Force Congress to hold an up and down vote concerning the National Right To Work Act

From The National Right To Work Committee:

Now is the time to expose Big Labor's allies in Congress.

With the 2016 Elections right around the corner, the time has never been better to put every member of Congress on record for or against compulsory unionism with a roll-call vote on the National Right to Work Act (S. 391/H.R. 612).

And thanks to you, the pressure is building. Already, 154 members of Congress have cosponsored the Right to Work Act.

But there is more to do!

That's why it's vital you sign your petition, urging Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, House Speaker Paul Ryan, and your Congressman and Senators to cosponsor and seek roll-call votes on the National Right to Work Act TODAY.

As you read this, 11 million Americans are forced to pay union dues or face losing their jobs.

And nearly 80% of Americans agree that's just plain wrong.

A National Right to Work law would free hardworking Americans from the chains of forced-unionism -- and stop the union bosses' forced-dues gravy train.

This federally provided special privilege has not only allowed union bosses across the country to enjoy fat-cat limousine lifestyles, but it has also shored up piles of cash for Big Labor to funnel into the campaign coffers of their handpicked politicians -- nearly two BILLION dollars -- every election year.

Keeping their allegiance to Big Labor secret, throngs of politicians head back to Washington again and again to protect and expand the union bosses' forced-dues privileges.

And the cycle will not end . . .

Unless you and I expose them!

The good news is, that's exactly what a vote on the National Right to Work Act would do.

The fact is, union bosses know a vote on the Right to Work Act could mean real trouble for their favorite Big Labor politicians this year.

So to keep their pet politicians off the record on Right to Work, Big Labor is determined to stop any and all public debate on the National Right to Work Act.

But you and I have the one thing the union bosses don't -- massive support from the American people.

History has shown time and time again that when there is a high-profile vote on forced-unionism, politicians who kowtow to Big Labor go down in flames at the ballot box.

So putting Big Labor's allies on record could be the final nail in their political coffins on Election Day.

But your IMMEDIATE action is critical to forcing the vote.

So please sign your petition, urging Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, House Speaker Paul Ryan, any your Congressman and Senators to cosponsor and seek roll-call votes on the National Right to Work Act today.

You and I both know, in politics, nothing moves unless it's pushed.

And since Big Labor's allies will do just about anything to stay off the record, it's vital you and I push HARD.

It's up to you and me to hold Congress' feet to the fire.

So please sign your petition IMMEDIATELY to:

*** Your Congressman and Senators, demanding they cosponsor the National Right to Work Act immediately;

*** Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, insisting he schedule a floor vote on this crucial legislation; and

*** Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, urging him to bring the National Right to Work Act to the House floor for a vote at once.

And if at all possible, please donate a generous contribution of $50, $25, $10 or 10 to help your Committee mobilize tens of thousands of Right to Work supporters across the country to pressure Congress to hold votes on the National Right to Work Act NOW, so politicians can be held accountable.

In this crucial election year, it is up to you and me to put Congress on record for or against forcing workers to pay union dues and fees just to earn a living.

So please act TODAY!

Sincerely,

Mark Mix
President, National Right to Work

P.S. Time and time, again history has shown that when politicians are forced to take a stand on the compulsory unionism issue, forced-dues partisans go down in flames at the ballot box.

Now, with the 2016 Elections fast approaching, it's vital every member of Congress is put on the record with roll-call votes on the National Right to Work Act.

So, to turn up the heat on Congress to hold roll-call votes before the crucial November Elections, please sign the petition and consider your most generous contribution TODAY.

Don't let Obama gut right to work laws

From The National Right To Work Committee:

Just last week, West Virginia became the fourth state in four years to adopt Right to Work. The worker freedom movement is growing, and momentum is on our side.

But the lawyers on Barack Obama's National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) are taking revenge with a scheme to gut all 26 state Right to Work laws.

From the outrageous persecution of Boeing for creating jobs in Right to Work South Carolina to ambushing workers with quick-snap unionization elections, the Obama Labor Board has rammed through one union-boss power grab after another.

I've been warning concerned citizens like you for two years that the worst may be yet to come, now that Barack Obama is no longer accountable to the American people.

Thanks to the surrender of a few short-sighted Republicans in the U.S. Senate in 2013, Barack Obama has a fully-stocked NLRB stacked with a gaggle of union lawyers to do Big Labor's bidding.

And now the Obama Labor Board is seizing that opportunity and preparing to overturn more than 60 years of precedent and ignore the plain language of federal and state law.

This means all the strides the Right to Work movement has made to free workers in 26 states could go up in flames!

Now has never been a more important time to go on the OFFENSE and take the fight directly to Big Labor and their cohorts on Capitol Hill.

It's vital your Committee has the resources to force a roll-call vote on the National Right to Work Act.

An up-or-down vote in Congress will let the American people know who stands with us -- and who stands with Obama and his stacked National Labor Relations Board on opposing the issue of worker freedom.

But the deadline is Thursday at midnight.

That's why I urgently need you to chip in $50 to our Cosponsor Push program right away.

Our cosponsor targets will be flooded with the voices of thousands of pro-worker freedom Americans like you, urging them to add their names to the National Right to Work Act.

The Cosponsor Push plan includes:

>>>An expanded email, direct mail, and telephone campaign urging constituents to contact their congressmen and U.S. Senators.

>>>Targeted Facebook, Youtube and Google ads in select target districts.

>>>Delivery of additional petitions collected from you and your fellow Right to Work supporters.

Your Committee is throwing everything we have to force a roll-call vote on the National Right to Work Act.

With everything at stake, you and I cannot hold back.

You know the Union Bosses and Obama's Labor Board won't.

That's why your Committee absolutely must raise $40,000 by February 18th to flood the halls of Congress with hundreds of thousands of petitions, emails and phone calls.

And I need your help to make it happen. Will you chip in $50?

If $50 is just too much, please consider chipping in with a gift of $25 or even $10.

You and I cannot afford to let this opportunity slip through our fingers.

With the Obama Labor Board working to undercut the 25 current Right to Work states and force nonmembers to give up a portion of their paycheck, now is the time to know which legislators stand with you and me -- and the nearly 80% of Americans who support worker freedom.

Just think of the price the union bosses and their allies will pay once the American people focus on the fact that:

***Millions of workers are forced to pay tribute to a union boss just to keep their jobs -- money they earn to feed their families, educate their children and support their churches and communities;

***Big Labor’s power is deadly to millions of small businesses. Union-label politicians and Obama-stacked bureaucracies strangle businesses with confiscatory taxes, straitjacket regulations and destructive laws, damaging our economy and driving good jobs overseas -- or out of existence;

***Billions of forced-dues dollars bankroll radical, tax-and-spend politicians like Barack Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, resulting in out-of-control spending and skyrocketing debt; and

***Union toughs terrorize workers and communities with violent strikes -- where they get away with beatings, arson -- even murder.

This rampant abuse of power needs to be stopped.

And with the Obama Labor Board working to gut and destroy the laws in 26 current Right to Work states, there has never been a more important time than now to force a roll-call vote on the National Right to Work Act.

Having droves of Senators sign on as National Right to Work Act cosponsors will prove to forced-dues partisans in Congress and the Obama Labor Board that they won’t get away with trying to KILL Right to Work.

But it’s up to you and me to make sure the union bosses’ pals in Congress don’t wiggle off the hook.

So please act TODAY!

The deadline is Thursday at midnight. Please act at once.

For Worker Freedom,

Mark Mix
President

P.S. Obama Labor Board is seizing that opportunity and preparing to overturn more than 60 years of precedent and ignore the plain language of federal and state law.

This means all the strides the Right to Work movement has made to free workers in 26 states could go up in flames!

It's vital your Committee has the resources to force a roll-call vote on the National Right to Work Act.

An up-or-down vote in Congress will let the American people know who stands with us -- and who opposes the issue of worker freedom.

But the deadline is Thursday at midnight.

That's why I urgently need you to chip in $50 to our Cosponsor Push program right away.

Support the National Right To Work Act

From The National Right To Work Committee:

The 2016 Presidential Election campaigns are at full stride, and the start of the Congressional races is not far behind.

Airwaves will resound with politicians and talking heads, expounding on what ails our country.

But there is one issue they all too often fail to mention -- a policy that holds back our economy, corrupts our political system and punishes working Americans just trying to live out the American dream . . .

. . . Compulsory Unionism.

You see, in 1935, politicians in Washington, D.C. bestowed on Big Labor the raw power to compel working men and women to pay tribute to a union boss just to work and feed their families.

And the injustice doesn’t stop there.

Union officials use this forced-dues treasure chest to bankroll the election and re-election of their pet politicians, who in turn vote with the union bosses at the expense of rank-and-file workers and the businesses that employ them.

Now, going into next year’s elections, it’s time you and I make forced unionism an issue the politicians dare not ignore.

That’s why I hope you’ll sign the petition I've prepared for you to your Congressman and Senators at once.

The fact is, the cost of federally imposed forced unionism to working men and women, small businesses, taxpayers and all Americans is enormous:

***Millions of working Americans are forced to pay union dues out of every paycheck -- giving union bosses money that could go to workers’ families or be saved for their future.

***Big Labor’s forced-unionism power is deadly to millions of small businesses. Union-label politicians and Obama-stacked bureaucracies strangle businesses with confiscatory taxes, straitjacket regulations and destructive laws, damaging our economy and driving good jobs overseas -- or out of existence.

***Union bosses pump hundreds of millions of dollars into the coffers of handpicked, radical Tax-and-Spend politicians like Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

***Bitter strikes shut down businesses and destroy jobs, while union militants foment “hate-the-boss” propaganda and wield brickbats against anyone who gets in their way -- workers, their families, even innocent bystanders.

The good news is, a National Right to Work law, when ultimately passed, will end Big Labor’s stranglehold on American workers, businesses and the economy.

And just getting a vote is a win/win scenario for opponents of forced unionism.

You see, poll after poll confirms that nearly 80% of Americans believe compulsory unionism is just plain wrong.

A public, roll-call vote will put every member of Congress on record for or against forcing workers to pay dues and fees just to get or keep their jobs.

Then, the true loyalties of Big Labor’s pet politicians will be laid bare for all to see, and the voters will hold them accountable.

The fact is, every time there has been a high-profile vote on compulsory unionism, forced-dues advocates have gone down in flames when faced with re-election.

That’s why it’s vital you sign the petition to your U.S. Congressman, Senators, Speaker of the House John Boehner and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, urging them to cosponsor and seek roll-call votes on the National Right to Work Act (S. 391/H.R. 612).

This one-page Bill does not add a single word to existing federal law. It simply repeals those sections that grant Big Labor the power to force working Americans to pay dues and fees as a condition of employment.

And a National Right to Work law would strike at the heart of Big Labor’s power -- coercion.

Over the years, well-intentioned efforts have been made to curtail the union bosses’ forced-dues power, but these efforts have been like a terrier nipping at an elephant.

Only a National Right to Work law will put a stake in the heart of Big Labor’s compulsory unionism leviathan and the devastation it begets . . .

. . . The out-of-control spending, soaring taxes and skyrocketing debt coupled with closed plants, foreclosed homes and dwindling opportunities.

All while union bigwigs enjoy a champagne, caviar and limousine lifestyle with booty stripped from workers forced to turn over their hard-earned wages.

That’s why it’s so important you and I not give politicians a pass on this crucial issue.

And why it’s vital you sign the petition I've prepared for you, demanding that your Congressman and Senators cosponsor and seek roll-call votes on the National Right to Work Act at once.

With BILLIONS of forced-dues dollars and tremendous political power at stake, you can be sure Big Labor and their Washington, D.C. allies will do everything they can to kill our Bill quietly, without even a vote.

In fact, with presidential campaigning in full swing and Congressional campaigns to kick off soon, forced-dues apologists can’t afford a public debate focusing attention on the evils of compulsory unionism.

So it’s up to you and me to shine a spotlight on the scourge of Big Labor’s forced-unionism privileges by forcing a vote on the National Right to Work Act.

But we can’t do it alone.

It will take the heat from throngs of Americans, demanding an end to the blight of forced unionism, to propel action on Capitol Hill.

That’s why, along with your petitions, I hope you’ll include a generous contribution of $30 to help rally opponents of forced unionism nationwide to join the battle to recruit cosponsors and force roll-call votes on the National Right to Work Act.

If $30 is just too much for you to spare right now, please consider $.00 or $20.

Now is the time for opponents of forced unionism to unmask Big Labor’s crony politicians and hold them accountable.

So please sign the enclosed petitions and return them along with your most generous contribution of $30, $20, or at least $.00 at once.

Sincerely,

Mark Mix

P.S. Big Labor’s forced-dues power holds back our economy, corrupts our political system and subjugates Americans to union boss tyranny.

That’s why it’s vital you sign and return the enclosed petitions to your Congressman, Senators, Speaker Boehner and Majority Leader McConnell today, urging them to cosponsor and hold roll-call votes on the National Right to Work Act at once.

And along with your signed petitions, please include a generous contribution of $30, $20, or $.00 to mobilize Americans across the country to demand an end to the national scourge of compulsory unionism.

Tell the incoming Speaker to oppose forced unionism

From The National Right To Work Committee:

With the U.S. House about to elect a new Speaker, you and I have a real opportunity.

The next Speaker, whoever it turns out to be, is going to want to find a way to make his mark.

And you and I know the American people want to tear down the corrupt political system that enriches union label politicians and their cronies.

The next Speaker could make real progress in that direction, by bringing the National Right to Work Act to the House floor for a vote.

This simple one page bill does not add a single word to federal law, it merely removes the federal provisions allowing union bosses to claw money out of workers' paychecks to fund Big Government politicians and their pet causes.

That's why I'm planning an all-out Banner Blitz designed to flood conservative news and blog sites with these banner ads:

A Banner Blitz will generate a tidal wave of support for the National Right to Work Act -- and Right to Work will be the first thing on the mind of the new Speaker as he prepares to take leadership.

We'll run ads on sites like:

DrudgeReport
National Review
Weekly Standard
Breitbart
Newsmax

...and even more depending on the budget we're able to raise.

But the first vote for a new Speaker has been scheduled for next Thursday, October 8th.

And I'd like to be ready to launch this blitz as soon as that vote happens.

So in order to run this program and continue to push for a vote and ultimately pass the National Right to Work Act, you and I need to raise $50,000 in the next week.

That's why I've set a deadline of Wednesday, October 7th and I need your help to hit our goal before then.

Will you help us Blitz the New Speaker by chipping in just $10 or $20 today?

The truth is a change in leadership couldn't have come at a better time.

As I write this email, the union bosses are pulling their hair out -- and for good reason.

You see, the National Right to Work Act (S. 391/H.R. 612) is gaining momentum with 120 members cosponsoring the Bill so far.

And there's little union officials fear more than a very public debate and a very public vote on this important piece of legislation.

After all, over 3 out of every 4 Americans think forcing workers to pay dues and fees as a condition of employment is just plain wrong.

So you can be sure the forced-unionism-loving union brass and their political allies on Capitol Hill are going to be pressuring any new Speaker.

So you and I need to make it clear:

Ignoring the will of the American people will be bad for their careers.

That's why it's essential you and I raise the full $50,000 needed to run our digital Banner Blitz, mobilizing grassroots Americans to action.

The more money you and I raise, the more pressure we can create.

So will you help raise $50,000 by Wednesday, October 7th?

Will you chip in just $10 or $20 to make this Banner Blitz happen?

The fact is, as you read this email, more than 11 million American workers are forced to pay union dues or be fired.

And these workers cough up almost $10 billion a year in union dues -- money union bigwigs funnel into the campaign coffers of their political protectors in Washington.

But, of course, a National Right to Work law, when ultimately passed, will repeal the federally granted power Big Labor has to force workers to pay dues and fees as a condition of employment -- and strip from the union bosses a portion of their political clout.

So, there's no question about it. The union bosses and their forced-dues allies will go all-out to stop our Bill.

That's why your help is so important.

The fact is, voting to force workers to pay union dues as a condition of employment is political poison.

So pressuring the new House Speaker to give us a vote is of critical importance.

Politicians will be forced to either vote to free workers from the shackles of forced unionism or they can face the wrath of the American people when faced with re-election.

And just think of the price Big Labor's cohorts will pay once the American people learn that:

Big Labor's power is lethal to tens of thousands of small businesses.

Union-label politicians and bureaucrats strangle small businesses with confiscatory taxes, destructive laws and straitjacket regulations;

Forced unionism is a dead weight on key parts of the American economy.

Productivity-killing work rules, a hate-the-boss mentality, slowdowns and strikes all take their crippling toll on our economy;

Big Labor's forced-dues booty is pure poison to our political system.

Forced-dues dollars stripped from the pockets of hardworking men and women are funneled into the campaign coffers of Tax-and-Spend politicians like Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid; and

Union thugs terrorize workers into submission.

Threats, intimidation and even physical violence are all tools Big Labor has routinely used to force workers to pay union dues and keep quiet.

With new House leadership likely to be elected next week, you and I need to make sure the new Speaker hears from the overwhelming majority of Americans opposed to forced unionism.

But to be ready to launch immediately after their election, you and I must raise our $50,000 by Wednesday, October 7th.

So will you chip in just $10 or $20 to make this Banner Blitz happen?

It's vital you and I not allow the new Speaker to continue to block the National Right to Work Act from coming to the floor for public debate and vote.

So, please act today.

Sincerely,

Mark Mix

P.S. Ignoring the forced dues issue has tainted the legacy of House Speaker John Boehner and ultimately forced him to announce his resignation.

With new leadership likely to be elected next week, you and I need to make sure the new Speaker hears from the overwhelming majority of Americans opposed to forced unionism.

That's why I'm planning an all out Banner Blitz designed to flood conservative news and blog sites with this clear call to action.

We'll run on sites like DrudgeReport.com, NationalReview.com, and Breitbart.com and drive pro-Right to Work Americans to flood Congress with phone calls and emails.

But to be ready to launch immediately after their election, you and I must raise our $50,000 by Wednesday, October 7th.

So will you chip in just $10 or $20 to make this Banner Blitz happen?

National Labor Relations Board bullies workers

From The National Right To Work Committee:

The radical Obama Labor Board is at it again -- trapping workers under unwanted union monopoly control.

Dissatisfied with United Auto Workers (UAW) Local 3066 union bosses, a group of battery plant workers in South Carolina recently circulated a petition to remove the unwanted union from their workplace.

After a majority of workers signed the petition, the employer agreed to withdraw recognition of the union.

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) General Counsel deemed the workers' petition invalid and demanded that the UAW be brought back into the plant.

But the independent-minded workers were determined to remove the unwanted union and took the only other step available to them.

They exercised their right to request a secret-ballot election.

UAW union lawyers again cried foul, and the NLRB General Counsel again complied with their demands to block the secret-ballot vote.

Rather than let workers vote privately and let their true desire be heard, the rogue agency is colluding with union bosses to trap employees in an unwanted union.

These workers simply sought to exercise their workplace rights, and instead have fallen victim to NLRB policies that trample the rights of employees in an effort to protect union bosses from accountability from the workers they claim to "represent."

The Obama NLRB has made it a standard operating procedure to make removing an unwanted union as difficult as possible.

You may remember that earlier this year, the Obama NLRB subjected workers in Alabama to FIVE decertification elections to remove an unwanted union from their workplace.

Your Foundation stood with them every step of the way and ensured that their true voices were heard, and we will continue to fight on behalf of these South Carolina workers.

Thank you for your continued support so we are able to keep up the fight against the out-of-control Obama Labor Board and provide free legal aid to workers victimized by compulsory unionism abuses.

Sincerely,

Mark Mix

P.S. The Foundation relies completely on voluntary contributions from our supporters to provide free legal aid. Please chip in with a tax-deductible contribution of $10 or more today to support the Foundation's programs.

Big labor's stranglehold on America easing up,keep up the pressure

From The National Right To Work Committee:

I have really exciting news.

Recent developments in Congress have Obama and Big Labor shaking in their boots.

In fact, political experts are saying this unprecedented development might just cripple Big Labor's stranglehold on D.C.

Should the National Right To Work Committee fight on or give up?

From The National Right To Work Committee:

Let me get right to the point.

Over the past 12 months, the union bosses' seemingly endless power grabs -- perpetrated with the help of Obama's radical National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) -- have been "taxing" the National Right to Work Foundation's resources like never before.

And that means you and I face some difficult decisions.

First, the good news: I'm increasingly encouraged that America's waking up to just how dangerous Big Labor's $20 billion (BILLION!) empire is . . .

. . . How they extort the precious wages of hard-working men and women as a condition of employment and corrupt our politics, strangle businesses, penalize taxpayers and mock our Constitution.

In 2012, Indiana and Michigan rejected forced unionism and became the 23rd and 24th Right to Work states.

And just a few months ago, Wisconsin followed suit and became America's 25th Right to Work state!

But as you and I know, Big Labor does not easily relinquish its forced-dues power, so union boss lawyers are attacking these reforms in the courts.

The good news is, your National Right to Work Foundation is going toe-to-toe with union boss lawyers, defending these laws from Big Labor's legal assaults.

But make no mistake: The Obama Administration's sweetheart deals for Big Labor, and the $1.7 billion political spending blitz by the union bosses in 2012, have exposed just how powerful Big Labor remains.

Powerful union officials and their government allies are fuming mad at the hard-fought battles opponents of forced unionism have won in recent years, and they're using every trick in the book not only to take back lost ground, but also to expand their forced-dues power.

That's why I must hear from you immediately. Please sign your Confidential Supporter Directive right away.

Fighting the Obama Administration's power grabs for Big Labor is taxing the National Right to Work Foundation's resources like never before.

And even in the face of their recent setbacks, forced-unionism advocates aren't throwing in the towel.

On the contrary, with BILLIONS of forced-dues dollars at stake, the union bosses are redoubling efforts to reclaim lost ground and expand their forced-unionism privileges.

And they have a powerful ally in the Obama-stacked NLRB, which just declared war on all state Right to Work laws.

A Foundation client and I were invited to testify at a Congressional hearing on this issue earlier this month.

That's why your Right to Work Foundation's work is so critical.

The fact is, taking on the out-of-control NLRB is just one of the fronts we're fighting on.

With nearly 200 active cases right now, here's just a glimpse of what Foundation attorneys are working on:

*** Five federal lawsuits designed to build on the reasoning the U.S. Supreme Court gave in our Harris and Knox precedents with the goal of ending other government-granted Big Labor forced-unionism schemes, including union bosses' power to extract forced dues from public employees.

*** Scores of cases attacking Big Labor's use of forced dues to fund its political machine -- vitally important now as union operatives are already gearing up to install another puppet politician in the White House and take back the U.S. Senate.

*** Challenges to the aggressive compulsory unionism policies pushed by Obama appointees in the executive branch, including the Department of Labor and the NLRB.

*** Critical cases defending and enforcing state Right to Work protections, especially in the newest Right to Work states: Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin.

Here's the rub. Your Foundation continues to operate on a tight budget in 2015, and it's crucial we allocate our resources to cover all our bases.

Soon, I'll sit down with the five-member Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees to decide whether changes must be made in the Foundation's program budget.

But before I do, I'd like to have your guidance and help.

Can you spare just a few minutes of your time and fill out your Supporter Directive?

You see, right now choices must be made among certain priorities in our program. And I'm asking your advice before I act.

The fact is, I'd rather scale back in a few fights (even though we believe we could win!) than get stretched too thin.

Here's an in-depth view of some of the most important fights the Foundation is waging right now:

>>> Pushing forward with cutting-edge cases that directly challenge the constitutionality of forced union dues for all public employees.

In our most recent Supreme Court victories, the Justices indicated that they may be open to repealing all forced dues in the government sector, and Foundation staff attorneys are working on filing a brief in one such challenge right now.

>>> Attacking forced-dues-for-politics schemes and illegal diversion of union money into partisan politics.

After all, you and I know we can't just trust union bosses to voluntarily comply with Foundation-won precedents that protect employees from forced-dues-for-politics schemes.

>>> Defending workers from Big Labor's aggressive Top Down Forced-Unionism strategy.

Utilizing new Obama NLRB rules, Big Labor is expanding its aggressive organizing tactics to push more workers into forced-unionism ranks, including quick-snap elections and "Card Check."

>>> Bolstering our outreach program. The impact of our legal victories is limited if workers aren't informed.

Our informational campaigns ensure workers harmed by Organized Labor's forced-dues schemes know they have an ally in the fight to resist union boss subjugation.

I'm sure you can see why now would be a terrible time to throttle back our efforts.

But I need input from our supporters detailing where you want the Foundation to focus our efforts.

So please fill out your Confidential Supporter Directive right away.

The fact is, in the coming months, Big Labor will unleash their multi-billion dollar, forced-dues-funded political warchest to maintain their iron-fisted control of the White House, recapture the U.S. Senate and take over state legislatures and governors' mansions nationwide.

But your Foundation is hitting back hard -- fighting forced-dues-for-politics schemes in state courts and agencies, in federal courts and at the NLRB.

With the union bosses using their political clout to launch still more power grabs, it's vital that you and I not let up now.

I hope you understand what a profound threat opponents of forced unionism face.

Time after time, you have loyally stood with the Right to Work Foundation as we have fought pivotal battles.

After all you and I have achieved, it would be a devastating blow to have to pull back -- especially now when our achievements hold the promise of attracting new supporters to our cause.

In fact, national leaders including Steve Forbes and U.S. Senator Jim Risch (R-ID) are helping in a nationwide campaign to build new support for Right to Work. But identifying and recruiting new supporters takes resources, too.

So, along with your completed Supporter Directive, I hope I can count on your most generous tax-deductible contribution right away.

You see, with the spate of Right to Work victories, union officials are pressing harder and in more sophisticated ways to expand their forced-dues empire.

That's why it's vital the Right to Work Foundation keep up the fight on all fronts.

And why your completed Supporter Directive is so important.

At this moment, Foundation attorneys are representing tens of thousands of employees in nearly 200 active legal aid cases.

Each case is unique, and vital precedents are at stake. It is difficult to consider abandoning any of them.

But fighting all the battles I've described will cost an estimated $4,960,000 through the end of the year.

And, if the Foundation is not in a strong position, there's no doubt Big Labor will be all the more eager to launch new attacks on America's workers or on the Foundation itself.

The fact is, for many years, the National Right to Work Foundation has stood in the breach. And you've stood with us.

Now, I'm writing to you and all of the Foundation's best supporters because, according to my calculations, if you and our other most generous supporters gave a tax-deductible gift of $10 to the Foundation today, it would be enough to fully fund the rest of our 2015 program.

I realize that $10 is a lot to ask, but too much is at stake and your Committee needs your help.

Unfortunately, I know a few people won't or can't give at all right now, and I understand that.

They will count on others to carry their load. Some folks may set this letter aside (despite the urgency) and forget to send a contribution.

That's why, if you can, please consider making a $10 contribution today to fund our vital programs.

It could be that's more than you've given as a single gift before, but I hope you will seriously consider this request.

More than anything, your investment is a testament to just how critical the Foundation's ongoing projects are.

If I can count on generous donors like you to give such a contribution now, I could put aside any thoughts of scaling back our programs and focus on challenging Big Labor's forced-dues assaults.

You see, with your investment, the Foundation can maintain and hopefully even increase its aggressive attack on Big Labor's compulsory unionism schemes.

If, for some reason, you just can't send $10 today, please give at least $5 or whatever you can afford right away.

Whether you send $10 or $5 -- or if a lesser amount is the most you can do -- please fill out your Confidential Supporter Directive giving me your advice, and please be as generous as you are able.

Please, help today. Your support will make a real difference.

Sincerely,

Mark Mix

P.S. Your National Right to Work Foundation stands in the breach, protecting the right of all Americans to be free from union boss tyranny.

Yet at this crucial moment, I fear the Foundation may not have the resources needed to fight all the threats you and I face.

So, your advice today is critical. Please submit your Confidential Supporter Directive at once, and please agree to your most generous tax-deductible contribution of $10 to fund our vital programs.

Direct the National Right To Work Committee to fight on

From The National Right To Work Committee:

I'll get right to the point.

Fighting the Obama Administration's power grabs for Big Labor is taxing the National Right to Work Foundation's resources like never before.

Powerful union officials and their government allies are fuming mad at the hard-fought battles opponents of forced unionism have won in recent years, and they're using every trick in the book not only to take back lost ground, but also to expand their forced-dues power.

That means you and I face some difficult decisions going forward.

First, the good news.

As a result of your ongoing support of our Right to Work programs, more and more Americans are waking up to just how dangerous Big Labor's $20 BILLION compulsory unionism empire is . . .

. . . How it corrupts our politics, strangles the economy, fleeces taxpayers, mocks our Constitution and empowers union bosses to strip precious wages from hardworking men and women.

In fact, this year, Wisconsin became the 25th Right to Work state and the third state in the last three years to end compulsory unionism for most workers.

Not only that, with your support, our Foundation won yet another precedent at the U.S. Supreme Court last June with the Harris case.

You may recall that Harris involved Illinois in-home care providers corralled into forced-dues-paying ranks by disgraced former Governor Rod Blagojevich and his successor, Pat Quinn.

Under their scheme, caregivers were reclassified as "state employees" solely for the purpose of monopoly bargaining.

You see, Big Labor wanted a cut of the subsidy these individuals receive to take care of the sick and disabled, oftentimes members of their families.

Foundation staff attorneys continue the work to enforce and expand that critical victory.

But, in the face of their recent setbacks, forced-unionism advocates aren't throwing in the towel.

On the contrary, with BILLIONS of forced-dues dollars at stake, the union bosses are redoubling efforts to reclaim lost ground and expand their forced-unionism privileges.

And they have a powerful ally in the Obama National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), which just declared war on all state Right to Work laws.

In fact, the so-called "Fee for Grievance" scheme the NLRB is intent on approving is designed to gut all 25 state Right to Work laws, condemning tens of thousands of workers to forced-dues servitude .

A Foundation client and I were invited to testify at a Congressional hearing on this issue earlier this month.

That's why your Right to Work Foundation's work is so critical.

The fact is, taking on the out-of-control NLRB is just one of the fronts we're fighting.

With nearly 200 active cases right now, here's just a glimpse of what Foundation attorneys are working on:

*** Five federal lawsuits designed to build on the reasoning the U.S. Supreme Court gave in our Harris and Knox precedents with the goal of ending other government-granted Big Labor forced unionism schemes, including union bosses power to extract forced dues from public employees.

*** Scores of cases attacking Big Labor's use of forced dues to fund its political machine -- vitally important now as union operatives are already gearing up to install another puppet politician in the White House and take back the U.S. Senate.

*** Challenges to the aggressive compulsory unionism policies pushed by Obama appointees in the executive branch, including the Department of Labor and NLRB.

>>> Defending workers from Big Labor's aggressive Top Down Forced Unionism strategy.

So please submit your Confidential Supporter Directive right away.

Now, I'm writing to you and all of the Foundation's best supporters because, according to my calculations, if you and our other most generous supporters gave a tax-deductible gift of $20 to the Foundation today, it would be enough to fully fund the rest of our 2015 program.

I realize that $20 is a lot to ask, but too much is at stake not to ask.

Unfortunately, I know a few people won't or can't give at all right now, and I understand that.

They will count on others to carry their load. Some folks may set this letter aside (despite the urgency) and forget to send a contribution.

That's why, if you can, please consider sending a $30 contribution today to fund our vital programs.

It could be that's more than you've given in a single gift before, but I hope you will seriously consider this request.

More than anything, your investment is a testament to just how critical the Foundation's ongoing projects are.

If I can count on generous donors like you to give such a contribution now, I could put aside any thoughts of scaling back our program and focus on challenging Big Labor's forced-dues assaults.

You see, with your investment, the Foundation can maintain and hopefully even increase its aggressive attack on Big Labor's compulsory unionism schemes.

If, for some reason, you just can't send $30 today, please give at least $20 or whatever you can afford right away.

Whether you send $30 or $20 -- or if a lesser amount is the most you can do -- please fill out and return your Confidential Supporter Directive giving me your advice, and be as generous as you are able.

Please submit your Confidential Supporter Directive and return it to me at once along with your most generous tax-deductible contribution of $30 to fund our vital programs.

House holds hearing on forced dues by labor unions

From The National Right To Work Committee:

Tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. the U.S. House will hold its FIRST ever "hearing" on the forced-unionism issue.

And Mark Mix, President of the National Right to Work Committee will be testifying.

The fact that you and I have pushed Right to Work to the forefront of American politics is reason for excitement. It shows the momentum is on our side, and opponents of forced-unionism are winning the day.

But it's also frightening, as you and I are entering dangerous territory.

That's why it's vital you sign your Emergency Right to Work petition to your U.S. Congressman.

I'll give you the link to sign in just a moment, but first let me tell you more about the danger you and I are facing -- and why your immediate action is needed.

You see, the Obama National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) -- stacked with Big Labor lawyers -- is gearing up to launch an all-out assault on state Right to Work laws.

Unable to stem the growing tide of opposition to forced-unionism with the passage of three new Right to Work laws in the last three years, the Obama-stacked Labor Board is intent on reversing 60 years of federal court precedent -- gutting all 25 state Right to Work laws by bureaucratic fiat.

If they succeed?

The results could be devastating, as potentially millions of non-union employees in Right to Work states will be forced to pay fees to a union boss despite state Right to Work law protections.

That's what the U.S. House will be discussing tomorrow -- Obama's NLRB attempt to gut Right to Work laws nationwide.

The truth is, Congress could solve the issue of forced-unionism through passage of the one-page National Right to Work Act.

That's why it's vital you act TODAY to turn up the heat on Congress by signing the Emergency Right to Work Petition to your U.S. Congressman.

The fact is, every time opponents of forced-unionism deal Big Labor and their handpicked, big government politicians a bruising defeat -- like Wisconsin becoming a Right to Work state -- you and I move one step closer to destroying their forced-dues-funded machine forever.

And losing the BILLIONS in forced-dues funneled into their election and re-election is what Barack Obama, Harry Reid and the rest of Big Labor's allies on Capitol Hill fear most.

So the union bosses and their pet politicians are relying on the Obama-stacked Labor Board to use its rule-making power to corral workers in Right to Work states back into the dues-paying fold.

Under NLRB precedents and federal court rulings, union bosses are prohibited from collecting dues or fees from workers in Right to Work states as a condition of employment.

And since 25 states have passed Right to Work laws, and passage of more state Right to Work laws is on the horizon, Big Labor, with the help of their allies on the NLRB, has cooked up a new scheme to recapture workers -- and the billions in forced-dues dollars they represent -- freed by state Right to Work laws.

On April 15, the compulsory unionism advocates on the NLRB took steps towards allowing union officials to force non-member workers in Right to Work states to pay fees for union contract grievance processing.

What makes this scheme so egregious is that workers ensnared in monopoly bargaining agreements are practically prohibited from dealing directly with their employers or hiring their own representation when they have an issue to be resolved.

The rules virtually force them to use the union-controlled grievance apparatus.

Now the NLRB plans to require workers to pay for this so-called service -- which workers are compelled to use .

And this so-called “grievance fee” can equal or exceed the amount of union dues.

Through this scheme, workers who have broken free from the shackles of compulsory unionism could be cast back into Big Labor's iron grip.

That's why it's crucial you sign the petition to your Congressman urging them to solve the issue of forced-unionism through passage of a National Right to Work Act.

But as the saying goes: Nothing moves unless it's pushed.

So please help your Committee get the wheels turning on the National Right to Work Act by signing your petition to your U.S. Congressman.

After you sign your petitions, please include your most generous contribution of $30, $20, $10 or whatever you can afford today to help the Committee rally Right to Work supporters nationwide.

Your generous contribution will help the Committee rally opponents of compulsory unionism across the country to end forced-unionism nationwide by passing the National Right to Work Act.

That's why your generous contribution of $30, $20 or $10 is so crucial.

Big Labor puppets on the NLRB have only one goal in mind: Destroy Right to Work.

And they think they've found a way.

I'm counting on you to help me stop them.

So please, sign your petition and chip in a contribution right away.

Thanks in advance for all you do.

For Worker Freedom,

Mark Mix

Stop the unions from stealing from workers

From The National Right To Work Committee:

I have huge news!

Senator Rand Paul just reintroduced the National Right to Work Act (S. 391) to END forced-union dues in America once and for all!

As you know, Harry Reid spent the last 8 years using his power as Senate Majority Leader to stonewall you and me on the National Right to Work Act at virtually every turn.

And he paid the price when the American people rejected his forced-dues agenda and FIRED him as Majority Leader.

Now you and I have the largest Right to Work numbers in Congressional history!

This is the greatest opportunity to get a vote on the National Right to Work Act in nearly a decade.

Will you be a part of history and join Senator Rand Paul by signing your petition?

Your signature on the petition to your Congressman and Senators is what's needed to bust through the opposition and force a vote on the National Right to Work Act.

If you've already signed your petition, please forward this to as many friends and family members as you can RIGHT AWAY.

With control of the White House up for grabs in less than two short years, it's crucial that you and I do everything in our power to strike at Big Labor's multi-BILLION dollar forced-dues warchest.

So please sign your National Right to Work Petition immediately.

I know Senator Paul will be thrilled to see the tidal wave of grassroots support from supporters like you willing to stand with him in the fight for worker freedom.

What do you want Congress to do?

From RandPAC:

The 114th Congress has convened.

And for the first time in eight years, Harry Reid no longer calls the shots in the U.S. Senate.

The American people elected Republicans to chart a new course and restore the time-tested principles of liberty and limited government in America.

And I'm going to answer the call.

On day one, I will fight to BLOCK Barack Obama's Executive Amnesty. I'll fight to REPEAL ObamaCare 100% -- every last word of it.

And I'll fight to rein in the NSA, Audit the Fed, protect worker freedom and restore the limited government principles you and I hold dear.

But if I'm going to hit the ground running I need to know you're with me every step of the way.

That's why I'm counting on you to stand with me in this fight by adding your name as a "Citizen Co-Sponsor" to the major offensive charges I'm going to lead in the new Congress.

You see, I've been called the Democrats' NUMBER ONE enemy by the press.

And there's good reason for that.

The voters soundly rejected Barack Obama and his liberal polices at the ballot box, proving the American people are insisting on a return to Constitutional principles.

The press and political pundits know our movement standing for principle is our best chance to WIN in 2016.

And they know that's exactly what I'll do.

There's nothing -- no election result or partisan bickering in Washington -- that can shake me from these principles and values.

And with you by my side as a Citizen Co-Sponsor, I plan to earn the title of being the Democrats' #1 enemy by leading a major offensive in the new Congress to:

>>>BLOCK Executive Amnesty.

President Obama's unconstitutional power grab violates the separation of powers established by our founding document.

The Constitution is clear that legislative power resides in Congress.

The President is not a king.

You and I must STOP Barack Obama's "Executive Amnesty" dead in its tracks by passing my legislation designed to block President Obama's unconstitutional "Executive Amnesty."

>>>REPEAL ObamaCare 100%.

As a practicing ophthalmologist for 17 years -- specializing in cataract and glaucoma surgeries, LASIK procedures and corneal transplants -- the ObamaCare issue angers me like few others.

The millions of Americans who were stripped of their health insurance or choice of doctors did not kick Democrats out of office to chip around the edges of ObamaCare.

I'm ready to lead the fight to repeal every word of ObamaCare.

>>>END Illegal NSA Domestic Spying.

Last year, we learned President Obama's NSA was collecting billions of emails and phone calls from law-abiding American citizens literally every day.

Our Fourth Amendment is on the brink of total destruction.

And I truly fear where the United States could be headed unless you and I put an end to government's out-of-control spying on American citizens.

In the new Congress I'll fight to pass my Fourth Amendment Protection Act, which would stop arbitrary data collection on American citizens without a warrant.

And I'll continue fighting a class-action lawsuit, which I hope will result in an end to this madness.

>>>AUDIT the FED.

The Federal Reserve's endless cycle of "print-now-ask-questions-later" drove the economy into a ditch preventing any chance of real recovery.

The Fed's policies hurt the poor and middle class the most by boosting the costs of goods and services.

Yet to this day the Federal Reserve is one of the most secretive institutions in our nation.

For two years in a row, Audit the Fed passed the U.S. House with overwhelming BIPARTISAN support. But Harry Reid flat-out refused to allow a vote in the Senate.

Now that voters have fired Harry Reid and elected Republicans to lead, it's high time to crack open the Fed's books and catalogue the damage done to our economy by passing Audit the Fed.

>>>END Forced Unionism.

For nearly 70 years -- with our federal government's blessing -- Big Labor bosses have mocked our Constitution and strangled our economy as they've built a massive political empire on the backs of hardworking Americans.

These workers' FORCED union dues -- confiscated by union bosses under the threat of outright job termination -- have bankrolled tax-and-spend politicians like Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid for decades.

Big Labor's billions are at the root of every Big Government attack on our liberty.

Every American who has any interest in Freedom has a stake in the fight over a National Right to Work Act.

I'll fight to pass my National Right to Work Act and END forced union dues in America once and for all.

Of course, these aren't fights that will be won overnight.

But they're fights you and I MUST fight -- starting right NOW!

Will you stand and fight with me by adding your name as a "Citizen Co-Sponsor?"

It's critical you do so right away.

When I go toe-to-toe with the President and powerful special interest lobbies, having YOU -- along with tens of thousands of other Citizen Co-Sponsors by my side -- will be a constant reminder to my colleagues of the message voters sent this past November.

So today I'm counting on you to sign on as a "Citizen Co-Sponsor" to the offensive battles I plan to wage in the new Congress.

And after you've added your name as a Citizen Co-Sponsor, if you could chip in a contribution, I'd really appreciate it.

Your generous contribution will help RANDPAC contact tens of thousands more of freedom-loving Americans and ask them to add their names as Citizen Co-Sponsors in this fight.

But most importantly please stand with me by adding your name as a "Citizen Co-Sponsor."

Thank you for all you do.

In Liberty,

Senator Rand Paul

P.S. The American people elected Republicans to chart a new course and restore the time-tested principles of liberty and limited government in America.

And I'm going to answer the call.

But if I'm going to hit the ground running on Tuesday I need you with me every step of the way.

That's why I'm counting on you to stand with me in this fight by adding your name as a "Citizen Co-Sponsor" to the major offensive charges I'm going to lead in the new Congress.

Defeat Card Check forced unionism

From The National Right To Work Committee:

Big Labor is demanding Congress pass its Card Check Forced Unionism bill.

That's why if you have not already done so, it's vital you sign the petition to your Congressman and Senators demanding they oppose Card Check Forced Unionism.

And if you have already signed the petition, please forward this email to friends and family by clicking here.

If you need more information, please read below.

Support the Right To Work Act

From RandPAC:

Not long ago, I introduced a simple, one-page bill designed to usher in the biggest change in American politics in generations . . .

Just take a look at the federal Leviathan you and I live under today to see the horrific results.

If you and I are serious about restoring liberty and limited, constitutional government in America, you and I must strike at the very heart of Big Labor's illicit power by passing my National Right to Work Act (S. 204) to finally END forced union dues in America.

Of course, I'm depending on you to help make that happen.

As you'll see, I've made up a special "End Forced Unionism" petition for you to sign that urges your U.S. Congressman and Senators to cosponsor my National Right to Work Act (S. 204).

In fact, with your help, my hope is to generate such a flood of support for this legislation that my colleagues in Congress will realize they have no choice but to act.

The truth is, every American who has any interest at all in freedom has a stake in this fight because Big Labor's billions are at the very root of virtually every Big Government assault on our most basic freedoms, including:

*** The "ObamaCare" disaster, restrictive new economic regulations, higher taxes and bigger government as union bosses tighten their grip on the private sector and seek to control, bleed, and bankrupt the government; and

*** Abortion-on-demand, gun control and assaults on the family as Big Labor uses forced union dues to bankroll politicians who support their radical social agenda; and

*** So-called "Green" boondoggles like Solyndra, federal taxpayer handouts and bailouts for Washington, D.C.’s politically-connected corporate cronies who have done union-label politicians' bidding and handed their workers over to Big Labor control.

And just like most problems in America, you can thank the federal government for this mess.

I know some Big Labor apologists try to pass their forced-dues privileges off as a "state issue."

But the truth is, federal laws on the books since FDR are the root source of the union bosses’ illicit compulsory unionism power.

And if Congress created the problem, it's up to Congress to end it.

But of course, I'm not naive.

I know the union bosses and their cronies in Congress are going to do everything they can to sweep this issue under the rug.

But with nearly 8 out of 10 Americans opposed to forced union dues, I'm not about to back down.

In fact, with poll numbers like that, my colleagues can vote against my bill if they want.

I know they'll pay the political price down the line, and you and I will only move closer to finally passing this critical bill.

So won't you please sign your "End Forced Unionism" petition?

And if you can, please agree to a generous contribution of $35, $20 or $10 - or whatever you can afford TODAY.

Your generosity will help me reach more Americans and generate even more support for this critical legislation.

If you're fed up with politics as usual, you MUST be involved in this fight.

So please sign your "End Forced Unionism" petition and make your most generous contribution TODAY.

Please act IMMEDIATELY.

In Liberty,

Senator Rand Paul

P.S. If you and I are serious about restoring liberty and limited, constitutional government in America, you and I must strike at the very heart of Big Labor's illicit power by passing my National Right to Work Act (S. 204) to finally END forced union dues in America.

With Labor Day weekend right around the corner, I can’t think of a better time to launch this fight to free American workers and our fragile economy from the shackles of forced unionism.

So won't you please sign your "End Forced Unionism" petition? And if you can, please agree to a generous contribution of $35, $20 or $10 - or whatever you can afford TODAY.

Stand up to forced unionism

From The National Right To Work Committee:

I have some urgent news.

My staff just informed me that one of our new National Right to Work Committee TV ads, this one targeting Democratic Senator Mark Pryor (D-AR), is through the editing stage and ready to launch.

I'll give you a link in just a second.

But first, you need to know the union bosses have caught wind of our efforts to make Right to Work a top issue in the 2014 elections -- and they're planning payback.

In fact, Fox News recently reported that Big Labor is "looking for revenge" and preparing to unleash their forced-dues warchest through a tidal wave of negative, vicious attack ads across the country in their drive to crush their pro-Right to Work political adversaries in 2014.

And Big Labor’s go-to-guy -- Harry Reid -- is prepared to unleash his power as Senate Majority Leader to aid their efforts as he's faced with the threat of losing his majority in the U.S. Senate.

If we don't act NOW, all the work you and I have put in to make Michigan, Wisconsin, and Indiana Right to Work states could go up in smoke -- unless we get a roll-call vote on the National Right to Work Act.

Since most Americans oppose Big Labor's forced-unionism powers, a public debate on a National Right to Work law is Big Labor's worst nightmare.

Because time is of the essence, I had an emergency meeting with my advisors and analysts and crunched the numbers of what it will take to generate a nationwide public debate on the issue of forced unionism.

That's why your National Right to Work Committee devised a state-of-the-art grassroots mobilization program called the "Election Year TV Ad Blitz" with the goal of raising $100,000 by Thursday, July 24 to generate a grassroots tidal wave of support for the National Right to Work Act.

And two generous supporters of Right to Work have agreed to help us get there by matching your contribution -- effectively tripling it! .

Given Big Labor’s renewed attack, your support at this time is critical.

So after you watch our new TV Ad by clicking on the image below, can I count on you to chip in with a donation of $50 to get this hard-hitting ad in front of millions of pro-Right to Work Americans?

As you know, our battles against Big Labor over the past two years -- including making the Big Labor stronghold of Michigan America’s 24th Right to Work state, has all but drained us of our funds.

We're depending on you to help us raise $100,000 by Thursday, July 24 to launch an all-out campaign to shine a bright public spotlight on the forced-unionism issue.

These hard-hitting TV ads will shine the light of public opinion on fence-sitting Senators.

Just by mobilizing Americans on Right to Work, we can bring the forced-unionism issue to the forefront of the people's minds, and that in itself will increase the effectiveness of our 2014 election year voter education and mobilization program as we approach the November elections.

And you and I and the nearly 80% of pro-Right to Work Americans can derail Big Labor's political election year schemes.

Of course, the Committee cannot do any of this without your generous financial support.

Can I count on you to chip in $50 to help the Committee launch this crucial TV ad campaign?

If $50 is too much, will you consider a generous contribution of $25 or even $10?

I'm afraid if I don't receive an immediate influx of financial support, I won't be able to implement this aggressive plan to force a vote on a National Right to Work Act.

Please don't wait to give your contribution.

The Committee must have your donation by Thursday, July 24 in order to properly budget expenses for the fight.

If that doesn't happen, then Big Labor’s forced-dues BILLIONS may derail our National Right to Work Act without so much as a vote.

Sincerely,

Mark Mix

P.S. In fact, Fox News recently reported that Big Labor is "looking for revenge" and preparing to unleash their forced-dues warchest through a tidal wave of negative, vicious attack ads across the country in their drive to crush their pro-Right to Work political adversaries in 2014.

Since most Americans oppose Big Labor's forced-unionism powers, a public debate on a National Right to Work law is Big Labor's worst nightmare.

That's why the Committee is launching our "Election Year TV Ad Blitz" with the goal of raising $100,000 by Thursday, July 24.

So please chip in your most generous contribution of $50, $25 or $10 today.

And two generous supporters of Right to Work have agreed to help us get there by matching your contribution -- effectively tripling it!

Oppose forced unionism in Michigan

From The National Right To Work Committee:

“This could be a game changer with HUGE national implications.”

I still remember those thoughts running through the back of my head as I watched the Michigan State Legislature vote to make Michigan America’s 24th Right to Work state in late 2012 . . .

After all, Michigan is the United Autoworkers’ (UAW) home turf!

The state has been considered Big Labor’s backyard for decades!

In 2012 it became America’s 24th Right to Work state.

That means no worker, private or public, can be forced to pay union dues or fees to get or keep a job.

But now, less than two years later, I’m concerned it could all go up in smoke.

You see, the union bosses are going all-out to DESTROY Michigan’s Right to Work Law this election year.

And without your action today, I’m afraid they just may succeed.

As I’ll explain shortly, the stakes in this fight could not be any higher . . .

That’s why I’ve just recently set up the Emergency Michigan Right to Work Defense Fund.

And I must ask for your most generous support IMMEDIATELY.

You see, passage of any state Right to Work Law anywhere in the country is always a big cause for celebration.

But Michigan is different . . .

For decades Big Labor ruled Michigan with an iron fist.

And those forced union dues -- stripped from the paychecks of Michigan workers who would be fired if they didn’t pay -- funded a massive chunk of Big Labor’s multi-billion dollar NATIONAL political machine.

That’s right.

Forced dues extracted from Michigan workers not only helped union bosses keep a stranglehold on Lansing, but on Washington, D.C., as well.

Union bosses raided their forced-dues coffers to bankroll the elections and re-elections of union-label politicians like President Barack Obama, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

I know you understand the steep price we’ve paid nationally for Big Labor’s forced-dues racket.

But just consider Michigan’s fall as a national economic power over the past few decades . . .

In 1960, Detroit was the richest per capita city in the United States as manufacturing drove a booming statewide economy.

But when much of the nation was experiencing an economic boom after the recession in the early 2000's, Michigan was mired in a notorious “lost decade,” shedding over 840,000 jobs!

Those lost jobs, fleeing citizens and union-label politicians’ outrageous policies all finally culminated in the City of Detroit being forced to declare bankruptcy.

The good news is, the people of Michigan finally had enough!

And since passing Right to Work -- which simply states that no Michigan worker can be forced to financially support a union as a condition of employment -- Michigan has seen a massive economic turnaround including:

*** Catapulting to second in the nation in manufacturing job creation – just behind Indiana, which passed a Right to Work law in February 2012;
*** An unemployment rate lower than at any time in the past five years as the number of unemployed Michiganders has dropped by 30% since 2010;
*** Surging to ninth in the nation in per capita income growth!
All this has the union bosses steaming mad.

After all, the union bosses know that as more Americans see the economic benefits of Right to Work, the more momentum it creates for passage of a National Right to Work Law!

But since nearly 80% of Americans already oppose forced unionism, the union bosses also know the real key to keeping and expanding political power is their ability to inflict pain at the ballot box.

That’s why the union bosses are gunning for Michigan with a massive two-part plan using everything they have in 2014.

FIRST -- Big Labor’s publically stated goal is take out as many pro-Right to Work Michigan state legislators at the ballot box as possible.
The union bosses know that as long as politicians fear a Big Labor-fueled backlash at the ballot box, they’ll cower at the thought of taking on the union bosses’ forced unionism power.
SECOND -- There's also the possibility the union bosses could try to repeal Michigan's Right to Work Law with a ballot referendum. While we've seen little movement from Big Labor on this front, the union bosses have until July 7 to collect the signatures needed to put Michigan Right to Work repeal on the ballot in November.
Back in 2012, union officials were able to gather signatures blocking passage of a Right to Work law in just about three months, but the people of Michigan defeated this effort.
Efforts to repeal Right to Work can happen fast, so you and I must be ready for anything.
Should the union bosses fail, they know more and more state legislatures throughout the country will be emboldened to pass Right to Work.

Their forced-dues political empire could begin to crumble.

Their stranglehold on Washington, D.C. could begin to loosen.

That’s why Michigan is so important.

So won't you please consider making your most generous contribution of $50, $25, $10, or whatever you can afford right away.

Of course, because forced unionism is the law in all areas where the federal government has jurisdiction -- even in Right to Work states -- a National Right to Work Law is the ultimate solution to Big Labor’s forced dues racket.

But state Right to Work laws are a BIG deal. And, as I mentioned, Michigan’s is one of the BIGGEST.

That’s why I recently set up the Emergency Michigan Right to Work Defense Fund -- and why I’m counting on your IMMEDIATE support.

The union bosses are going to resort to every political trick in the book to bring forced-union dues back to Michigan.

You and I have to be there ready to fight back every step of the way, including:

Paying for targeted mail and email to ensure Michigan citizens get the truth about how Right to Work has been an important and massive step forward;
Writing op-eds and conducting statewide media tours to dispel the outright LIES the union bosses WILL be spreading about Right to Work;
Running hard-hitting TV ads reminding citizens of the brutal days during Michigan’s “lost decade;”
Running a full-scale Candidate Survey Program to ensure every one of the union bosses’ radical hand-picked candidates are EXPOSED.
Of course, this all takes money.

And with the AFL-CIO pouring in $60 million, it’s going to take a lot to hold our own against Big Labor.

But really there is no choice. The stakes are just too high.

That’s why the Emergency Michigan Right to Work Defense Fund must be mobilized -- and why I’m counting on your most generous and IMMEDIATE support.

Won’t you please agree to your most generous gift of $50 right away?

I know that’s a lot.

But we simply must have all hands on deck.

But if $50 is just too much, won’t you please agree to $25 or at least $10?

Your generosity today could make a world of difference.

The national union bosses are going after Michigan’s Right to Work Law with everything they have.

You and I MUST fight back.

Please agree to your most generous contribution of $50, $25 or at least $10 TODAY!

Sincerely,

Mark Mix
President

P.S. The truth is, the national union bosses are going after Michigan’s Right to Work Law with everything they have this election year.

The AFL-CIO recently pledged to spend up to $60 million this year in Michigan alone!

This fight has HUGE ramifications for Right to Work supporters all over the country, so it’s absolutely critical you help me fight back TODAY!

So won’t you please agree to your most generous contribution of $50, $25 or at least $10 IMMEDIATELY?

Say no to forced unionism

From The National Right To Work Committee:

"I owe these unions."

President Barack Obama couldn't have stated it any more clearly.

And after spending an estimated BILLION dollars to re-elect Barack Obama and maintain control of the U.S. Senate, the union bosses couldn't agree more.

They're wasting no time demanding PAYBACK.

Top AFL-CIO union boss Richard Trumka has already made clear that he expects Big Labor's Card Check Forced Unionism Bill to be a top priority in Obama's second term.

Not only that, Trumka threatened to use his forced-dues political warchest to oust any member of Congress in 2014 who stands in his way.

That's why it's vital you sign the petition below putting yourself squarely on record OPPOSED to the union bosses' Card Check Forced Unionism Bill -- and the rest of Big Labor's agenda -- IMMEDIATELY.

Since Barack Obama doesn't have to face the voters again for re-election, the union bosses understand this may be their last -- and best -- opportunity to make Card Check Forced Unionism the law of the land.

That's why it's vital you act today!

As you know, if "Card Check" passes, workers would no longer be able to vote for or against union boss "representation" in a secret ballot election.

Instead, the union bosses would intimidate workers one-on-one -- or three-on-one -- into signing so-called "union authorization cards."

And, of course, Big Labor has yet another ticking time bomb hidden in the "Card Check" legislation.

If the union bosses can drag out negotiations with an employer past 90 days by making outrageous demands, Obama Administration bureaucrats will have the power to use this so-called "problem" as an excuse to write a new labor contract and force its terms and conditions of employment upon those workers.

So you see, not only does Big Labor want to strip workers of the right to a secret ballot but also of the right to vote on their own contracts as well!

Can you imagine the kind of damage that would do to our already-fragile economy?

I know I can.

In fact, some folks ask me from time to time, "Senator, how could the President and Congress even consider a bill like 'Card Check' with the economy the way it is?"

What I tell them may be hard to stomach, but it's the truth.

If "Card Check" passes, it would mean billions more dollars for the union bosses' coffers.

Billions more that will be spent on politics.

We're talking permanent political power.

I hate to say it, but that's why the union bosses, Barack Obama and Harry Reid aren't going to let up one bit.

And with too many Republicans scared that standing on any principle will bring another attack in the media, I'm very concerned that what may happen.

That's why it's important you sign the petition to oppose Card Check Forced Unionism IMMEDIATELY.

Should "Card Check" pass, this dangerous power grab would:

***Force millions of additional working Americans to pay union dues under the threat of losing their jobs, filling Big Labor coffers with hundreds of millions of forced-dues dollars;
***Dramatically increase the wasteful work rules, hate-the-boss propaganda, slowdowns and bitter strikes that shut down businesses and destroy jobs, ensuring that even more plants are closed and more jobs are shipped overseas or lost forever;
***Enable Big Labor to pump even more campaign cash into the coffers of its radical, tax and spend politicians who, in turn, will look for even greater ways to increase the union bosses' forced-dues empire.
That's why I'm counting on your help IMMEDIATELY.

After failing to pass most of Big Labor's agenda -- including "Card Check" -- during his first term, President Obama is anxious to payback his Big Labor benefactors.

As he told the former Russian President, "I'll have more flexibility after the election.

And you can be sure the union bosses are going to double-down in their efforts to make sure "Card Check" happens during Obama's second term.

So we can't wait. We have to mobilize NOW.

The good news is, the National Right to Work Committee has developed a massive plan to stop the Card Check Forced Unionism Bill dead in its tracks.

Grassroots mail. Phone calls. Newspaper, radio and TV ads.

But it's all VERY expensive -- especially since everything is "last minute."

That's why it's vital you act TODAY!

And that's why, in addition to your signed petition, I hope you'll agree to make a generous contribution to help stop the Card Check Forced Unionism Bill.

After signing your petition, please make a generous contribution of of $500, $250, $100 or $35.

This is not a battle you and I can afford to lose.

I'm convinced that with the Committee's plan to mobilize Americans against the Card Check Forced Unionism Bill, you and I can stop this bill -- and the rest of Big Labor's agenda -- dead in its tracks.

But we don't have much time.

Please sign this petition and make a generous contribution of $500, $250, $100 or $35 -- or whatever you can -- to help defeat Big Labor's Card Check Forced Unionism Bill.

It's vital you act TODAY!

Sincerely,

Rand Paul, M.D.
U.S. Senator

P.S. When Barack Obama was re-elected in 2012, top AFL-CIO union boss Richard Trumka was already thinking ahead for this year’s midterm elections and threatening to take out any members of Congress who opposed the Card Check Forced Unionism Bill.

That's why there's not a moment to waste!

Please sign this petition demanding your Congressman and Senators OPPOSE Big Labor's Card Check Forced Unionism Bill before it's too late.

After signing your petition, please also make a generous contribution of $500, $250, $100, $35, or whatever you can afford, to the National Right to Work Committee -- IMMEDIATELY!

Stop union intimidation

From the National Right to Work Committee:

I'm about to reveal the shocking truth about the real power behind the Obama administration.

In fact, he is so influential that the most apt way to refer to him is Obama's Puppet Master.

What's most shocking is that this Puppet Master's influence goes back decades, and he has been the force behind countless Presidents and the liberal agenda responsible for wreaking havoc on our economy.

The stark reality is that this Puppet Master hides in plain sight.

However, his influence is obvious to anyone who cares to look.

You see, he has funneled billions of dollars into the pockets of Obama and his allies.

He has influenced countless elections.

He has damaged our economy.

And he has literally changed the landscape of politics as you and I know it.

It's all right there for you and I to see.

And I'm certain that by the time you are finished reading, you will be convinced to take action immediately.

You see, it is estimated this Puppet Master spent a billion dollars in the last election putting his cronies in the U.S. Senate and White House.

That amount dwarfs any other corporation or individual in the United States.

What's more, this billion dollars wasn't even his own money.

It was gained through political power, intimidation, and often, even violence.

But this isn't what truly scares me.

You see, the Puppet Master isn't satisfied with the colossal control he wields over the Obama Administration.

He's hungry for more.

He has ruthlessly attempted to ram through legislation numerous times that would give him government backing to expand his power, creating an additional influx of wealth that would in turn be used to increase his stranglehold on Washington.

And with the clock ticking on Obama's second term, he is demanding payback right now.

Perhaps the most frightening aspect of the Puppet Master is that it isn't a "he" at all.

And no, the Puppet Master isn't a "she" either.

The Puppet Master is in fact a network of organizations that have dug their tentacles deep into the foundation of our country.

You see, this Puppet Master is a cabal of powerful union bosses throughout the country, often referred to as Big Labor, constantly seeking to expand their political influence.

Big Labor enacts their will through forced unionization, where an employee must pay union dues or fees just to keep or get a job.

And as if that's not enough, these union bosses spend the dues on politics, never for a minute taking into consideration the political leanings of their so-called "members," who are forced to pay for it all.

Frankly, I think that's just plain wrong.

And the leading organization with the strength to take on Big Labor and the billions they wield in forced dues is the National Right to Work Committee.

Time and time again, we have been the bulwark against Big Labor's forced unionism agenda, while relying solely on voluntary contributions from our members.

There is a threat out there at this very moment.

You see, top AFL-CIO union boss Richard Trumka has already made clear that he expects Big Labor's Card Check Forced Unionism Bill to be a top priority in Obama's second term.

Not only that, Trumka threatened to use his forced-dues political war chest to oust any member of Congress in 2014 who stands in his way.

That is why the Committee is currently undergoing an effort to collect three million petitions against the Card Check Forced Unionism bill.

If passed, this bill will remove secret ballot elections when voting for or against union boss representation.

Instead, the union bosses would intimidate workers one-on-one -- or three-on-one -- into signing so-called "union authorization cards."

Thousands of acts of violence have been documented in cases where an employee refuses to join a union or pay dues.

And, of course, Big Labor has yet another ticking time bomb hidden in the "Card Check" legislation.

If the union bosses can drag out negotiations with an employer past 90 days by making outrageous demands, Obama Administration bureaucrats will have the power to write a new labor contract and force its terms and conditions of employment upon the workers and the employer.

So you see, not only does Big Labor want to strip workers of the right to a secret ballot but also of the right to vote on their own contracts as well!

That's why I hope you'll take just a minute to sign your "No Card Check" petition right away.

And after you sign, please make a generous donation of $10, $25 or more to the National Right to Work Committee.

We depend entirely on the support of Americans like you to stand in the way of Big Labor's forced unionism agenda.

Click here to sign your petition immediately.

Stop Obama's Puppet
Master. Sign your No Card Check petition

With "Card Check" in place, Big Labor will forcefully expand their influence, adding even more billions of dollars to its already bloated coffers.

And these billions will be spent on politics, to elect and buy countless politicians, permanently cementing their iron grip on Washington.

This is why President Barack Obama and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid are slavering for the chance to make Card Check Forced Unionism a reality.

Let me break down what "Card Check" means for our country if passed. It would:
••• Force millions of additional working Americans to pay union dues under the threat of losing their jobs, filling Big Labor coffers with hundreds of millions of forced-dues dollars;
••• Dramatically increase the wasteful work rules, hate-the-boss propaganda, slowdowns and bitter strikes that shut down businesses and destroy jobs, ensuring that even more plants are closed and more jobs are shipped overseas or lost forever;
••• Enable Big Labor to pump even more campaign cash into the coffers of its radical, tax and spend politicians who, in turn, will look for even greater ways to increase the union bosses' forced-dues empire.
This is why it's so vital you act now, before Barack Obama and Harry Reid have a chance to ram this bill through Congress.

So please sign your "No Card Check" petition right away.

And after you sign, please consider chipping in with a generous contribution of $10, $25 or more to the National Right to Work Committee.

With or without your donation, we will be sure to deliver your petition by hand or by fax.

But with it, the National Right to Work Committee can do so much more.

Even $10 will help generate up to 13 more petitions.

In addition to delivering petitions, the Committee has an ambitious plan to stop Card Check Forced Unionism dead in its tracks.

We're talking millions of pieces of mail to activate an army of grassroots Americans.

Phone calls in key districts.

Newspaper, radio and TV ads.

Advertisements on key conservative websites, Facebook petitions, and emails.

All designed to unleash a tidal wave of opposition to "Card Check" on Washington.

But this plan isn't cheap.

Your action today will make a difference.

Click here to sign your "No Card Check" petition right away.

And please consider chipping in with a donation, no matter the amount, to exponentially increase the impact your action has today.

Mark Mix
President, National Right to Work Committee

P.S. Barack Obama's Puppet Master is getting ready to enact his will on Washington, threatening to take out any member of Congress who stands in his way.

And don't take this lightly -- it is estimated this Puppet Master spent over 1 BILLION dollars re-electing President Obama and his cronies in the last election.

Worse yet, this Puppet Master isn't a person, it's Big Labor's conglomeration of union bosses.

And they are looking to ram "Card Check" through Congress, radically expanding their stranglehold on Washington through unchecked forced unionism.

That's why it's vital you take action immediately!

Please click here to sign your "No Card Check" petition right away.

And after you sign, please consider chipping in with a generous donation of $10, $25 or more to the National Right to Work Committee.
