From RandPaul2016:
The Federal Reserve's cronies and our national media have been on the attack against me for months.
They know I'm determined to expose every ounce of their corruption and cronyism.
And they know I'm going all out to EXPOSE the Fed and its allies in Congress by forcing the U.S. Senate on record on my Audit the Fed Bill.
Will you join this fight and help reach my campaign's $300,000 fundraising goal by tomorrow at midnight?
It couldn't be a better time to double down.
Already, limited audits have shown the Fed doled out $16 TRILLION in sweetheart loans to foreign banks and corporations.
That's more than four times what Congress spends every year under President Obama.
Yet the Fed gets virtually no scrutiny?
If we allow this madness to go on, it will result in absolute DISASTER for the American economy and the U.S. dollar.
I'm ready to finally EXPOSE this racket to the American people!
Audit the Fed will be brought to the floor for a full Senate vote in just a matter of days. And I'm counting on you to help me.
So please agree to your most generous contribution of $20.16 or more IMMEDIATELY!

Rand Paul

Cover up
There is a trend starting among journalists not to name the shooters on campuses, whether it's high school or college/university campuses they won't name them. This trend was started by Megyn Kelly of the Kelly File on Fox News. The next one to do so was a law enforcement officer,an elected sheriff. The public has a right to know. Kelly stated that as a mother she didn't want to mention these people that go on shooting rampages. Guess what,Megyn Kelly, you may be a mother but you're not my mother and I resent you for choosing for me. This is a nanny state mentality and as an MRA and as a libertarian I resent it because it smacks of socialism and feminism. But then again Kelly does get her panties wet over feminism but that is a topic for the Men's Rights Blog. Perhaps these shootings are due to Islamic extremism but I would say it is due to the fact that a lot of boys are drugged in our schools by female teachers who don't know how to handle them or are so dyked out they are afraid of them. These boys are reacting to being drugged all their lives. The chickens are coming home to roost and there is bloodshed in our schools to prove it. Ignorance is not bliss nor is censorship excusable. We have the right to know. No matter how ugly the truth may be.

On Chris Christie
I was watching Fox news tonight and they say Chris Christie is slipping in the polls. In fact on the next GOP debate on Fox Business Channel Christie is going to be sitting at the kiddie table along with the rest of the candidates with low poll numbers. Fortunately Rand Paul got enough votes to be on the main stage. Then they also show a month old video in which Christie discusses drug addiction. That is good and all but then Christie calls himself "pro-life",he states that he believes that life is valuable at all stages of life not just in the womb. Nice try,Governor but I'm not buying it. I remember you telling a desperate father, who's only concern was saving his child's life, that you would deny his child a medical marijuana CBD medicine that would cut down on the child's seizures. You chose to potentially sacrifice a child's life for some stupid law that was founded on racial bigotry (Harry J. Anslinger, whom helped make marijuana illegal at the federal level believed that blacks and hispanics shouldn't have access to marijuana because it would make them insane because Anslinger considered them to be degenerate races to begin with). Christie is talking about compassion for drug addicts. Fine, what about medical marijuana or a form of it to save a child's life. Christie has stated that if he becomes President he will sic the DEA on medical and recreational marijuana dispensaries. He doesn't care about state law. He is going to close them down with the ruthlessness of a zealous federal prosecutor. I guess when Christie states he is "pro-life" he doesn't mean everybody. If you are a child in need of a CBD form of medical marijuana Christie will abort you.
Bernie Sanders wants to remove marijuana from the Controlled Substance Act
Arlington, VA: Vermont Senator and Democrat Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders says that it is time to get the federal government out of the marijuana enforcement business by removing the substance from the US Controlled Substances Act.
The Senator introduced legislation this week, Senate Bill 2237: The Ending Federal Prohibition of Marijuana Act of 2015, to decshedule cannabis from the federal anti-drug law.
Speaking last week at George Mason University in Virginia, Senator Sanders called cannabis' present schedule I status under federal law "absurd." He added: "In my view, the time is long overdue for us to remove the federal prohibition on marijuana. ... [S]tates should have the right to regulate marijuana the same way that state and local laws now govern the sale of alcohol and tobacco."
The Senator also said that state-compliant marijuana operations "should be fully able to use the banking system without fear of federal prosecution."
The Senator's actions differ from those of Democrat opponent and former Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley who promised to use the executive powers of the President to "to move marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule II of the Controlled Substances Act." Republican candidate Rand Paul (R-KY) has also co-sponsored federal legislation, SB 683, that seeks to reclassify cannabis to Schedule II under federal law. However, simply rescheduling marijuana from I to II would not limit the federal government's authority to prosecute marijuana offenders, including those who are in compliance with state law. While several other Presidential candidates have called on federal officials to respect states' marijuana policies, none have proposed amending federal marijuana laws. For more information, please contact Allen St. Pierre, NORML Executive Director, or Danielle Keane, NORML Political Director, at (202) 483-5500.

This just might put Bernie Sanders over the top. Marijuana legalization is a big topic right now,it is certainly controversial and that is a good thing. Controversy is a good thing just like Congressional gridlock is. A lot of people are brainwashed into believing that Congressional gridlock is a bad thing but it's not. Hillary has come out as anti-marijuana just as Chris Christie has on the GOP side of the aisle and they are both tanking in the ratings. You can look at possibly doctored polls but your best bet would be to count the crowds that turn out at Hillary and Sanders rallies. Sanders draws a larger crowd. The thing is that this race on the Democratic side is a lot like an old fashion marriage: the man has to work for everything while the woman has it handed to her on a silver platter.

End union violence
From The National Right To Work Committee:
Armed with phony protest signs attached to baseball bats along with other "concealed" makeshift weapons, more than 500 International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) militants stormed the port in Longview, Washington.
Slashing tires, breaking windows, cutting the brake lines of fully loaded railway cars, dumping shipments of grain into the dirt, the ILWU mob slowly made their way to a group of six port security guards determined to stop their march.
Outnumbered, the guards were quickly forced to retreat into their guard shack where they were held hostage until the police were finally able to restore order.
If any other common criminals were to destroy property and hold people hostage, they would be put behind bars where they belong.
Yet, not one of these union thugs was arrested!
But the shocking thing is: Stories like this one, even though they don’t make national news, are repeated again and again.
That’s why I hope you will immediately sign the petition I've created to your U.S. Senators and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
I'll give you the link below, but first I want you to know how important it is you join this fight today.
You see, you and I have an opportunity to ultimately put an end to this kind of union violence.
The fact is, for nearly 40 years union bosses and their enforcers have committed thousands of reported incidents of violence, extortion, vandalism and even murder -- and untold thousands more that go unreported.
And in virtually every case, these vicious acts of violence and intimidation have gone unpunished.
That’s because of the Supreme Court’s infamous 1973 Enmons decision which granted union bosses immunity from prosecution under federal law for acts of violence and vandalism orchestrated in the so-called "pursuit of legitimate union objectives."
This outrageous loophole in federal law has effectively tied the hands of law enforcement and has permitted union bosses and their handpicked "enforcers" to use any means necessary to achieve their often violent goals.
It is no secret that union bosses are all too happy to use violence and terror to achieve their number one goal: Corral more working men and women into forced-dues-paying ranks.
So will you sign this petition to your U.S. Senators and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell in favor of the Freedom from Union Violence Act (S. 62)?
In the Longview case, at least no one was shot.
Unfortunately, John King, the owner of a mid-size Toledo electrical contracting business, wasn’t so lucky when he was shot by a union thug in the dead of night.
You see, Mr. King’s business had been a regular target for a union boss takeover by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).
They nearly succeeded, that is until the U.S. Court of Appeals overturned the IBEW’s certification after it was shown that the union bosses lied to King’s employees, promising them electrician jobs on union sites if they voted the union into his company.
At that point, the IBEW’s "corporate campaign" of harassment, vandalism and death threats returned with a vengeance.
King, along with his employees, was the regular target of union militants who would routinely slash the tires of their cars and throw rocks through the company’s windows.
As King put it: "It was nothing to have to regularly buy a new set of tires . . . the ice pick was the weapon of choice."
Then things turned uglier when the IBEW militants turned their attention not to King’s company, but this time to his home.
Late one night while getting ready for bed, King noticed the motion lights turn on in his driveway.
When he went out to investigate, he was confronted by a union thug who had just finished spray painting the word "SCAB" across King’s SUV and was set to puncture his tires.
When King yelled, the man didn’t say a word. Instead he stood up, and without hesitation pulled out a gun and shot King.
Fortunately, Mr. King lived. Others have not been so lucky.
That’s why I hope you will join our effort to make sure union bosses are held accountable for the acts of violence they commit.
But to do this, your help is crucial.
The fact is, union violence reflects Big Labor’s coercive approach to organizing. Instead of relying on persuasion, union officials have routinely resorted to threats and compulsion to add to their dues-paying ranks.
Richard Trumka, the AFL-CIO’s president, is a case in point.
When asked about union violence, Mr. Trumka coldly replied: "I’m saying if you strike a match and put your finger in it, you’re likely to get burned."
You see, Big Labor bosses think a chunk of every workers’ paycheck is rightfully theirs -- and history proves they’ll do almost anything to get it.
That’s why the Freedom from Union Violence Act (S. 62) should be a top priority in Congress.
And I hope you'll sign this petition right away insisting your U.S. Senators and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell take this issue seriously.
With your help, your Committee plans to . . .
***Mobilize hundreds of thousands of Americans, through mail, email and by phone, to put pressure on their Senators to cosponsor and seek roll-call votes on the Freedom from Union Violence Act.
***Run hard-hitting internet, radio, T.V. and newspaper ads, which we plan to run in the home states of swing Senators -- calling on them by name to support the Freedom from Union Violence Act.
***Personally brief hundreds of influential nationally syndicated columnists, editorial writers and talk show hosts to shine a spotlight on the outrage of union violence and build pressure on Congress to hold a vote.
***Hold accountable any politician who votes against the Freedom from Union Violence Act -- not just at the time of the vote but all the way to their next election.
So, as a first step, I hope you will sign this petition to your U.S. Senators and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
Next, I hope I can count on you to chip in $10 or $20 to help the National Right to Work Committee pay for and, just as importantly, expand this critical program.
Your action today will go a long way in pushing Congress to take a stand and put an end to this outrage.
And then, in next year’s Election, voters across the country will know which of their politicians acted to end union violence and which of them still have blood on their hands.
So, please, sign this petition today.
And, if at all possible, chip in $10 or $20 to the National Right to Work Committee, so we can mobilize the grassroots army needed to finally close this Big Labor loophole of violence.
With your help, we’ll ultimately end Big Labor’s government- sanctioned reign of terror once and for all.
Sincerely,
Mark Mix
P.S. Today we have the opportunity to finally close the loophole in federal law and bring union bosses under the same laws that protect us from other brutal thugs and criminals.
So, please, sign this petition demanding your U.S. Senators and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell cosponsor and seek roll-call votes on the Freedom from Union Violence Act (S. 62).

Rand Paul addresses Obama-Boehner budget deal
From Rand Paul 2016:
"SHUT UP."
That's the message the recent "debt deal" struck by President Obama and outgoing House Speaker John Boehner is designed to send anyone who's alarmed about our nation's $18.4 TRILLION in debt.
Unless you and I can stop this insanity, this "deal" is effectively nothing more than handing big spenders in Congress a blank check to do their worst until we ring in 2017!
Is this the "fiscal conservatism" the American people voted for at the ballot box in 2014? The new ability for members of BOTH parties to keep spending like no tomorrow?
Of course not!
With your help, this is the madness I'm going to rip to shreds during tomorrow night's Republican Debate in Boulder, Colorado.
But I'm counting on your help to bust through the media blackout. Will you please agree to your most generous gift of $20.16 or more right away?
Sadly Republicans betraying their supporters is nothing new. It's a big reason our country is in the mess it's in. It's a big reason for the public outrage we've seen playing out in the polls.
And that anger is 100% deserved.
Our country is in too big of a mess to allow the status quo to continue any longer.
Our party can't afford a "whoops" moment where we nominate a candidate who will either lose at the ballot box or continue politics as usual if elected.
Either of those scenarios would be a complete and total failure for our nation and future generations who are counting on us to protect the freedom and prosperity that should be their birthright as American citizens.
That's why I'm counting on your support to help me bust through the media blackout.
Both the media and the political establishment know I'm the Washington Machine's worst nightmare.
While my opponents love to preen for TV and stroke their own ego, I could care less.
This isn't a TV reality show. It's not a contest to see who has the most Wall Street fat-cats, or party bigwigs backing their campaigns.
Our country needs results. It needs leaders who are willing to fight.
Not the constant stream of failures we're so used to. Not liberal appeasement.
Not the "deals" where BOTH parties in Congress agree to look the other way while their colleagues dole out our taxpayer dollars to their partisan cronies.
Our country needs tried and true limited government reforms designed to restore our constitutional freedoms.
Whether it's spending, spying or President Obama's misguided march to war in Syria, I've proven I'll stand to up members of EITHER party.
My plans to institute a 14.5% flat tax, Audit the Fed, end government spying, repeal ObamaCare, impose term limits on Congress, force Congress to read the bills, and balance the budget would revolutionize Washington, D.C.
But I can't do it alone. I'm counting on you to launch the revolution.
Will you please agree to you a generous gift of $20.16 ahead of tomorrow night's debate? Click Here
