Our battle against the radical Homosexual Lobby is raging on all fronts.

On the federal level, Public Advocate is working hard to ensure the Gay Bill of Special Rights never makes it to President Barack Obama’s desk for his guaranteed signature.

When the Gay Bill of Special Rights passed the U.S. Senate, the anti-Family forces expected the bill to clear the House and become the law of the land.

But thanks to good folks like you making their voices heard, the Gay Bill of Special Rights is stalled in the U.S. House -- for now.

At the same time, Public Advocate just launched a multi-faceted program in support of Senator Ted Cruz and Senator Mike Lee’s State Marriage Defense Act (S. 2024, H.R. 3829).

As currently written, this bill would prohibit federal bureaucrats from recognizing so-called homosexual “marriages” in states that have codified traditional marriage in their constitutions or laws.

This would be a huge step towards rolling back recent anti-marriage decisions and restoring the legal foundation of traditional marriage.

But Public Advocate isn’t just fighting to defend real marriage. We’re also engaged in a heated battle to defend religious liberties in America.

As I’m sure you’re aware, California’s 9th Circuit Court has launched an all-out war on ALL Christians by ordering the Mount Soledad Memorial Cross be ripped up and torn down.

Public Advocate is generating tens of thousands of Mount Soledad Cross Statements of Support from Pro-Family Americans urging Chief Justice John Roberts to review the 9th Circuit’s outrageous decision and overrule this blatant attack on our Christian faith.

Finally, I am currently drawing up a nationwide grassroots program to combat Senator Ed Markey (D-MA) and Rep. Hakeem Jeffries’ (D-NY) dangerous “Hate Crime Reporting Act.”

This bill will give Eric Holder’s Justice Department a “blank check” to prosecute pro-Family and conservative groups -- like your Public Advocate -- just for their speech!
