Unions try to strip workers of their rights

From The National Right To Work Committee:

Big Labor is preparing to unleash their forced-dues warchest on everything you and I accomplished in the last few years.

That's why 2014 will be one of the most critical years in the history of the Right to Work movement.

I won't mince words.

If you and I don't fight back now, we'll be powerless to stop Congress from granting Big Labor's every wish. . .

. . .and all at the expense of the American worker.

Should the union bosses succeed, passage of their ENTIRE forced-dues wish list would be a virtual guarantee, including:

*** The so-called "Card Check" Bill, forcing millions more workers under union boss monopoly control by mandating a corruption-crammed "Card Check" system;

*** The Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining Bill that would overrule every state law -- and is ultimately intended to FORCE all firefighters and police officers in the country under union boss control;

*** Legislation to REPEAL state Right to Work laws all over the country, forcing ALL state and local government workers under union boss control.

This is why the time to act is NOW.

You and I both know forcing an individual to pay union dues just to get or keep a job is simply un-American.

But Big Labor and the liberal elites don't care.

The union bosses only care about maintaining their stranglehold on the White House and Senate.

And with the help of Barack Obama and Harry Reid -- they're ready to unleash their entire $2 BILLION warchest on anyone who dares get in their way in the upcoming 2014 election season.

That's where you and I come in.

Through your support, your Foundation is fighting tooth-and-nail against Big Labor's forced-dues agenda.

In fact, last week your Right to Work Foundation provided oral arguments for the Supreme Court in Harris v. Quinn -- considered to be one of the biggest legal battles Big Labor has faced in decades.

And through your support, you and I can push back against Big Labor's attempt to stuff their pockets with more forced-dues cash.

That's why I hope I can count on you in 2014 by making your annual donation today by clicking here.

If you haven't made up your mind, I want you to know that there couldn't be a more crucial time for you to make your renewal contribution.

So please, click here to make your 2014 annual donation.

Thanks to you, and supporters like you, the Foundation’s strategic legal program continues to win important battles.

And I hope, funding permitting, to be able to report to you several new initiatives as well as two more Supreme Court victories by June.

No other organization is committed to fighting these types of lengthy and costly battles nationwide in the courts.

Your support makes it possible for the Foundation to: •Shape the law through the courts, especially by winning key precedents at the U.S. Supreme Court like Hudson, Abood, Beck, Miller, Davenport and Knox.

•Stand up to the Obama Labor Board by filing lawsuits to overturn unprecedented rule changes designed to enact Big Labor’s forced-dues wish list by bureaucratic fiat.
•Defend and enforce state Right to Work protections in states like Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin against spurious legal assaults and evasions by union boss lawyers anxious to keep Big Labor's forced-dues booty rolling in.

Make no mistake: The union bosses continue to be bent on seizing new powers over America's workers regardless of the consequences for our nation.

To fight forced unionism, your National Right to Work Foundation has budgeted $7.8 million in the year 2014.

It's ambitious, I know. But it's absolutely necessary with so much on the line.

That’s why it’s vital the Foundation have your support in 2014.

You should be encouraged about what you and I accomplished together against aggressive union bosses and an out-of-control federal bureaucracy.

But without the ongoing support of concerned Americans like you, the Foundation could not stand in the breach with a proven legal strategy to defend workers and defeat Big Labor’s brazen power grabs.

That’s why I hope I can count on you to make a tax-deductible contribution to the Foundation right away to help fight the difficult battles ahead -- in 2014 and beyond.

So please send the most generous 2014 annual donation you can possibly afford TODAY.

Sincerely,

Mark Mix

P.S. Big Labor is preparing to unleash their forced-dues warchest on everything we've accomplished in the last few years.

I'm hoping you plan on making your 2014 annual donation at this crucial time.
