Committee will be devoting extensive resources to our education and mobilization program in key states and districts to let the American people know which politicians support Right to Work and which politicians support compulsory unionism.
Of course, you and I both know Big Labor will do everything in their power to keep the Committee from informing folks about their radical, forced-dues agenda.
And for decades, one of their favorite weapons has been to use their allies at the Federal Election Commission (FEC) -- and similar bureaucracies at the state level -- to harass us with wasteful subpoenas demanding we prove we have members or that our education programs are "legal."
That's why it's vital you sign your 2014 Membership Ballot IMMEDIATELY.
When I last wrote you about the FEC's continuing harassment of the Committee, your response was overwhelming: "FIGHT ON!"
But with union boss puppets still calling the shots in virtually every federal agency, FEC bureaucrats aren't backing down.
That's why your IMMEDIATE action is so critical.
As you know, union boss water-carriers at the FEC have time and again buried your Right to Work Committee under a mountain of harassing subpoenas with the ultimate goal of stopping you and me from informing Americans which politicians support Right to Work and which ones kowtow to the union bosses.
In fact, Big Labor's cronies at the FEC have concocted rules which refuse to recognize that you are a "real" member of the National Right to Work Committee.
They have insisted that you aren't entitled to the same rights under the U.S. Constitution accorded to members of other organizations!
From what my attorneys tell me, the Committee's position will be stronger if as many members as possible certify each year that they currently consider themselves to be members of the National Right to Work Committee.
In the past, the FEC bureaucracy has attacked the Committee for exposing corruption involving candidates for federal office and top-level union officials.
But today, with Big Labor cronies in control of the White House and federal bureaucracies, you can bet FEC bureaucrats will attempt even more brazen assaults on the Committee -- with no fear of sanction.
Just think of the IRS harassment of groups the President doesn't like back in 2012!
So your 2014 Membership Ballot -- demonstrating that we do have members -- may be essential to winning any legal challenge to our membership.
Returning your Membership Ballot is also very important for another reason.
You see, you and I face some tough decisions.
As I mentioned, my goal is to expand our federal and state programs as we move into 2014.
I would like you to help me determine what aspects of our programs on which to focus.
You can bet Big Labor will be firing on all cylinders to elect their radical, forced-dues candidates this November.
So, now is the time to put every member of Congress on record on the forced-unionism issue by forcing a roll-call vote in both houses of Congress on the National Right to Work Act (H.R. 946/S. 204).
A National Right to Work law would mean that no worker could be forced to join or pay dues to a labor union just to get or keep a job.
And just getting a roll-call vote would be a win/win scenario for Right to Work supporters.
After all, every time in the past five decades that Big Labor's pet politicians have been exposed to the nearly 75% of Americans who think forced unionism is just plain wrong, they have gone down in flames at the ballot box.
That's why I believe you and I must do everything we can to FORCE Congress to go on record for or against the National Right to Work Act.
But this fight won't be easy -- or cheap.
So I'm counting on your support, and your advice.
You see, in addition to battles in Congress, Right to Work supporters face some tough challenges and tremendous opportunities on the state level as well.
After Big Labor-dominated Michigan passed Right to Work in 2012, the union bosses were beside themselves. They vowed to overturn Right to Work.
The union elite hope that overturning Right to Work in Michigan will stall our momentum going forward in other states.
It's critical you and I not let that happen.
And Michigan isn't the only Right to Work state Big Labor is targeting. Indiana, Iowa and Harry Reid's home state of Nevada are in the crosshairs as well.
In addition to protecting Right to Work Laws in Michigan, Indiana, Iowa and Nevada, now is the time to use our momentum to extend Right to Work to other states like Montana, Maine and Kentucky, as well as in a host of other states where the political climate is ripe for freeing workers from the shackles of forced unionism.
The fact is, after years of hard work, both Indiana AND Michigan became Right to Work states in 2012 -- something that hasn't happened since 1954!
If two states deep in the heart of the union boss dominated Rust Belt can pass Right to Work, I'm confident other states can as well.
So, should I emphasize a federal campaign, concentrating on forcing a roll-call vote on the National Right to Work Act?
Or should protecting state Right to Work laws and going on the offense in states where it's possible to pass Right to Work be our top priority?
Or should the Committee try to fight both nationally and on the state level?
Now, I'm sure you agree that it's vital you and I do everything we can to put all members of Congress on record for or against forced unionism -- especially with the 2014 elections on the horizon.
So, if you think our federal legislative program should take priority, mark "FEDERAL LEGISLATION" on your Membership Ballot and return it to me today.
But before you do, give some thought to what's at stake in the state legislatures.
Shouldn't you and I strike while the iron is hot in states where it may be possible to pass Right to Work laws?
But we can't leave current Right to Work states undefended in order to gain new ones.
So should defending state Right to Work laws and working to end forced unionism in target states be a top priority?
If you think so, mark "STATE LEGISLATION" on your ballot.
I'm sure you can see why I'm torn . . .
. . . And why I'm writing to ask you for your advice -- and, I hope, for your increased financial support.
Unless we can generate a major influx of support at the beginning of this year, it's likely that I will be forced to cut back on both federal and state legislative programs.
This would be a tragedy.
Opportunities to go on the offense like this are rare, and you and I must take advantage of our recent gains while we have the chance.
In fact, the worst thing you and I could do is wait.
So can I count on you to make a contribution, equal to or even larger than $50?
I know that's a lot.
But in truth, I'm hoping you'll even consider doing more with a generous contribution of $100.
But even that might not be enough.
Without an immediate infusion of resources, I'm afraid we may miss out on a real opportunity to go on the offense and take the fight directly to the union bosses.
I know the current economic situation makes things tough, but with everything at stake, I hope you'll agree to make a contribution large enough for us to keep fighting in Congress and the state legislatures.
So, please consider sending a contribution of $50, $100 or whatever you can afford right away.
But whatever you can send, please send it right away so I'll know how to budget for the coming year.
And please sign your 2014 Membership Ballot right away with your advice on how to proceed in 2014.
The mid-term elections will soon be upon us, and the state battles are raging as I write. Your advice and support are critical.
Please act today. The Board of Directors and I anxiously await your reply.
Sincerely,
Mark Mix
