Rand Paul addresses Ted Cruz's inconsistancies

One thing I think is clear: we can't afford to hang our hopes for the next election on reality show entertainers.

Or with a group of neocons.

We need a true champion of liberty and conservative causes.

That's why I am running and asking for your help today.

It's also why I am determined that people see the truth about my opponents.

One of them, Ted Cruz, has worked with me on some issues, but has some troubling tendencies that need to be discussed.

Ted Cruz tries to have it both ways and has flip flopped on number of serious issues. My latest ad addresses these inconsistencies.

Ted Cruz was against the patriot act when he ran, but voted to reauthorize it in 2015.

WHAT?

He was also for Obamatrade before he was against it.

Not a good idea.

He was also all for allowing illegal immigrants to stay in 2013, but now he is vying for the bus driver position on Donald Trump's deportation express.

You get the idea.

My thing is - if you ask people to trust you, well, you should be honest with them.

I think Ted is playing games and politics. And this is serious business.

We should know where people stand.

Where in the world is Marco Rubio?

If the American people can't trust Senator Marco Rubio to keep his promises and do the job he was elected to do, how in the world can we trust him to be president?

Yesterday, as I heard Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid gloating after passage of $1.1 TRILLION omnibus spending bill that he bragged "capped off a successful year for Senate Democrats," I couldn't help but wonder, where all of my Republican colleagues who told the American people they would fight President Obama's agenda?

One Senator, Marco Rubio, couldn't even be bothered to show up . . . again.

My campaign just cut a brand-new ad highlighting Senator Rubio's chronic absenteeism, which I hope you'll take a moment to watch.

If Senator Rubio is too busy running for President to stand with conservatives and fight President Obama's radicalism, he should stop ripping off taxpayers. Period.

At least then, patriots like you and me would have an opportunity to have a true conservative standing beside us in the Senate instead of a Senator who puts his own personal ambitions ahead of doing the job he promised voters to do.

We got a victory Net Neutrality is still alive

Good news: Your phone calls to Congress worked and the just-passed government-funding bill has NO anti-Net Neutrality language. This is an important victory.

Unfortunately Comcast and the other Internet service providers never take their defeats lying down. They'll continue to come after the FCC rules any way they can.

We are winning the fight for Net Neutrality
