These delays may give politicians political cover today, but they won't stop Obamacare from hurting American families in the long run.
The website failures and the fines imposed for lack of coverage are the symptoms, not the disease. The problem with Obamacare is that it takes health care decisions away from Americans and gives that power to the federal government. That core flaw has led to all the problems we are experiencing today.
Obamacare cannot be fixed; it must be repealed.
Thanks to your support, we're making progress in our fight against this misguided law. We have forced a national debate on this issue and we're winning the argument. Now we need to make sure Washington truly solves the problem by ending Obamacare.
Here's what should happen now:

The fact is, 2/3 of House Republicans voted against the deal, despite the heavy pressure from the media.
And even 40% of Senate Republicans stood firm.

Terry McAuliffe the next vice president?
A week from today, voters may elect the next Vice President of the United States.

Tell Senate not to vote in favor of corrupt union representative
Tomorrow, union-label Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has scheduled a cloture vote on the nomination of corrupt union lawyer Richard Griffin to be the chief lawyer at the National Labor Relations Board.
With the vote just one day away, it's critical that concerned citizens like you turn up the heat on your U.S. Senators IMMEDIATELY.
My staff is faxing in tens of thousands of petitions opposing the confirmation of the radical union lawyer -- and more petitions keep coming in.

The NLRB's job is to be an impartial arbiter between unions and management. But Lafe Solomon, as a General Counsel with an axe to grind, abused that power to coerce Boeing -- and other companies through intimidation -- to open their factories in forced-unionism states!
Having Solomon as General Counsel has turned the NLRB into something it was never intended to be -- an activist agency for Big Labor.
Even the most basic background check is enough to show anyone that Richard Griffin would be even more biased.
Ten members of the local 501 IUOE in Los Angeles have claimed in a corruption lawsuit that Griffin was a constant participant in a conspiracy to manipulate Local 501 through a pattern of racketeering. The lawsuit specifically states that Griffin made threats in an attempt to cover up the embezzlement.
If Griffin is willing to illegally silence employees to protect Big Labor's unlawful practices, as he's accused of doing, how much worse will he be as the officer in charge of prosecuting unfair labor practices?
It's like making a known drug kingpin the head of the Drug Enforcement Agency.
The NLRB is supposed to be a quasi-judicial, independent agency, staffed with people who can interpret the law and deal with cases honestly and fairly.
Richard Griffin doesn't even come close to meeting that standard. Freedom, justice and basic common sense all dictate that your Senators oppose this nomination.

Sharpton compares himself to holocaust survivor
In his new book, The Rejected Stone, MSNBC’s race-baiter Al Sharpton suggests a comparison between himself and iconic Holocaust survivor Elie Wiesel, winner of the 1986 Nobel Peace Prize. After attending church services with new president-elect Barack Obama in 2009, along with a crowd of luminaries, Sharpton observes:
As we left that church, I stopped and met Elie Wiesel, the Nobel laureate who had survived the Holocaust camps in Nazi Germany. I thought about how there currently were and had been battles fought all over the world for human rights, whether against the Nazis, against apartheid, against slavery and segregation, against Northern racists…I knew that, like me, they had had periods in their lives when they were not exactly warmly embraced in the corridors of power, when they might even have been considered pariahs.

Stop the persecution of our military personnel

As the fallout of the government shutdown fight continues, it's important not to forget that the Homosexual Agenda is still running amuck in the U.S. military.
When Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell was repealed, Public Advocate warned this would lead directly to the persecution of Christians serving in the armed forces.
You see, it is impossible for the Pentagon and the Obama Administration to promote the radical Homosexual Agenda in the ranks without attacking Christians.
And sure enough, Public Advocate has alerted our supporters to more than a dozen outrageous incidents in the past year alone.
But Lackland Air Force Base is on a whole new level of wrong.
Trouble at Lackland first came to the public’s attention in August when it was reported that Senior Master Sgt. Phillip Monk was facing a court martial.
He had been ordered by his commanding officer to verbally state that he supported homosexual “marriage.”
When he refused, he was relieved of duty.
He filed a complaint for this wrongful act of discrimination, but instead of defending his First Amendment rights, the Air Force has accused him of lying.
Now he is facing a court-martial -- just for standing up to the Homosexual Agenda.
But his story is just part of a larger pattern of radical homosexual intimidation at Lackland AFB.
Local Baptist pastor Steve Branson reports that he has heard from at least 80 airmen about the religious persecution they are facing at Lackland.
"There is an atmosphere of intimidation at Lackland Air Force Base," Branson said. "Gay commanders and officers are pushing their agenda on the airmen. There is a culture of fear in the military and it’s gone to a new level with the issue of homosexuality."
The U.S. military takes its orders from Obama, and right now the leadership is definitely following orders to purge Christians, Christianity, and all forms of morality from service.
The spike in incidents at Lackland is highly suspicious.
The base is located in San Antonio, Texas and this city has just come under its own controversy in the last few months for passing an ordinance giving special protected-class status to homosexuals.
With this ordinance, Christian employees of the city and Christian businesses will be forced to endorse the Homosexual Agenda -- or else.
The Homosexual Lobby appears to be calling a lot of shots in the San Antonio area.
And coincidence or not, Christians in the area -- civilians and U.S. Airmen -- are suffering from the radical Homosexual Agenda.

Support Ladar Levison's fight against the NSA

Say what's really going on, and go to jail!
Ever since I made the decision a few weeks ago to shut down my secure email company Lavabit - instead of becoming complicit in our federal government's crimes against the American people - that's the situation I've been living under every day.
Unfortunately - even with all the media attention - I have to answer most questions about what our federal government is up to (and what I'm facing) with an "I'm sorry, I can't tell you."
Of course, the First Amendment should protect my political speech so our government can't commit crimes in secret.
But it seems the statists in Washington, D.C. have targeted every last bit of our Constitution for outright destruction.
I'm determined to FIGHT back. I'm determined to defend the Constitution and restore our Fourth Amendment right to privacy.
But going up against the full force of government power is hard.
If there's anything the Feds have, it's no shortage of lawyers!
And I can't tell you what it would mean to me to have Campaign for Liberty's members and supporters standing with me in this fight.

If they have nothing to hide, why not allow for transparency and civilian oversight?
It's so secret, much of what our federal government does now has never been exposed to Congressional OR Court oversight.
I believe that's for good reason.
Once exposed, it would only be a matter of time before the American people said, "NO MORE."
Friend, for the sake of our Constitutional Republic, that's exactly what we must do.
We must say "NO MORE!" to the constant erosion of our freedoms.

Ever since I made the decision a few weeks ago to shut down my secure email company Lavabit - instead of becoming complicit in our federal government's crimes against the American people - that's the situation I've been living under every day.

***According to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, 71% of small businesses say ObamaCare makes it harder to grow. Nearly one-quarter says they’ll reduce hiring to ensure they never exceed 50 total employees, which would create new mandates and costs under the program;
***ObamaCare is expected to increase the average family of four’s healthcare spending by nearly $4,000 by 2016. And that’s not even counting ObamaCare’s $1 TRILLION in new taxes over the next decade.
Yet Washington, D.C.'s insider class – from Chief Justice John Roberts who signed off on this unconstitutional law to members of Congress – don’t have to feel the American people's pain?
Maybe if more of my colleagues had to live under the regulatory boondoggles they pass, maybe they’d pass fewer and fewer of them.

Grayson the disgrace
Controversial Democrat Alan Grayson has set off a flurry of criticism from conservatives after the Florida congressman sent out a fundraising email to supporters in which he compared the tea party to the Ku Klux Klan.
Grayson’s original comments came during a recent appearance on MSNBC’s “Politics Nation with Al Sharpton.” Grayson was discussing the tea party’s influence on the Republican Party when he said, “At this point, the tea party is no more popular than the Klan.”
And rather than shy away from that comment, Grayson included them in bold letters on his website with the quote taking readers directly to a fundraising page for Grayson’s re-election campaign.
Grayson’s fundraising page includes the image of a burning cross; it uses the cross as the letter “T” and spells out “tea party” in flaming letters:
"As a black Tea Party activist, I could say that there's nothing more offensive than equating the Tea Party with the Ku Klux Klan,” Jennifer Burke, National Outreach Director for TheTeaParty.net said in a statement emailed to Yahoo News. “The hate speech uttered by sitting congressman Alan Grayson is deplorable, even by the low levels reached in recent years when Democrats routinely call us racists and suicide bombers."
Grayson’s comments were also criticized by the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC).
There’s no excuse for the hateful words and imagery used by Congressman Grayson,” NRCC spokesman Matt Gorman said in a statement. “House Democrats should swiftly and strongly condemn him and return the money he has raised for them. This hate-filled rhetoric has Americans fed up with Washington.”
Grayson is no stranger to controversy. First elected to Congress in 2008, he regularly was an outspoken critic of Republicans and conservatives in general. He was voted out of office after his first term, and many observers expected him to take a role as an activist outside of government. However, Grayson was re-elected in 2012 and is considered a strong favorite for re-election in 2014.
Despite the criticism over his KKK comparison, Grayson has stood by his comments and subsequent fundraising effort. He pointed to offensive comments and signage that appeared at past tea party rallies to justify his own comments.
“Tea Party members have circulated countless altered pictures depicting President Obama and the First Lady as monkeys. Tea Party members also called my fellow Member of Congress, civil rights hero John Lewis, a ‘n***ger,’ and Rep. Barney Frank a ‘faggot,’” Grayson said in a statement. “One could go on and on, because there is overwhelming evidence that the Tea Party is the home of bigotry and discrimination in America today, just as the KKK was for an earlier generation. If the shoe fits, wear it.”

Protest the NSA's spying on American citizens

Obama Administration pushes homosexuality in the military

In what is becoming a monthly issue, yet another story has surfaced of the U.S. Military pushing the radical Homosexual Agenda upon our service men and women.
A briefing was recently held at Mississippi’s Camp Shelby Army base in which several dozen soldiers were instructed that pro-Family and Christian organizations should be classified as “domestic hate groups.”
“Hate Groups,” in the same category as the Ku Klux Klan, the Nation of Islam and the Black Panthers.
One brave soldier contacted the press to alert America to the outrageous lessons being taught.
And his description of the briefing is stunning.
There was no attempt at partiality or fairness.
The message was simply that Christianity and pro-Family values are bad.
A chaplain in attendance repeatedly begged the instructor to change his tone, but the instructor stubbornly refused.
To the Obama administration, any group which opposes the Homosexual Agenda is “hateful.”
The soldiers were explicitly told they could face punishment for supporting pro-Family organizations like Public Advocate.
You see, the Pentagon insists that incidents like these are unrelated -- that there is no official anti-Christian policy.
But this is at least the third major account of official attacks on soldiers' religious freedoms in recent weeks.
And that’s not counting all the charges of institutional harassment of individual Christians and pro-Family soldiers.
President Obama has made sure that leaders in every department of his administration are pushing the radical Homosexual Agenda on their subordinates.
Supporting real marriage is almost guaranteed to get a federal employee fired -- but those in uniform face far more dire consequences.
Not long ago, I shared with you the story of one airman who is already facing court martial as a result of his steadfast opposition to homosexual “marriage.”

In what is becoming a monthly issue, yet another story has surfaced of the U.S. Military pushing the radical Homosexual Agenda upon our service men and women.
A briefing was recently held at Mississippi’s Camp Shelby Army base in which several dozen soldiers were instructed that pro-Family and Christian organizations should be classified as “domestic hate groups.”
“Hate Groups,” in the same category as the Ku Klux Klan, the Nation of Islam and the Black Panthers.
One brave soldier contacted the press to alert America to the outrageous lessons being taught.
And his description of the briefing is stunning.
There was no attempt at partiality or fairness.
The message was simply that Christianity and pro-Family values are bad.
A chaplain in attendance repeatedly begged the instructor to change his tone, but the instructor stubbornly refused.
To the Obama administration, any group which opposes the Homosexual Agenda is “hateful.”
The soldiers were explicitly told they could face punishment for supporting pro-Family organizations like Public Advocate.
You see, the Pentagon insists that incidents like these are unrelated -- that there is no official anti-Christian policy.
But this is at least the third major account of official attacks on soldiers' religious freedoms in recent weeks.
And that’s not counting all the charges of institutional harassment of individual Christians and pro-Family soldiers.
President Obama has made sure that leaders in every department of his administration are pushing the radical Homosexual Agenda on their subordinates.
Supporting real marriage is almost guaranteed to get a federal employee fired -- but those in uniform face far more dire consequences.

Public Advocate needs your help
This is one of the most difficult letters I’ve ever written.
But after a lot of prayer, personal reflection, and discussion with my family, I have no choice but to sit down and write to you straight from the heart.
Without an immediate influx of funds, I’m afraid Public Advocate could be forced to massively scale back on all future operations.
Or as much as it pains me to even think about, I may be forced to shut down and close our doors forever.
Let me explain the difficult situation you and I are facing.
For over a year now, Public Advocate has been fighting an expensive, nasty lawsuit against the vicious Southern Poverty Law Center in their all-out war to destroy the Family.
Not only is the SPLC’s lawsuit costing Public Advocate precious time and resources, but it’s getting bloody.
In fact, the SPLC tried to intimidate me by publicizing in the lawsuit my home address, so it would be accessible to its vast network of radical agents -- placing my family in harm’s way from pro-homosexual special rights assailants.
The SPLC did this despite the fact that a deranged gunman recently confessed to using the SPLC website to make his kill list.
Thankfully, a judge ordered the SPLC to remove my home address from the public record.
But our expensive legal battle isn’t over, and the SPLC is hoping to simply spend Public Advocate into the grave.
You see, the SPLC’s goal is simple yet frightening: TO SHUT US UP AND SHUT US DOWN!
Of course, it’s no secret the SPLC made their name and raised a fortune crippling conservative and pro-Family organizations with frivolous lawsuits, false allegations of “hate crimes” and more.
I’m the latest -- and the most hated -- target in their war against the Family.

The SPLC did this despite the fact that a deranged gunman recently confessed to using the SPLC website to make his kill list.
Thankfully, a judge ordered the SPLC to remove my home address from the public record.
But our expensive legal battle isn’t over, and the SPLC is hoping to simply spend Public Advocate into the grave.

Do you know why the Republicans always cave into Obama's demands? It is because they are terrified of being labeled "racists". Don't believe me ask Rush Limbaugh. The Democrats on the other hand have no problem crucifying black people. Look at what they did to Clarence Thomas and Herman Caine. In fact David Axelrod used a white female that was one of his neighbors to accuse Caine of sexual impropriety. Just like they did to Thomas only Thomas' accuser,Anita Hill,was black. The Democrats,the Dixie party,has no problems lynching conservative blacks,only this time they do it in print. Democrats want people to think they are the "tolerant" party when in fact they are just the opposite. Look at the average white liberal: they live in all white areas with black servants that help get their children ready for private school so they have no problem turning public schools into combat zones where the teacher's tenure is more important that the education that students may or may not be receiving. The student's test scores take second or third place whereas the demands of the teacher's union takes proiority. I love the expose' John Stossell,one of my favorites at Foxnews,did concerning education in America. The unions are just one part of the problem. Feminist and minority groups are another,not to mention the propaganda that passes for "journalism" these days. I believe it was Rush Limbaugh that called liberals "mind numb robots" and a lot of people may believe that is an exaggeration but it's not,it is an accurate description. Have you seen them try to defend Obamacare on Hannity? They never deviate from the party line. Everytime I hear them spout the party line it pisses me off. Not only that but Obama is exempt from his own health plan,along with major corporations such as McDonald's. How's that for fucking bullshit. The lamestream media and the sheeple that take what they say and print at face value are influencial in deciding public opinion and they do vote,sometimes more than once i.e. ACORN. In fact voter fraud is what gets Democrats elected over and over again. It sure isn't their ideas which come straight out of the socialist handbook. However if you are a product of modern edcuation (illiterate) then they have you tune into MSNBC or any other leftwing media. The only exception is Fox,thank god for Foxnews. The anti-white attitude of the Democratic party is costing them white members and white votes but they can't figure out why. Then again the cowardice of the Republican party is going to cause a shift change there. Thank you Ted Cruz,Mike Lee and most of all Rand Paul for taking the Republican party in a new direction. A direction that John Boehner,Mitch McConnell and John McCain may not want to go but it's going to happen. The mask has been ripped off Harry Reid so now everyone knows the monster that he truly is. Not only that but the CNN female reporter who asked Reid that question parroted the party line when she was on CNN after that press conference. That's because her superiors probably had a backroom "discussion" with her not to question Democrats or other liberals or hold them accountable in any way. Obamacare is so bad that the former Obama press secretary,Robert Gibbs,denounced it. How's this for poetic justice. Do you know who got nailed with an high Obamacare premium? Some clown at the Daily Kos. I understand he is no longer touting the benefits of Obamacare,especially when he got hit with the liabilities of Obamacare. The funny thing is that when liberals think they won't get penalized and when they do it is a laugh riot.
